Great Scheduling and Smart Inbox, But Can Get Overwhelming

What do you like best about the product?
The Compose and Scheduling of Posts, and the Smart Inbox, however, the Smart Inbox tends to get very overwhelming and hard to sort sometimes. I also like the "Customize Post Per Network" option, it's super useful when scheduling one post for different platforms, some of them need more hashtags, or links, and that makes the work more efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
That everything needs to be approved, even replying to comments, or DMs... That makes frequent use a little bit more difficult to keep the ball rolling.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Immediate scheduling of posts without having to go through Meta Business Suite, and gathering all performance data for easier analysis. Having most clients on the same platform helps optimize my time spent planning and scheduling posts.

What do you like best about the product?
I have been using Sprout Social for over seven years and have found it to be a top-tier social media management platform. I appreciate its intuitive navigation and user-friendly setup, which made it easy to get started and continue using. The robust and complex features are surprisingly easy to use, providing a good overall user experience. One of the standout features for me is the advanced workflows, such as the two-step approval process that allows for peer review among writers, making it highly customizable. I also love the Smart Inbox feature, which makes managing incoming social media inquiries seamless by tagging colleagues and assigning tasks. The tagging capability is incredibly useful for generating department-specific reports efficiently, a task that would be time-consuming using native social media apps alone. Additionally, I find the scheduling of reports to be a huge time saver, as it automates regular report distribution, simplifying my to-do list. The customer success managers are a valuable resource, offering strategic consulting hours that blend industry expertise with practical usage of Sprout's tools. Over the years, Sprout has consistently incorporated customer feedback into its product, making their features more aligned with our needs. This responsiveness to customer requests and continuous improvement in their product roadmap instills confidence and satisfaction in their service.
What do you dislike about the product?

I find Sprout Social beneficial for managing multiple social media platforms in one space, enabling advanced approval workflows, peer reviews, and custom reporting, which saves time and enhances our productivity.

What do you like best about the product?
Nice to have all platforms in one place. I appreciate the smart inbox.
What do you dislike about the product?
The price is high relative to the value. I do not appreciate that you have to upgrade for features like optimal scheduling time when that feature is available for free on the Meta platforms. Seems like they want to charge you for everything when this is already a fairly expensive subscription. The reps I have spoken with have not been helpful and I would say some are borderline rude. It's also annoying that there isn't a way to delegate your seat for a short term situation. For example, when I am on vacation it would be nice to be able to add a second user for a short period so they can cover for me but doing so with the 2FA is cumbersome and ultimately leads to me just giving the person covering access to the platforms directly (missed opportunity to get someone else using sprout). There are some bugs in the software that impact ease of use– sometimes I cannot schedule after writing a post out, etc. and I have to reload the page.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Scheduling social media. Anything enhanced they are looking to upgrade you.

What do you like best about the product?
Sprout Social seems to have industry leading features that make life as a social media manager significantly more easy and convenient. The first comment feature alone is so helpful!
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish we had access to more features, like story reposting - though I know these are API issues with the social media platforms and not with sprout.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout Social gives us an all-in-one control center for our social media presence, which is immensely helpful as a small but mighty team

What do you like best about the product?
I think the metrics are pretty intuitive and it allows me to see what's working and what's not.
What do you dislike about the product?
The publishing portion is really finicky. It's hard to tag others and I wish there were more emojis. I find myself constantly using my phone to edit posts once I've shared using Sprout.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout allows me to view all of our social media metrics in one place.

What do you like best about the product?
I have been using Sprout Social for over three years primarily for social listening, social reporting, and publishing to social media. Initially, I switched to Sprout Social from free tools like Hootsuite because it offered a more powerful solution that fulfilled my needs. One of the standout aspects is the ease of setup, supported by phone call consultations with knowledgeable team members of Sprout Social, who assist in setting everything up smoothly. Their customer service has been consistently great whenever questions arise. Every morning, Sprout Social provides me a complete view of social listening, which I find incredibly valuable. It streamlines my reporting and publishing workflows across multiple social channels simultaneously, which is a significant time saver. Moreover, the reporting tools are extremely useful for both real-time and big-picture reporting, offering insights that are essential for my work. The publishing functionality simplifies my tasks by allowing me to schedule all content from one place, eliminating the need to jump between different platforms. Overall, these features and the consistent performance make me inclined to continue using Sprout Social.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find that the social listening feature could be more comprehensive. There are sometimes holes and gaps in the listening platform, which affects the overall experience.

Great for Scheduling, But Inaccurate Data and Poor Support Hold It Back

What do you like best about the product?
it's easy to filter posts based on tags and easy to schedule and approve posts
What do you dislike about the product?
The data is all wrong. It's not accurate to what is showing on the social media analysis, making my agency not use the platform for reports. That is one main reasons I don't recommend the platform. Also, the support is horrible.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's good to see if our posts are organized and approved. Also, even if we don't use the platform the content appears there, which is great.

Great Social Tracking, But Features Need Better Integration

What do you like best about the product?
Managing a record of all social posts and their performance
What do you dislike about the product?
Features can feel half baked and disconnected. For example two very helpful features do not work together, the "customize post per network" and "Send to Advocacy" items are unable to work together, so I need to use the benefits of doing all my social posts from a single screen then proceed to go to every single post for each network that I want Advocacy to have and add them individually. So close to being great, but not all the way there.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Feature set to differentiate from just using the platforms.
