What do you like best about the product?
Extremely good AI and helps us really target our consumers on a personal level.

No complaints, their ops team has been super helpful with all of our questions.

I find the UX of iterable to be more user friendly than competitors like Salesforce or Braze.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't find that there has been anything that I dislike about the platform

There is no easy way to throttle my email sends day over day. This seems very necessary and easy to implement.

Continuously working to optimize the data behind each send record.

Makes building complex segmentation and journey building intuitive and accessible. Support is responsive as well.

Wish there was more prioritization and capping on the campaign level, not just message type level.

What do you like best about the product?
Iterable, is a good tool for email support and reliable in the real time dynamic whereby lists can be updated automatically.
What do you dislike about the product?
The CRM is poor whereby the customers take time to receive the feedback and Business owners don't easily track all communication hence creating a big gap with their clients

It's easy to integrate the Google Analytics in order to measure the performance of any site

It's a wonderful online emailing tool for online marketing

I'm not familiar with other features and there's no training of the tool

It's easy to access and accomplishment of work with mobile marketing and emailing is superb hence creating alarge marketing strategies.

Configuring WhatsApp messages and SMS marketing is easy with iterable and like the pricing strucutre of the tool

Support is too limited because responses delay even on live chat, so hard to deploy

The tool is helping us reach more clients through sms and email and whatsapp marketing at good pricing
