I'll never stop sharing how much I love Sprout!

What do you like best about the product?
Gosh, it's hard for me to choose a favorite feature when they're all incredible! I love that Sprout Social lets you customize your posts by network! It makes it easy for me to tag accounts that are only on certain platforms without going back and forth. I also love the reporting functions and data! The reports are highly customizable and it's easy for me to pull specific numbers to share with my team.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish Sprout would automatically give the option to resize art for you. It's not a huge deal, but I hate when I get all the way done with a post just to find out my photo is barely the wrong size. Regardless, I appreciate how easy it is to resize images within the software, so it's really not a huge problem.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The analytics all in one place! I don't have to fight with the various platforms just to get our analytics, they're all conveniently within the Sprout Social interface.

User-Friendly Scheduling and Helpful AI Assist Make a Great Combo

What do you like best about the product?
The scheduling tool is extremely user friendly. The AI assist tool is really helpful when reviewing captions. The reporting tool is very robust and reviewing reports is clean and easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have been Sprout customers for several years, and each year the rising cost becomes more difficult to manage. While we have managed to negotiate so far, the significant annual price hikes—especially when there are no major updates to the product—are increasingly hard to justify and make it challenging to build a solid business case.

I also wish there was the ability to build you own package or purchase certain tools as a one-off
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout Social helps us solve the challenge of managing multiple social media channels efficiently while maintaining a consistent brand voice. The platform centralizes scheduling, engagement, and reporting across all our accounts, which saves our team hours each week.

Its reporting tools make it easy to translate social performance into meaningful insights we can share with leadership, and the unified inbox helps us stay on top of community interactions without missing messages. Overall, Sprout streamlines collaboration, improves visibility into what’s working, and allows us to make data-driven decisions that strengthen our social strategy.

Great Social Integrations, Needs More Customization Options

What do you like best about the product?
I like that Sprout has integrations with the most social platforms, making it easier to keep up with posting.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think Sprout could have a few more customizable features so users can make their day more efficient by the way they work. Calendar customization is the main area for me. I also wish it had hashtag *suggestions* for social.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Best thing is the Canva to Sprout integration! Makes my work process so simple. Sprout saves me time by allowing me to post everything at once. I also appreciate the ability to adapt my posts on each platform. This allows me to continue with my day, focused on other tasks. Their AI writing tool is also helpful when writer's block happens.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of posting across platforms and able to log in fast and see reporting. Easy-to-read reports that I can summarize for my supervisors.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't love their calendar format. I want to be able to see the entire post on Sprout, not just a preview of what I posted., to make sure what I posted is correct and to the best of my ability.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I like the integrations that Sprout has with different platforms outside of social media platforms. Our company uses Trustpilot, and that integration has saved me so much time because I can interact with and respond to reviews from Sprout.

What do you like best about the product?
The most productive, streamlined tool on the market. It shaves hours off my work day and reporting tasks. It was easy to implement across out team.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some metrics are hard to understand, especially if you're looking to differentiate between lifetime and monthly metrics.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout has transformed how we handle reporting, scheduling, and organization. I save two to three hours each month just on reporting, and I use Sprout daily to work with clients and respond to our ad comments. It has become an indispensable part of our business, helping me work efficiently as a team of one.

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate how the platform allows us to bring in the specific metrics that are valuable to our organization and that we regularly report on. I also like that it offers the capability to integrate various accounts, which makes managing our data much more convenient.
What do you dislike about the product?
The reports you pull can occasionally be a bit finicky, and they also expire in your inbox after a certain amount of time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ability to do all reporting in one and not have to reply on day of metrics on platforms

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to create reports which are bespoke, and can easily be shared with different stakeholders across the business to showcase ROI. You can easily add in which metrics they do and don't want to see, as well as explanatory notes.
I also love the AI review the conversations you have, it easily reviews what you've previously been speaking about, summarises it so that you don't have to read back through the whole conversation.
We also integrate different apps into Sprout social and it's really easy to do, we've added in Bynder as well as bitly, it's really easy to use and it's nice not having to do in and out of different apps.
Our case handles, Daniel is always ready to help and the customer support button is easily accessible and is always available to help.
We use Sprout every day, and the whole business knows of its benefits and it's been easily implemented into the business. It's the best social media scheduling tool i've used so far, and I've used many!
What do you dislike about the product?
i wish that we had the opportunity to leave a first comment on other platforms as well as instagram.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed a platform that worked seamlessly, offered us an easy fast way to schedule content, reply to messages, categorise them and report on everything in an easy bespoke way that can be shared with different stakeholders to increase efficiency and help prove ROI.

What do you like best about the product?
What is most helpful about Sprout is that they have the best support team! They are readily available for any questions or assistance that is/has been needed. I love that they make social automations so easy when it comes to needing to post to multiple platforms, the process is seamless!
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not come across any downsides or dislikes yet, nor do I foresee to. We did thorough research and meetings with the Sprout team before joining and I feel we made the right choice!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout is essentially saving us loads of time but us being able to throw our content in and doing the rest of the work for us. I love that it is able to track our most active time(s) on multiple social platforms and post during those times. I feel like we have one less thing to worry about.

What do you like best about the product?
The custom reports, and ease of managing multiple platforms for multiple brands - all in one SMM platform.

the 1-3 day delay in data gathering for reports
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout Social is solving multiple problems for me as a marketer.
- It offers the ability to publish a social media message on multiple major platforms, even some niche platforms, within minutes. It also offers image editing right in the composer so I've eliminated minutes shifting between photoshop or illustrator.
-It offers a fantastic set of social media reporting tools for major platforms, which also saves me hours of data gathering from multiple sources for a performance report.
-It brings in messages our social profiles receive directly into the Sprout platform so we can review all in one place
-It saves many hours in a week when it is only one marketer with multiple brands and over 100 messages per week.
-and it constantly evolves to make our jobs as SMM better and our workflow more efficient.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how everything lives in the same space. I can see reports, schedule posts and track inbox messages without needing seperate tools.

The price can be high and I have to advocate for it to leadership quite often
