Smooth, Organized Social Management with Minor Freezing Issues

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Sprout Social is how smooth and organized it is. It makes managing social conversations simple and helps our team work efficiently every day
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the system freezes when scrolling through older messages, and it takes extra time to mark messages as open or closed since it can’t be done directly from the main view
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout Social helps us manage customer messages efficiently and keeps all conversations organized in one place. It saves time, improves response quality, and makes teamwork much smoother

Clear Calendar Layout Boosts Creativity, Needs Better LinkedIn Location Reporting

What do you like best about the product?
The calendar has a very clear and simple layout, which helps our creative skills while planning content. It is easy to share and seek approvals from our reporting
What do you dislike about the product?
The reports can include location-wise follower counts for LinkedIn business pages.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have trouble downloading reports from the META & LinkedIn directly; the format is not easy to navigate. With Sprout, it is easy for us to download and apply a formula to make it a more detailed version

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use, customer support, easily post to multiple platforms at once
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't really found anything I dislike just maybe sometimes it doesn't accept an image and I have to go back and save it as another type of file
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Definitely helps me with platform performance and where we need to improve

How organized it is! As a SMM, it's life changing.

I wish you were able to share to Facebook stories though sprout even without an IG account

Sprout is helping with reporting and being able to quickly learn about my accounts.

Streamlined Scheduling in Feed, Stories are another Story

What do you like best about the product?
I primarily use Sprout's calendar feature, it makes posting and scheduling posts streamlined across platforms. It was pretty straight forward to get connected to all of our accounts and just as easy to see metrics. Data is key and Sprout has made making reports much more simple.
What do you dislike about the product?
The biggest gripe I have with the platform is the inability to post stories on social platforms from the desktop application. The process of sending a push notification to your phone in order to post a story doesn't really streamline the process.

What do you like best about the product?
Scheduling, social listening, adding in multiple accounts for each of our clients
What do you dislike about the product?
Carousels don't upload the way they are supposed to

It allows us to manage multiple accounts for multiple platforms and post, and gather data as we need and see fit all in one place

What do you like best about the product?
I really like the scheduling feature and how I can choose the exact date/time based on data recommendations.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it takes a long time to load and is hard to translate everything over from our personal system. a little tedious

Sprout is solving the problem of being able to plan out my social media content. I no longer have to individually post everything or even remember to do so.

Outstanding Reporting Features

What do you like best about the product?
Reporting is by far the most useful and easy. Pulling data for higher ups is a breeze.
What do you dislike about the product?
Tagging other companies in Sprout is hit or miss. Sometimes the company won't pop up at all. I will have to manually go in once it's live to natively tag a company or person. Also for competitors, I can only have Facebook as the channel when looking at their content? Facebook isn't our biggest channel so taking that info is hit or miss as far as being helpful. It is also one of the most expensive tools we use on the whole marketing team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I've worked with smaller budgets where we couldn't afford a premium tool like sprout and it just makes your workflow more spread out. One tool to see what your grid will look like, one for posting, one for data, one for planning, and doing competitor research by yourself. So biggest problem it solves is efficiency, time, accuracy.

What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate how easy it is to generate reports and manage schedules for multiple pages. I use Sprout Social every day on my Mac, and although I have the app on my phone, I prefer using the desktop version. I also find it very straightforward to reach out to customer support, and the assistance I've received has always been excellent.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to be able to post Facebook Stories and Reels directly from Sprout Social. It would also be helpful if there were an option to post albums or if sharing photos on Facebook was made simpler.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I manage more than 20 social pages, and the calendar planning feature really helps me stay organized and on track.
