Great for Managing Multiple Accounts, But Frequent Disconnects Are Frustrating

What do you like best about the product?
being able to connect so many accounts as we have lots of facebook pages
What do you dislike about the product?
I have to reconnect accounts after an hour- why do they disconnect so often?
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We schedule posts across 50+ facebook pages and this saves me so much time not having to post on that many accounts

What do you like best about the product?
The dashboard and navigation are among some of the best I've seen. Really easy to use and efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's not much to dislike, but I guess the interface to allow tagging could be more user-friendly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have a lot of different media products and events so being able to plan, manage and edit a large number of social campaigns is really important. Sprout let's us do exactly this.

What do you like best about the product?
The scheduling calendar and reporting, especially when using tags for specific content types and campaigns.
What do you dislike about the product?
I love Sprout Social and have been a long time user. I think the main downside is the cost and how a lot of features and abilities are up charges compared to competitors.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout social is a key tool in social media management for me. I truly wouldn't be able to manage multiple accounts the same way without it.

What do you like best about the product?
I have been using Sprout Social for two years and find it to be the best platform available for managing social accounts. Its intuitive setup process made it easy to get started without any difficulty. I appreciate how it effectively manages content calendars and tracks social performance, which is crucial for my needs. Sprout Social excels in facilitating team collaboration, particularly through features that allow sharing of performance metrics. The Smart Inbox is one of the most useful features, enhancing my productivity by streamlining communication through organized and efficient handling of messages. Additionally, the performance dashboards provide valuable insights into social media activities, making it easier to monitor and improve strategies. Thanks to these capabilities, I have felt no need to integrate Sprout Social with other software, as it sufficiently fulfills all my requirements. Familiarity with this platform has made it my preferred choice and I would choose it again for future needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the need for better automatic tagging features in Sprout Social.

What do you like best about the product?
I have thoroughly enjoyed using Sprout Social for managing our TikTok content over the past two years. One of the standout features that I love is Sprout Social's ability to maintain a comprehensive log of all our previously posted TikTok content, which is critical for our content-heavy schedule. Unlike other platforms, Sprout allows us to manually publish content while still maintaining historical data, giving us an incredible edge in analysis and planning. It also impresses me that we can easily access details about our past posts, including engagement rates, directly from the calendar view. The setup process was a breeze, being straightforward and easy to navigate, which saved us time and effort. Additionally, the support provided by our dedicated team member and the effective chat feature have been indispensable, making sure our questions are answered promptly and thoroughly. The organizational tools are fantastic; the calendar layout with drag-and-drop functionality and the capability to add marketing notes help keep our team aligned on goals and messaging. Finally, the overall accessibility and ease of use of Sprout Social make it a platform that I’m very likely to purchase again.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like the way that the payment tiers are structured. Competitors seem to wrap more into their paid tiers, making it easier to access as a team.

Sprout Social helps us plan, organize, and layout TikTok content weekly, aiding in record-keeping and offering historical data insights. It's indispensable for managing over 21 videos weekly, enhancing team organization with its intuitive calendar layout and engagement insights.

Great for Scheduling, But Instagram Story Links Need Desktop Support

What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can schedule posts in advance, and it makes it easy to keep on top of social media posts.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike having to use a mobile app to add links in Instagram stories. I don't understand why I can't just do it on my desktop. It's frustrating and bulky. I also don't like that when I open the calendar, it doesn't take me right to today's date. I wish I could view all our posts in one day at a glance; it's frustrating to have to click a button to see them all.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helping us schedule all our social media posts for three different accounts.

What do you like best about the product?
like having all of our reporting and analytics centralized in one platform. It’s easy to monitor performance across multiple channels, track engagement trends, and generate visually clear reports that help demonstrate ROI to stakeholders.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some native platform features—like interactive tagging tools or newer post formats—aren’t fully supported in Sprout, so it’s still sometimes better to publish directly from the platform’s own app. It would be great to see expanded integration and creative functionality.

All-in-One Reporting Made Easy, But X Data Can Lag

What do you like best about the product?
The convenience of having all of the features of a lot of different reporting tools in one place. The fact that I don't have to switch apps to see post and profile performance across IG, TT and X is a major time saver. The UX design is also strong, meaning I can screenshot directly from the website for my presentations.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the numbers from X are unreliable, and need to be checked manually each time. There have been multiple instances of delays pulling through the correct impressions and engagements despite the post being over a day old. This is a major time drain.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to cut down on the amount of time I take scheduling.

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate Sprout Social's reporting feature, which has been very beneficial for me. It allows me to gain insights and effectively analyze social media performance. What do you dislike about the product?
I found the initial setup of Sprout Social a bit challenging due to the vast number of features it offers. While I wanted to learn how to use as much as I could, the comprehensive feature set was initially overwhelming. Also, I feel there could be more clarity on what all the capabilities are, which would significantly enhance the user experience.
