What do you like best about the product?
The scheduling of posts is super convenient and easy to use.

The reporting dashboards can use a bit of work by being more specific with metrics.

Being able to have a social media content calendar is super nice because I can plan ahead.

What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate how Sprout Social brings all social channels into one platform. It makes scheduling, monitoring, and engaging so much more streamlined, saving a lot of time and reducing the chances of missing important interactions.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some advanced analytics and reporting features are only available on higher-tier plans, which can feel restrictive for smaller teams.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout Social solves the challenge of managing multiple social media accounts by centralizing everything in one platform. It makes scheduling and publishing posts much easier, ensuring a consistent brand presence without the manual effort. The analytics and reporting features provide clear insights into engagement and performance, allowing me to make data-driven decisions. Additionally, the team collaboration tools streamline communication and task management, reducing errors and saving time. Overall, it helps me work more efficiently and maximize the impact of our social media efforts.

Perfect Solution for Facebook Page Engagement

What do you like best about the product?
I have been using Sprout Social for about seven years, and I value its effective handling of responses to comments on our Facebook business page. I discovered it through a Google search for an efficient solution to manage our Facebook messages, and I appreciated its straightforward and easy setup process. Sprout Social effectively solved the problem of nesting and burying messages under other content on our Facebook page, making it difficult to find new messages to respond to. I find the ability to respond to messages and block or ban users misusing our social media incredibly useful. I continue to maintain my subscription as the service has proven to be quite valuable for us, and I would not want to change anything about it because it works perfectly. I would rate it an absolute ten.

I use Sprout Social to efficiently respond to Facebook messages, solving the issue of buried and nested messages, and providing tools to manage problematic users.

What do you like best about the product?
Every day, I use Sprout Social to schedule and manage posts on the brand’s social channels, listen to mentions and check out how the posts are performing . The calendar view is also helpful to visualize what to publish for the week and the approval workflows are less confusing than a wild email chain thirty minutes before it all goes live.
What do you dislike about the product?
The reporting options can be limiting if you wish to do more than the standard templates allow and have to often export data and modify in excel to receive the reports you need. In terms of negative features, the pricing does feel high for smaller teams especially if you need to access more complex analytics. Additionally the listening tool sometimes pulls relevant mentions that I do have to filter out manually.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout Social has cut the time I spend managing social media in half and instead of bouncing between apps, I schedule, monitor and respond in one place. And as a result it has made me stay more consistent with content planning and I can now provide our leadership team with better visibility into what’s working across our channels.

What do you like best about the product?
I have been using Sprout Social for approximately four years primarily for social moderation and brand listening. I truly appreciate how incredibly easy it was to implement and execute. The setup was seamless; I could plug in our different platforms effortlessly and begin to learn how to manage and create different inboxes according to our specific use cases. This ease of use is undoubtedly one of the top reasons I would purchase it again. Sprout Social effectively solves problems related to both brand listening and content moderation by allowing us to handle the bulk of DMs and comments efficiently. Additionally, the reporting capabilities are fantastic, as they consolidate all social platforms into one space, which is extremely helpful. The flexibility to set up different workflows and custom inboxes tailored to our use cases is a significant plus that enhances our team’s operations on social media. This functionality is extremely effective and well-suited to our needs. Overall, I would highly recommend Sprout Social, scoring it a 10 out of 10.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm finding it a bit annoying that Sprout Social requires a code every time I log in. Even though we are trying to remember it, this extra step has been a little bit of an inconvenience. It might just be a setting we need to adjust, but it's been a recent hassle for us.

I use Sprout Social for brand listening and content moderation, centralizing social platforms in one space, improving our team's efficiency and responsiveness to DMs and comments.

What do you like best about the product?
I absolutely love using Sprout Social, as it has been an integral part of my workflow for the past two years. The reports it generates are particularly impressive, making complex social media data digestible and understandable for my superiors, which greatly aids in decision-making. I also appreciate the employee advocacy feature, which empowers our internal team to effectively disseminate information, thereby expanding our coverage. Furthermore, I enjoy having the autonomy to select our own influencers, which gives us greater control over our social media strategy. The listening element of Sprout Social is immensely beneficial, as it helps us identify emerging trends and assists in crisis communication. Additionally, I find Sprout Social to be very user-friendly, even for individuals without extensive social media experience, ensuring that its basic functionalities are easy to use for everyone on our team.

I would like to have more sessions on building out the listening capabilities and not have an customer experience manager at an additional cost

Sprout Social creates digestible reports, supports employee advocacy to widen coverage, and offers autonomy in influencer selection. It is user-friendly even for those with minimal social media experience.

Great Tool for Social Media Teams, Mobile App Needs Work

What do you like best about the product?
Sprout Social is the best tool for our team to share content across multiple platforms and channels, engaging with customers through the inbox, and tracking performance. Tools like "Team Conversations" allow our team to work more efficiently in assigning tasks, problem solving in responding to guests, and ensuring content is completed.
What do you dislike about the product?
While Sprout Social on desktop is great, the mobile app is more challenging to navigate. Features like "shorten links" are not available, and all of the tools are harder to find. Posting to instagram through the mobile app is often impossible due to "sizing issues" even when they're resized in the Sprout app. This makes it hard to post on-the-go during events, which is a big part of the posting strategy of our team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our team often has trouble keeping track of large amounts of content and information between channels and platforms, and which team member is responsible for each piece of content. Sprout has allowed us to streamline our processes to better plan out our calendars, and have internal discussions through the platform for necessary updates, changes, and assignments.

Sprout has allowed our team a better way to see all of our messages at once to better ensure we're engaging with every customer, while still allowing us to narrow down to specific topics and dates and find specific messages easily.

How it seamlessly brings together publishing, reviewing and the ability to leave comments in one platform. Reports tools are clear and customizable
What do you dislike about the product?
I love the smartbox - but there's a lot of instances where messages even though replied to doesnt show up as replied. I have to manually go into Meta to reply to the messages.

Cross team cordination - from scheduling posts, tracking analytics to customer support. All can be managed within one platform is what is benefiting our teams
