Efficient Scheduling & Great Support, But Renewal Process Needs Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
I like being able to schedule posts across platforms in one place and appreciate how the customer support through the live chat is usually very helpful and quick.
What do you dislike about the product?
It was a headache making changes to our account when going to renew our subscription.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It saves time being able to schedule posts across social media platforms at one time

I find Sprout Social very easy to use, which was a key factor for me choosing it over other options. The ease of use was evident right from setting it up, as the process was straightforward and hassle-free. My overall satisfaction with the product is high enough that I would consider purchasing it again.

I particularly like the all-in-one nature of the platform, which enhances convenience by consolidating all necessary tools in one place. The scheduler that allows me to post on multiple platforms simultaneously is a standout feature, showing Sprout Social's ability to handle my social media management needs effectively.

I often experience API disconnections with Sprout Social, leading to interrupted data and failed posts, which is frustrating.

user friendly interface, super customizable, good for teams to have a solid approval workflow, love the dashboard report. helpful customer support whenever i have questions

i don't see any downsides to sprout at this time.

Sprout Social makes it easy to access thousands of social partners in a simple search, which is helpful.
Great Multi-Platform Posting, Needs Better Boosted Content Separation
What do you like best about the product?
The posting time identification is very helpful for performance best practices. I also enjoy the seamless multi-platform posting feature.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am not very happy with the way that the post cannot be separated from boosted to non-boosted content to gauge performance.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I appreciate how I can input my account keywords to scrub online platforms for conversations and happenings. This helps me maintain awareness for my brand.

The clear and straightforward user interface makes Sprout Social both incredibly easy to learn, and incredibly efficient to use once you are comfortable with the platform.

I wish there were more tailored metrics to review performance within the platform, such as breaking down specific times of posts.
