What do you like best about the product?
I like the flexibility and the data ingestion capabilities. The journeys are really powerful.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were more in product capabilities.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Iterable helps us segment our users and leads and reach them in real-time when they complete certain actions.

What do you like best about the product?
I love its power - you are able to do so much with so little! Very user friendly and easy to learn.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes there are outages - just from time to time

Sending out emails and push marketing at lightening speed!

What do you like best about the product?
I truly love the customer support I have received at Iterable. They are fast, helpful and very knowledgeable.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a few glitches with in the software that could be improved, such as fixing the image uploaded in chrome.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's solving our email marketing needs and in the near future we will be adding additional features such as sms.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how seamless it is to set up journies! The support is also top tier and always responsive
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish some functionality was a little bit better like being able to easily compare email insights and pull them up side-by-side next to one another

They are helping us reach lots of customers at scale and personalize our messages to be tailored for each audience and also each personal user

The Iterable team is constantly open to feedback and building a product based on user feedback
What do you dislike about the product?
The UX between some features is inconsistent- ex: calendar picker in journeys and list segmentation. Also the reporting insights is a weakness

A powerful platform with an intuitive UI

What do you like best about the product?
We're new to the platform, but our onboarding experience thus far has been really positive. The Iterable team took the time to understand our company's specific needs and how we could accomplish our goals with their tools. They created extensive documentation around our use cases with clear goals.
Since we've started using the platform it's been easy to activate on our user data and introduce other members of our team to the tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
They are missing built in connectors to LinkedIn and Google Ads Audiences that would be super helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helping us more easily activate on user data and saving a ton of time.

Seems good enough, but want more intelligence

What do you like best about the product?
It works, as. Product manager I am able to do a few ad hoc sends when I need to and our marketing team is good with it too
What do you dislike about the product?
We are the brains still behind what is sent to customers. It would be better if we could create candidate push notifactions and candidate parts of emails and have iterable choose to send those when.

I.e we have one push notification for national park week and another for perseids meteor shower. We had to choose which one to send that week. If instead we could upload these two (and thousands more like oer friendly stays, where to camp for phish concert, etc) to a "black box" and set it to send our users 1 push a week and let it optimize send time and which com to send each user to maximize bookings we believe we could see a step function change in the effectiveness of our comms.
