Sprout Social: Essential for Social Media Strategy
What do you like best about the product?
I have been using Sprout Social for nearly four years, and I am genuinely impressed with several of its features and benefits. The platform excels in reports and analytics, providing detailed, visually appealing dashboards that accurately represent both paid and organic data, which is crucial for analyzing social media sentiments and metrics. The integration with Canva is a standout feature, allowing for seamless creation and representation of content and graphics, unlike any other platform I've encountered. This feature enhances the overall content creation process tremendously. Sprout Social’s scheduling capabilities, including bulk scheduling and content creation, are efficient and play a vital role in my role as a social media strategist. I also find the customer support to be highly responsive, with real-time chat availability, which significantly enhances my experience whenever I encounter difficulties, whether it involves reports, scheduling, or community management. The ongoing updates with new features are incredibly beneficial, keeping the platform valuable and relevant. Additionally, the ability to differentiate sentiments within the inbox, categorizing them as negative or positive, helps greatly in understanding public perceptions and managing community sentiment. Overall, the seamless setup experience, comprehensive training support, and continuous updates make Sprout Social a reliable and indispensable tool for managing multiple client accounts and social media responsibilities effectively. I highly value the clarity and innovation it brings to my work, which is why I am passionate about recommending it to others.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's nothing I dislike about the platform but I'm regularly expecting more beneficial features in order to use this single application for all my social media needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Sprout Social for streamlined scheduling, effective content management, and insightful analytics. It offers seamless dashboards, Canva integration, and sentiment analysis, which enhance productivity and client satisfaction.
Efficient Social Media Management with Easy Setup
What do you like best about the product?
I highly appreciate how Sprout Social makes it incredibly easy to respond to customers efficiently through the Smart Inbox feature. This tool simplifies the communication process and allows us to maintain strong SLAs by enabling real-time responses. Additionally, the ease of use in setting up and using Sprout Social over time has been remarkable, making the entire experience very manageable without any significant issues. I also enjoy the ability to effectively monitor and track our social media content, which ensures that all posts are analyzed and managed appropriately. Further, the platform's publishing and analytics capabilities are indispensable in our daily activities, as they support both creating and analyzing content comprehensively. Its user-friendly environment combined with a robust analytics mechanism enhances our workflow significantly. These elements contribute to my high satisfaction with the product, reflected in my willingness to give it a recommendation score of ten.

User-Friendly Interface, But Editing Posts Needs Improvement

Easy to use when needed. Nothing else come to mind.

Editing posts and editing corporate posts

Ability to view customer posts.
Easy Onboarding and Cross-Platform Use, But Limited by Facebook Business Account Requirement
What do you like best about the product?
I like the support you receive on getting onboarded. I also enjoy being able to look at cross platforms all a the same time. It is very easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that you accounts have to be linked to business accounts on facebook. While I understand that is standard, it limited how many accounts I could streamline in the software.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is letting me know the best time of day to post, it is letting me know what type of post work, and it is letting me track the different forms of social media on each platform.
Unified Social Management, But Needs More Polish

Connecting all of our social accounts into one platform

Some things still feel less than refined as they actively work on expanding the platform
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Connecting multiple accounts into a single space and providing a social listening platform. We also utilize the content planner

I appreciate how detailed and concise the analytics in Sprout are, and I find it very convenient that exporting data is straightforward. The scheduling calendar is user-friendly, and I value the integrated advocacy tool, which alerts employees whenever new posts are available.
Additionally, I use Sprout to create custom reports, allowing me to combine analytics from multiple accounts into a single report.
I also enjoy the consistent customer support and find it easy to reach out to the team whenever I encounter any issues.

What do you dislike about the product?
I find the mention feature on LinkedIn and Facebook unreliable, as it occasionally fails to locate the account I want to tag. This means I often have to return to my post later to mention the right people, which is inconvenient and time-consuming.
Additionally, I believe the link tracking feature on LinkedIn could use some improvement. Ideally, I would like to be able to track a link I share while also including an image in the same post, but this isn't possible with the current version.
I think the recent improvement of editing post on a separate platform has been a great improvement; however the advocacy tool is not integrated into the individual edits yet. I'd like to see this feature added to continue using the advocacy tool.

Sprout helps me save time by allowing me to schedule social posts across 10 different accounts simultaneously. I also appreciate that Sprout consolidates various analytics into a single platform, making it convenient to generate custom reports when I need to demonstrate value to the leadership team.
Outstanding Reporting Features
What do you like best about the product?
The reports are very good and help me to understand the social media behavior, take a quick action and have a big picture. In addition, have all social media in the same KPIS and dashboard help me to compare much better..
What do you dislike about the product?
The advertising part is not so good. The price is very high to not have all with a very good performance.

For my role, social media analytics. The global users didn't like the listening tool and post.

Sprout makes it easy to plan, create, approve, and publish content. saving time and improving collaboration across our team. The reporting features are another standout, offering clear, customizable insights that make it simple to track performance and share results with clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform’s biggest drawback is its cost. While the tools are powerful, the pricing is steep for smaller agencies. Additionally, integration with platforms like Nextdoor is limited, which does create a gap for our client needs.

Sprout helps our agency manage multiple client accounts efficiently across platforms like Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn. Before using Sprout, content approvals, scheduling, and reporting were time-consuming and scattered across different tools.

It solves the problem of having to schedule many posts, and still keep track of them. It benefits me and my team by allowing us to get ahead.
Great for Duplicating Content, But Lacks Tagging Features

The ability to duplicate copy and posts, as well as the easy approval flows.

Inability to tag companies and profiles.
