Social media comments, data analysis and content reviews that needs attention.
Social Scheduling works ok, but Facebook tagging and IG stories need improvement
What do you like best about the product?
Scheduling social posts across platforms in advance is most helpful, the Instagram first comment too. It's fairly easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Inbox delay, sometime Facebook tagging doesn't work in real time, the way Sprout schedules stories without any of the story functionality.

Effortless Scheduling, But Connectivity and Timing Issues Persist
What do you like best about the product?
Sprout simplifies managing multiple social media entities by allowing me to easily switch between them when scheduling content. It also has a fairly simple analytics reporting tool that has come in handy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sprout has lately been publishing posts late (especially on Meta platforms), which causes issues with our show promoters. Sprout also does not have all the analytic reporting options that I'd like. Additionally, it constantly disconnects social accounts, which creates more work for me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I manage three separate social entities with at least four platforms per entity, and Sprout helps me keep content organized and prepared for each of these entities. It is helpful to be able to schedule posts out in advance, which saves me time and energy by freeing me to work on other projects instead of posting manually. The volume of accounts I am required to manage is less intimidating with the aid of Sprout.

This saves me significant time and hassle as I can post seamlessly across various platforms with ease. I find the ability to manage multiple different accounts simultaneously very beneficial, especially for handling different clients. The centralized space for managing alt text, hashtags, and captions further enhances my workflow efficiency. I also appreciate the AI alt text generator which adds a layer of convenience. The added feature of posting to multiple platforms at once is another standout advantage that makes Sprout Social indispensable in my social media management tasks.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how Sprout Social significantly saves us time with monitoring our social media presence. The platform's ability to consolidate numerous messages and comments into one space efficiently prevents us from feeling overwhelmed and ensures we don't miss any important feedback. I find the social listening and scheduling capabilities incredibly useful, particularly when stepping in for the social media team. Additionally, the responsiveness and helpfulness of Sprout Social representatives are impressive, as they always get back to me quickly with solutions.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find that the Reddit listening feature in Sprout Social is a bit finicky, as it tends to miss some things. Despite understanding that Reddit is a vast platform with a substantial number of users, this feature feels a bit sticky and could be improved to better capture responses and comments. This issue might be attributed to its status as a newer feature.

Great Scheduling & Inbox Features, But Pricey for Small Teams
What do you like best about the product?
I love being able to schedule out posts and see the post previews. Plus, the inbox feature means that you can read DMs without showing the user you've read their message, in case you need a little time to get more information to craft a response.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, the worst thing about Sprout is the price! We are a small team with a small budget, so we only have one user seat and that's tough. But we make it work because we like the product so much.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Organized, User-Friendly, and Feature-Rich—A Marketer’s Necessary Tool
What do you like best about the product?
I love that it's organized, user-friendly, and has so many features to make both scheduling and analyzing data easy for any marketer.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that it's costly to add more users to an account. I wish more people from my team could pop in and see the platform to know more about how I work. Also, tagging (especially for LinkedIn) is often glitchy and sometimes means I have to post natively on the platform itself, which can cause some inconsistencies.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed easy ways to track cross-platform progress, and separate out tags to improve clarity and know more specifically how we're working toward KRs. Our business runs both DTC and BTB, so being able to switch and customize views makes it easier to track KR's in all aspects of the business.

One of the key aspects I love about Sprout Social is its easy usability and the good support staff, which is always available to help with any questions and responds quickly. I appreciate the platform's ability in handling locations and demographics, especially for brands and creators, which helps in hiring and recommending for campaigns, and to see a competitive landscape. Additionally, I find the platform's analytics, especially the focus on engagement rates and evolving dynamics, very insightful. The reliability of Sprout Social is outstanding; it is very communicative in terms of updates and keeps us informed about any issues and new features. For these reasons, I gave it a solid 10 out of 10 when asked how likely I would recommend it to a colleague or friend. It's one of the few platforms I've consistently used and found dependable.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think Sprout Social could improve on being more user-friendly. Finding ways to make the platform easier to navigate and ensuring that all features are intuitive would be beneficial.
