Great Workspace Separation, But Reporting Needs More Customization
What do you like best about the product?
I like the seperation between positve comment handling and the support work space.
What do you dislike about the product?
the reporting is not as robust or customizable as I would prefer. it would be great to have the option to exclude tags instead of only including them. i dont like that all of the errors when publishing are held at the bottom, they should appear next to where something is missing or wrong.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout helps us with our social listening, allowing us to view what people are talking about in regards to the company, but may not be tagging us. Streamlines our posting and engagement processes on the team. Also helps organize and track and report on the performance of our CS Social support team.
User-Friendly, Powerful Analytics & Support—Room for Multi-Login and More Data Sources
What do you like best about the product?
I love that Sprout is so user friendly, the platform is very easy to learn and their learning tools are amazing, I always recommend them to my new employees as they get started on the platform. My favorite feature is the analytics and scheduling tools. I do all of my analytic reports directly in Sprout and share a view link with all of my clients, it has been a game changer when doing data collection. Scheduling is a very easy implementation strategy that my team uses nearly every single day with our content. Their customer support is amazing and is always ready to answer whatever questions you may have.
What do you dislike about the product?
Although I don't feel there are any downsides to using Sprout, rather features I feel like would help elevate the platform. As of now, only one user can log in on a single login at a time, this makes it hard to use several tabs on Sprout for different features. I would also love to see it pull in Data from collaboration posts on Instagram and TikTok.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Data collection in one place, all social media management in one place.
Intuitive Platform with Great Support, But Lacks White Label Reporting
What do you like best about the product?
The easy way you can navigate throughout the platform. Being able to drag and drop content around on month view and premium reporting are my favourite features. Customer support is very good, I like using the live chat if I have issues. Sprout also listen's to your feedback and most things have been brought in when mentioned to our customer reps.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't a white label offering to make reports more personal for clients. Also, it doesn't bring in TikTok mentions yet. However, comparing against a lot of other platforms it's very good at most things!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows us to add in weeks / months of content very easily. Features like choosing the best time to post are also useful. As we are an agency we need to be able to review our content and report to our clients easily, Sprout allows us to do that. Premium analytics are very much worth it, they are easy to navigate and provide valuable insights for our clients each month.
Outstanding Scheduling and Analytics Make This a Winner
What do you like best about the product?
I like the scheduling and analytical features. I like that it allows you to dig deeper and build out things via graphics, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think what I find least helpful is that sometimes there feels like too much going on. I wish breaking things out when doing reporting could be easier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout is helping me to clearly define KPIs on social and helps me have a better understanding of what works vs. what doesnt on social platforms that I manage.

I can schedule ahead on multiple accounts

There are no trend or social media updates, and you have to pay for higher tier to see when the best time to post is.

I can see all the content that is planned ahead

Great Multi-Channel Reporting, But Pricey

The scheduling tool is great to see when posts will perform best

For TikToks, there isn't a spot to 'add sound' and have to have your own orginal audio which isn't great when you want a video to take off with a viral sound

You can manage all your social media platforms and analytics in one spot.

The employee advocacy tool could use some more features as it continues to improve.

Excellent for Content Planning, Reporting Could Be Clearer
What do you like best about the product?
Sprout has been so helpful in creating fulsome content plans across mutliple platforms for our numerous brands.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times, the reporting can be confusing or hard to navigate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having a lot of content to organize and know when it's all going out - Sprout makes it easy to visualize in the calendar view.
