Iterable has been amazing at helping us achieve our goals
What do you like best about the product?
Iterable's documentation and Academy in conjuction with their support team have been extremely helpful. Iterable is very easy tool to use and we are able to get our journeys and campaigns set up with ease. We also hook Iterable's data with Snowflake to provide more analysis on our end.
What do you dislike about the product?
Iterable is an amazing tool but I would love to have snippets as part of the Drag+Drop template editor.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Iterable provides tooling such as journeys, events, campaigns, that allow our Marketing team work and iterate with less engineering overhead.

I'd love to learn more about the social media support.

Mostly intuitive, good basic features, and nice support options

Segmentation isn't the most intuitive, last session data isn't a default event, and saving/launching journeys can be a hassle if you forget to save in more than one place

So many powerful features that it can be challenging to prioritize and leverage each to their full potential

Streamlining our marketing, transactional and journeys under ine platform with a seamless way to activate our data

The interface is very user friendly. It doesn't hurt my eyes.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like how I'm not able to traslate multiple locales with ease. I've got almost 30 locales.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed a solution that was easy to use globally. The team across EMEA, LATAM, and APAC understand it very easily.

Drag and drop feature is easy to use and allows you to build campaigns efficiently

The image gallery is not user friendly and makes it difficult to upload and insert content

I love how user friendly the platform is to use. The support team is always available to help when needed and I love having a one stop shop to meet all my needs.

The lack of an image library is a bit unfortunate.

It deploys all of our email and sms marketing tactics.

Support can take longer than expected but definitely within industry standard.
