Excellent Calendar and Reporting, But Instagram Grid Needs Format Fix
What do you like best about the product?
What I like best is the calendar view where I can view all my client's content for the month and really visualize it along with the Instagram grid viewer. I also find the reporting very useful and we use it for client monthly reports.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing I'd love improvement on is for the Instagram grid viewer to be in the proper format (4:5).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout Social helps ease of workflow between my team. All team members can log in and edit and view our client calendars. For example one team member creates the content, another team member goes in and schedules the content once the client approves it.

Inbox malfunctions and disconnection issues with various social accounts.

Effective for Campaign Metrics, Needs Improved Search Tool
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate how Sprout Social solves our reporting and campaign metrics problem, which allows us to share wins and progress within our influencer marketing campaigns effectively. The campaign summary section is particularly valuable and is the feature I find most useful for managing these campaigns. It provides the necessary insights and data presentation required to understand the outcomes and reach of our strategies.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the search tool in Sprout Social to be very unhelpful, which can be frustrating when trying to locate specific information quickly.

I use Sprout Social to solve the reporting and campaign metrics problem, enabling me to share wins and progress in our influencer marketing campaigns.

What do you like best about the product?
I find Sprout Social extremely user-friendly and straightforward, which makes navigating the platform a breeze. The UX is great, and the ease of setup enhanced by several training sessions with a Sprout representative helped address all my queries. I really appreciate how Sprout Social allows for efficient scheduling across multiple platforms, and the capability to quickly pull detailed reports with tagged content is phenomenal, providing deep insights into specific areas. The platform’s social listening tools ensure that we’re tuned into the right conversations on every platform, which is incredibly valuable. The smart inbox feature allows us to monitor and flag essential communications for our customer service teams to address complaints promptly. I am particularly impressed by the AI alt image text and caption generator, which is very useful alongside the reporting and tagging features. Sprout Social’s excellent customer service and their ability to stay updated with changes in social media platforms also stand out to me, ensuring that all features are current, enhancing the overall efficiency of my social media management tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the limitations in Sprout Social's social listening capabilities, particularly on Facebook. It does not allow for listening on pages other than our own, and there is a lack of flexibility in location targeting. However, I understand this limitation is likely due to an API issue that Sprout Social may not be able to resolve.

I use Sprout Social for easy multi-platform scheduling, detailed report generation, effective social listening, and streamlined brand monitoring and task management, enhancing my team's social media management efficiency.

It can sometimes be hard to tag people, so I sometimes have to go back and edit posts
