Excellent Calendar, But Overwhelming Feature Set and Limited LinkedIn Integration
What do you like best about the product?
Calendar feature -- great for planning, visualizing, scheduling.
What do you dislike about the product?
Feels congested -- we only end up using a fraction of the features because Sprout offers SO much and it feels noisy. Would be great if it had more LinkedIn integrations, eg ability to do a competitive analysis.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easy to visualize calendar and auto-post vs manually post in the native platform.
Feature-Rich Platform That Listens to User Feedback
What do you like best about the product?
An abundance of features & continuous development of features per user feedback. A true all rounder tool for large social media teams or SMMs managing lots of channels.
As a Premium user, customer support & client success are always available, very quick to reply and dig out any answers or resources that might not be readily available.
The interface is quite intuitive, despite a few features that can still be tweaked.

What do you dislike about the product?
The price might be out of range for a lot of companies
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Without a social media management tool, the amount of content would be extremely difficult to schedule, organize, share within the team and filter for reporting. Sprout also makes approvals quite easy (even multi-step approvals). It's not perfect but it still simplifies the process a great deal.
Effortless Post Scheduling, But Reddit Monitoring Needs Work
What do you like best about the product?
I find that scheduling posts is easy and listening to social comments.
What do you dislike about the product?
Monitoring reddit has been a big tricky.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
There weren't exactly problems, but scheduling and posting makes it easy.
Excellent Reporting & Scheduling, But Review Updates Lag
What do you like best about the product?
Provided great reporting and made it easy to schedule posts

Google reviews wouldn't populate immediately.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's allowing us to get insights on our social media demographics, which allows us to tailor our posts based on the reporting.
Great Real-Time Notifications, But App Can Be Clunky
What do you like best about the product?
I really like the mobile app. I like how i can can get real time notifications but also have the option to silence notifications.
What do you dislike about the product?
The mobile app can sometimes be a little clunky.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It was too hard to manage all my accounts at once. Subscribing to sprout has made me more efficient and allowed us to charge our clients more.
All-in-One Platform with Fast Support, But Notification Timing Needs Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
All included within one platform. All features are handled in-house. The support teams are very quick to respond and resolve issues
What do you dislike about the product?
Lack of some platforms within the service. Notifications about heavier volume in interactions is not based on time of increase but rather sent out within the next few hours

We have a lot of noise in our interactions and automation and filtering reduces a lot of it. The analytics also let us see in real time how our communities across platforms view and interact with us

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of managing multiple social media channels and platforms in one place, and the ability to assign tasks to other teams.
What do you dislike about the product?
The main reason we signed up for Sprout Social was the ability to assign tasks via the mobile app. That function has been removed for some reason, and that has negatively impacted our ability to manage our social media workflows.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have a lot of messages for different areas of our business, and the ability to assign them and have subject matter experts in each area respond directly is a massive benefit for us.
Great tool; potential to be undefeated tool for a SM Manager if some updates are made
What do you like best about the product?
The tools are better suited to my uses than any other platform I've used.
What do you dislike about the product?
It takes too long for updates that are available on the native social apps to be integrated in the tools on Sprout Social. EX: Instagram has been allowing 20 images in carousel posts for more than a year, however, sprout still limits users to 10. I'm forced to go off of sprout to create posts in instagram when I (often) need to post more than 10 images. Additionally, instagram and tiktok get better engagement rates/impression rates on still image posts when music is included, but that's not even an option on sprout. We have our own licensed music we can include, just give us the option of posting it?
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Compiling the metrics across multiple platforms into one report is key. The ease to download the reports and email them/save them is fantastic too. Scheduling tools are great, I just wish I could save drafts of posts on multiple platforms without having to go out and fill all the info in before saving. It's a draft, just save it as it is right now in the list? It's going to lock up my screen if I have to come back with more info.

I love the content calendar and publishing abilities! I am a very visual person, so that helps a ton.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't LOVE the mobile app. I think it could be a bit more user friendly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping an eye on our social mentions! It can be tricky to be everywhere all at once, but I think Sprout helps me keep an eye on several things at once.
Great Multi-Platform Posting, But Draft Editing Needs Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
Being able to work on post for multiple platforms all at once, editing unique features for some platforms from the same page.
What do you dislike about the product?
That once you save a post as a draft you no longer have the ability to edit it for all platforms all at once. Making it impossible to plan in advance.

Understanding how our socials are performing, how it compares to our competitors and what our customers are saying.
