Exceptionally User-Friendly Experience
What do you like best about the product?
It is very user friendly and easy to navigate.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is often hard to get assistance especially since our support person is changed so often.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to schedule posts in advance which helps when it comes to planning a calendar.

I appreciate how easy and intuitive Sprout is to use!

Some tagging functions are still unavailable or unreliable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Social posting is done by several members of our team (including outside consultants) and Sprout gives us visibility to the work the whole team is doing on multiple platforms. Sprout is also helpful for sharing social calendars and analytics with stakeholders.

I like that we meet with our account manager on a regular basis and he helps to keep us informed about new features

Want to be able to use it to analyze the sentiment of comments on competitor's posts, not only stuff I have posted

Helping streamline workflow by using AI to prioritize what messages need to be answered first
Strong Reporting, Limited Scheduling Features
What do you like best about the product?
I find the social reporting tool of Sprout Social to be a primary highlight and an invaluable asset for my work. Despite some inconsistencies which may be API-driven, the tool remains a strong point for reviewing performance over different time frames. Additionally, I value the layout of the dashboard. Once familiar with where key metrics are located, it’s straightforward to pull and export reports for quarterly reporting, which is beneficial for my workflow. The robust reporting features are what keeps me engaged with the platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the app not as intuitive as other social scheduling platforms, especially when managing pages and accounts connected to the app. Additionally, it's quite limiting in terms of the quantity of accounts that can be connected, particularly for users who are not admin super users. The inconsistencies in the social reporting tool, which vary from quarter to quarter, make it difficult to review effectively what is working over time. The social scheduling features are extremely limited when it comes to Instagram compared to 'Later,' making it challenging to set images and tag collaborators properly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout Social's social reporting tool is valuable, aiding in quarterly and annual reviews, and its dashboard is user-friendly for report generation. However, its social scheduling features and account management are limited, especially for non-admin users.

The platform offers analytics reports, streamlined management for several media accounts, and the ability to schedule content in advance, among other features.
What do you dislike about the product?
The product is quite expensive, and I find that its basic version offers limited value, with many features locked behind higher tiers. There is also a noticeable learning curve and a certain level of complexity that can make it challenging to use. Additionally, the mobile app has its own set of limitations, which makes using it on the go less convenient.

This tool streamlines my workflow by allowing me to manage everything from a single platform. It helps me keep clients satisfied thanks to quicker responses and transparent reporting. The built-in analytics and branded reports make it easy to demonstrate tangible results. Collaboration is enhanced through approval workflows and shared calendars, which improve teamwork. By tracking trends, keywords, and competitors, I can also develop a more effective strategy.

I find Sprout Social to be an invaluable tool for managing multiple clients as it allows seamless posting across platforms, which is essential for our workflow at Kellen. The intuitive system with dropdowns simplifies managing different client profiles, saving us from transitioning between multiple platforms. I appreciate the platform's robust reporting features, which are vital for sharing insights with clients and understanding trends across various verticals. The tagging feature is particularly useful as it enables me to compare campaign performance and gain a clear understanding of how specific products and campaigns fare relative to others on social media. Additionally, the reports by post and by platform are instrumental in enhancing my analysis and decision-making processes. Sprout Social's support team is also commendable, providing prompt assistance with any questions or ideas we may have, making the setup process smooth. Lastly, its compatibility with tools like Canva and ChatGPT enriches our messaging and content creation process.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am unsure if my current package includes the capability to see which people repost or like our posts more comprehensively, which is something I would love to have. The addition of more AI functions would also be beneficial. Additionally, the cost of Sprout Social is a factor, as it may not be affordable for everyone.

I use Sprout Social to manage multiple clients seamlessly, eliminating the need to switch platforms. It offers comprehensive reporting, allowing me to compare client performance and track trends across campaigns effortlessly.
