All-in-One Social Media Management Tool, Though Reporting Needs Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
I have been using Sprout social for about 2 years daily. I really appreciate having all the tools I need for my daily tasks as a social media manager conveniently located in one place. The smart inbox is straightforward to use and makes managing messages simple. Additionally, the publishing tool is both comprehensive and user-friendly. It has been very easy to onboard new team members. The customer support is very responsive.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think some of the reporting features could be refined.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This platform offers comprehensive social media management, which is especially helpful for a very small social media team like ours.
Great all-in-one platform for social management, but a bit pricey
What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about Sprout Social is how easy it makes managing multiple social accounts. The dashboard is super intuitive, the scheduling tools are a lifesaver, and the reporting actually helps me see what’s working without getting lost in data. I also love the Smart Inbox—it keeps everything organized and makes it way easier to stay on top of messages and mentions.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike about Sprout Social is that it can get pretty pricey, especially if you need access for a larger team. Some of the analytics take a while to load, and a few reports feel a bit limited unless you upgrade. It’s a powerful tool, but sometimes I wish the pricing scaled more flexibly with how you actually use it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout Social helps streamline everything from scheduling and publishing to monitoring and reporting. Instead of bouncing between platforms, I can manage all our accounts, track engagement, and measure performance in one place. It saves a ton of time, keeps our team aligned, and gives us clearer insights into what content actually drives results.
Effortless Social Media Management with Sprout Social
What do you like best about the product?
I first heard about Sprout Social through a colleague and started using it for managing award announcements, live tweeting, and posting on social media seamlessly during events. Sprout Social has transformed how we operate by allowing us to efficiently schedule social media blasts for continuing education webinars and courses, which is crucial for our team as we lack a dedicated marketing person. I appreciate its ease of use and user-friendly setup, which made the initial setup process straightforward. Sprout Social effectively allows me to publish, schedule, and ensure social media posts do not conflict, thanks to its capabilities to suggest optimal posting times. The insights checking feature and monitoring of mentions and hashtags, alongside the ability to duplicate posts, are functionalities I find particularly useful. The platform’s ease of use, the constructive feedback it provides, and insightful tidbits enhance our social media engagement, making it a compelling reason for choosing Sprout Social repeatedly. Overall, it meets all our needs perfectly, contributing to a high likelihood of recommending it with a confidence level of nine out of ten.

Great Tagging and Reporting, But Social Listening Lags Behind
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to tag your social posts so you can organize and report on specific topics.
What do you dislike about the product?
The delay when it comes to social listening. Not in real-time which sometimes can be a hindrance.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Enabling a better understanding of what kind of content our customers want and are interested in, and then being able to build on that.
Centralized Calendar View Keeps Our Team Aligned
What do you like best about the product?
I love being able to see the calendar view in order to plan the month accurately. It allows my team to be aligned with one central location for all social postings, comments, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
We currently haven't had any issues with Sprout.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before Sprout, our team organized our postings using an Excel calendar or SmartSheet view. Sprout has reduced confusion and allowed us to quickly interact with comments in real time.

I'm able to post on different platforms and I can tag our partners

sometimes the post doesn't go through wish it could tell us right away if it wont work.

The transition from our previous tool to Sprout Social was smooth, thanks to the advanced analytics and collaboration features it provides, which were a substantial upgrade. Additionally, the straightforward initial setup, clear onboarding steps, and helpful resources made connecting our social accounts and configuring workflows a breeze. Sprout Social’s reliability and feature-rich environment solidify its role as a critical tool in our social media management endeavors.
What do you dislike about the product?
I’m frustrated by the limited report customization in Sprout Social, which sometimes restricts my ability to tailor analytics for specific stakeholders. Additionally, the targeting options during the scheduling of posts could be improved. Currently, I have to manually input all the countries of each region, which is time-consuming. I would appreciate having regional targeting to streamline this process.

Effortless Scheduling, But Watch for Duplicate Posts
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate that Sprout Social allows you to schedule multiple posts across the week. This feature makes it much easier to plan and manage social media content in advance.
What do you dislike about the product?
When I use Sprout Social for Advocacy, it doesn't indicate when a post is similar to another one, which can sometimes result in duplicate posts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout allows us to handle all of our social media content from a single platform.
Intuitive Social Management, But Reporting Customization Needs Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
Sprout Social is a helpful aggregator for multiple different inputs of Social Monitoring in an extremely user-friendly way. I have used other enterprise social management tools like Sprinklr and overall, find Sprout to be far more intuitive and user friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are aspects of Sprout Social that I find to be lacking within reporting, specifically in the customization and how to compare different data sets against one another.

Sprout is a helpful aggregator for multiple different sources of social data and insights in one place; social listening, social activity through owned accounts, social performance.
