the most full-featured SMM tool that actually works

What do you like best about the product?
it does what it says it does. support is responsive. minimal downtime if any at all. analytics are reflective of actuals, and any future changes to reporting algorithms are reported in advance in-dashboard. sprout has partnerships with Meta in order to get the most accurate and plugged-in numbers of any tool out there.
What do you dislike about the product?
no real downsides...the only things that could be categorized as "downsides" are features that cannot exist yet due to platform (meta, X, etc) api limitations
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
helps solve social media scheduling, social media reporting, competitive analysis, responding to social media comments etc

What do you like best about the product?
Sprout Social has become an essential part of our marketing toolkit. The reporting features are especially strong—clear, customizable, and easy to share with stakeholders. We also rely heavily on the listening tools, which help us stay ahead of conversations and understand our audience more deeply. On the publishing side, the content calendar and scheduling tools make it easy to manage multiple platforms and campaigns without missing a beat. The interface is intuitive, and the collaboration features help our team stay aligned.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that all the LinkedIn metrics would sync over to Sprout. This isn't necessarily an issue that is unique to Sprout as it is on the LinkedIn side with the closed platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Sprout to post to our corporate and executive profiles on social media. This helps us streamline the management and reporting of the numerous accounts. This saves time from not having to always post natively and source metrics natively. In addition we use Sprout to stay on top of the relevant conversations in our industry.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how you can post to several platforms at the same time with the click of a button. I also appreciate Sprout's reporting capabilities - it makes data analysis a breeze.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was a way to publish at an optimized time for each individual platform - usually, the optimized time scheduling feature is the optimized time for one singular platform if you're trying to batchpost.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Analytics all in one place.

What do you like best about the product?
Easily plan, schedule and post to various platforms all in one place. Easy to use and navigate the platform. We use daily for social listening, and the social calendar. We also use daily to maintain social customer service and engage with audiences all in one place across multiple platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
Would be nice to post Reels and Stories to Instagram.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Saves time being able to manage all platforms from one location. We can also engage and reply to our audience in a timely manner without having to scroll through platforms and find messages or comments. The social media listening tool also helps to listen for trends and pain points allowing us to position our social post to benefit the user at the right place and at the right time.

What do you like best about the product?
I am a big fan of the collaboration Sprout offers. From the Smart inbox to the publishing calendar, my team is able to seamlessly work together to create, manage, and respond to social content. It's easy to bring our customer service and social teams together, and even the basic reporting is so nice because it's all in one place and we no longer have to go to each platform to pull results. It was also super easy to get up and running, which took almost no time. We use Sprout every day across departments, and it honestly just makes our lives so much easier. Support has also been wonderful; any time I've had an issue either the help desk or our account rep has been able to help me solve the problem very quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
My dislikes are minimal. While scheduling content through Sprout is easy and streamlined, a lot of the features and benefits of posting natively through the various platforms are a little limited. This is not a problem at all with static content, and can be mostly resolved by creating video content in something like CapCut and then bringing it into Sprout. I think this is likely true of other platforms though, so it's not necessarily a negative.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Streamlines the content publishing process, and the customer service management process. I've said this before, but bringing departments together in one tool is so nice. It also helps us with on-going training because we can see how CS reps are engaging and provide additional training as needed. I personally also love the extra layer of security that comes with centralized access. If an employee leaves, I don't have to worry about trying to revoke their access across multiple platforms, I can just disable their access in Sprout.

Je souhaite vraiment qu'il y ait un moyen d'activer les sous-titres automatiques sur toutes les plateformes de médias sociaux. Juste des sous-titres intelligents générés par l'IA intégrée qui rendent le contenu plus accessible pour tout le monde. Aussi, ce serait génial si le texte alternatif était suggéré automatiquement aussi ? Une étape de moins, beaucoup plus d'impact.

Sprout aide à rationaliser la planification et la publication de contenu sur plusieurs canaux, ce qui permet de gagner du temps et de réduire les efforts manuels. Le tableau de bord unifié et les flux de travail d'approbation facilitent l'organisation et le maintien de la cohérence. Cela a également aidé à améliorer notre analyse des performances en rendant les rapports plus rapides et plus faciles à comprendre.

The look of the app, is too dark, I wish it was a little lighter.

Le changement lorsqu'un post social passe de non publié à publié, j'aimerais pouvoir encore prévisualiser le post comme s'il n'était pas publié même après, car c'est une vue plus facile pour mes besoins.

Cela permet à notre agence partenaire de télécharger leurs plans, leurs publications et leurs horaires, mais nous permet de voir ces mises à jour en temps réel, ce qui est très utile.
