Intuitive UI, But Instagram API Limits Functionality

What do you like best about the product?
I really like the UI because it’s very intuitive and easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
The things about Sprout I don’t like are more to do with the API limitations other programs have that limit what Sprout can do. Especially Instagram, it can be difficult to use sprout to manage comments and things through sprout.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helpful and reliable reporting!! It helps me a lot with my monthly reports on the accounts I run. I also think the tag feature helps me assess visually what topics I may be missing or leaning on too much.

What do you like best about the product?
Sprout has very clear analytics and is user friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not having access to different platforms APIs and constantly having outages or failed postings.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout helped us to have a one stop shop for scheduling and data management which helped to keep a highly visible track record across multiple partners and accounts.

Customizable Reports Shine, But Tagging on LinkedIn Needs Improvement

What do you like best about the product?
The report section is great because it allows you to customize your reports according to your specific needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a few limitations with the platform. For instance, when it comes to tagging—especially on LinkedIn—I consistently encounter issues. I often have to perform the tagging directly within the platform itself.

What do you like best about the product?
Sprout Social makes managing multiple clients, and multiple accounts for each client, easy. Scheduling is relatively seamless and monitoring is great. Getting your accounts and profiles connected only takes a few minutes.
What do you dislike about the product?
They're reporting isn't as great as some other options out there.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's taken the hassle out of monitoring and scheduling posts for multiple clients across multiple platforms.

What do you like best about the product?
Sprout is the best all-around social media management tool I've come across. We have tested multiple other social media management tools, and Sprout has consistently proven to be the best. We are a 3-year customer and just renewed for another year.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to dislike - it works great for us.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tagging, reporting, publishing. Saving time and making us more efficient.

ease of use, influencer platform, and social media reporting.
What do you dislike about the product?
lack of freedom in posting carousels (only 10 pics instead of instagram allowed 20), several failed posts from collaboration connections.

Sprout Makes Social Metrics Easy and Adds Value with Advocacy Tools

What do you like best about the product?
Sprout has been really handy for measurement in particular. LinkedIn native metrics only go back a year and its great to have retroactive data in Sprout. It find it super easy to use and like the fact that you get a link shortener included. The company also really enjoys the advocacy platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find that my accounts occasionally disconnect and its a little manual to go through that process of reconnecting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout is helping us measure the success of our social media program to better understand our audience.

Great Support and Features, But Not the Easiest to Use for Small Teams

What do you like best about the product?
Sprout has good support and the team there is helpful. There are a lot of features available and we use the review tool often.
What do you dislike about the product?
We don't find that Sprout is intuitive to use or easy to pick up out of the box. we have several approvers outside of the marketing team and they find it hard to use and clunky. We are also a few small team with lots of brands to manage, but we dont need all the bells and whistles. the program is a bit of overkill for us.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed a place to build posts for review and approval before they are posted a swell as to keep track of future planning posts.
