Love this platform for consolidating inboxes and finding insights
What do you like best about the product?
I love that I can see all comments, DMs, tags, and all other engagement activities in one place. It's easy to respond to them and make sure I'm not missing anything. It's even picking up tags that are not appearing on my IG notification section.
What do you dislike about the product?
The scheduling calendar and Instagram grid planner isn't as convenient as I hope it to be. I would love to have a feature where I can just drag the photos around the planner without having to reschedule each post just to see how it look like.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing our community has become much simpler now that everything is centralized in one place. The insights provided not only keep me informed about our own performance, but also offer some useful information about our competitors.
Sprouts Review
What do you like best about the product?
It gives detailed info in the analysis section. Very convenient with having all of our socials in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be a little overwhelming and a learning curve.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is allowing us to answer clients faster and more efficiently. It helps us gather intel on ways we can better our in-house customer service.
Sprout is a great social media management platform
What do you like best about the product?
Sprout helps keep our company organized, letting us concentrate more on creativity rather than spending time on scheduling.
What do you dislike about the product?
A number of features that we are interested in require an extra payment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout Social streamlines our tasks and makes scheduling content a breeze.
Great Social Media Management Tool
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use and approve, meets security requirements.
What do you dislike about the product?
Approving on mobile is not as easy (if you want to edit first comment, see scheduled time etc.)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows our coordinator to schedule our posts, and me to approve everything. Also gives us clean insights in one place.
Sprout Social: Crisis management and scalability of engagement
What do you like best about the product?
I really like the features it offers. For example, Smart Inbox is great because I can have all my messages and direct messages from multiple platforms in one place. I like that, and I also love that it offers a tool called Social Listening, which is great because I can monitor reputation during a network outage.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I dont like is that its very expensive and the support team doesnt give clear answers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has become a fundamental enterprise tool for any social media department because it simplifies publishing and analysis, increases the ability to manage reputation and customer service at scale, and is great because it does a great job.
Effective, efficient, modern and tech-forward
What do you like best about the product?
The tagging system helps so much to create reports and organize content
What do you dislike about the product?
We can't schedule IG stories with interactive feature
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reporting and analytics
Solid social media management platform
What do you like best about the product?
Social listening insights, in-depth reporting, scheduling and calendar features (such as identifying hot and top-performing posts with standout engagement), and how easy it is to monitor daily mentions and DM's all in one place. Overall, a powerful tool and worthy investment especially for businesses with multiple social profiles or brands to manage, and for brands that post a high volume of content.
What do you dislike about the product?
The AI assist features in the Publishing section don't provide much value for me. They generally feel more cumbersome and limited compared to simply using ChatGPT in a separate window. The writing tools available when composing a post are also somewhat lacking—I would find a 'shorten text' option for platforms like X much more useful than the current options to 'make more confident' or 'make more friendly.' Overall, I would much rather see AI-driven analysis and insights in the Reporting section than these text-generation features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has greatly saved us time on reporting, it has helped us stay on top of new content opportunities and brand health by monitoring mentions across all platforms, and has helped keep tabs on our wider brand reach with social listening on platforms like Reddit.
Great service
What do you like best about the product?
I feel that the platform is easy to use as an experienced social media manager and has all the platforms my organization uses for our social promotions. The analytics they provide are also great, and I like the visual planner so I can easily see the frequency we are sending out posts per platform and by individual platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
I felt that the sales rep that we were assigned was pushy with getting us to sign the contract as soon as possible, and that was a bit off-putting. It was towards the end of the month that we were working on finalizing so I understood wanting to get another sale in before EOM, but it was slightly annoying to deal with.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having all of our platforms under one management and publishing system vs. using multiple and streamlined analytics.
Sprout Social has helped The Baby Academy grow our social media following by 287% since adoption
What do you like best about the product?
A number of features. The ease of scheduling content, and picking a best time to post it across multiple profiles in different geographies. The power of the data from both of comepetition, but also our own content, to know what content drives shares vs what drives followers. And finally to be reactive to going viral, as Sprout gives us insight into real-time external upticks.
Getting started was super easy, as the customer support team had an onboarding call with us to ensure we knew how to use the tool and all its features.
We use Sprout Social Daily.

What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. Sprout has been our go to platform as we've scaled over the last three years. The team have been wonderful to work with.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout enables us to post content across multiple social media profiles in the four countries we operate in. A key importance for us is being able to schedule our content ahead of time, so that there are now gaps in our content delivery. We are also able to leverage the advanced data to make decisions to grow our social profile, but also identify key figures to build relationships with.
A powerful, easy-to-use social media tool that keeps everything organized
What do you like best about the product?
Sprout Social is incredibly user-friendly and easy to learn, even when managing multiple social media accounts. I love that it brings so many valuable features together — from scheduling and publishing to social listening, review management, and reporting — all in one place. As someone who manages several brands, it’s great to have everything centralized and to easily schedule, duplicate, and track posts. I also really appreciate how it helps me stay on top of comments and messages so nothing slips through the cracks. I use this platform every single day.
What do you dislike about the product?
The pricing is definitely on the higher side compared to other scheduling platforms. I also wish there were more robust options for scheduling Facebook Reels and Stories. Earlier on, I had a period where several posts failed to publish, which was frustrating, but that issue seems to have resolved and hasn’t happened in the last couple of months. My only other concern is the lack of personalized support — after the initial onboarding, I didn’t have a dedicated contact person to walk me through advanced features. While the help section is useful, a more tailored review or ongoing check-ins would’ve made the experience even better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout Social helps me stay organized and efficient when managing multiple client accounts. Having everything — from scheduling and reporting to engagement and review management — in one centralized platform saves a huge amount of time and reduces errors. It also helps me ensure consistent posting schedules, track performance across brands, and stay on top of incoming messages or comments without missing anything. Overall, it’s made managing social media for multiple businesses far more streamlined and manageable.
