Great for Social Management, But Needs Better Organic Metrics
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to easily manage our social media upload, being able to view metrics & our customer support team can easily manage the platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
The downside for us is not being able to fully view organic only metrics. Our paid media spend is factored into the IG/ FB metrics so there isn't a way to pull only organic information.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to manage messages and comments from our Social Platforms all in one space.
Efficient and Reliable for Quick Text Storage
What do you like best about the product?
It's efficient and stores a ton of quick texts.
What do you dislike about the product?
No complaints, I think it runs smoothly and well, it never appears to go down and meets all my needs. Would recommend for sure.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allowed us to Market and bring in consumers from said posts specifically.
User-Friendly with Powerful Scheduling Features
What do you like best about the product?
I love how user-friendly Sprout Social is, making it quite easy for our team, especially new members, to integrate it into our workflow quickly. The intuitive interface significantly aids in streamlining our processes. I particularly appreciate the post queuing and approval process features, which are essential for our social media management. Being able to document, approve, and review changes in queued posts greatly aids in team collaboration and ensures a smoother workflow. Additionally, its ability to help us manage our scheduling and logistics for various social media platforms like Twitter, Facebook, Blue Sky, and Instagram simplifies our task of keeping up with numerous observable dates and events. This feature allows us to plan and prepare posts in advance, considerably reducing the workload on our day-to-day operations. Overall, Sprout Social provides a streamlined, efficient solution that enhances our productivity and team coordination.
What do you dislike about the product?
I found that Sprout Social took a considerable amount of time to integrate with Blue Sky, causing delays in its usability within our platforms. Additionally, the content moderation, specifically comment moderation, isn't as robust as I would like. It would be highly beneficial if Sprout Social offered a feature to toggle the comment options on and off for different platforms while queuing posts in advance. Unfortunately, this functionality is currently lacking.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Sprout Social to ensure timely social media posting, handle logistics and analytics, and moderate comments, easing the workload by queuing posts in advance and tracking events, thereby aiding our team's efficiency and planning.
All-in-One Social Media Solution—Perfect for Small Teams
What do you like best about the product?
I have used Sprout Social for years in various roles. I am often on a small social team, if not the only person on the social team, and I love Sprout for all of the capabilities it provides in one platform. I can schedule and create content, perform community management tasks including social listening, send content to the team for review easily, and utilize the robust reporting to share out key performance metrics with the team. Although I have only received a demo of their influencer platform, I believe it also seems like a helpful tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wouldn't say there are any downsides to using Sprout Social, except if you are sharing seats with someone, the platform will kick you out if you're logged in at the same time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As someone who doesn't just do social for an organization, it helps me to perform all the tasks I need within one platform. I have also used Sprout in a setting where I was managing multiple brands at once and it was easy to switch between the various brands.
All-in-One Social Management with Minor Tweaks Needed
What do you like best about the product?
I like how robust Sprout Social is in terms of its capabilities. It allows me to listen effectively, manage a content calendar, and build custom reports, all within one platform. The tool also facilitates influencer management, providing a comprehensive solution under one roof, which is incredibly convenient. This all-in-one setup makes Sprout Social a central hub for managing social media efforts efficiently, reducing the need for multiple disparate tools and simplifying our workflow.
What do you dislike about the product?
{"The influencer platform is still pretty bare bones. It lacks advanced features that could enhance the management and interaction with influencers.","Not being able to pay influencers through the Sprout Social platform is a significant inconvenience. This limits the ability to manage influencer partnerships entirely within the tool, requiring me to use external channels for payments."}
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout Social organizes our social media with a content calendar and manages inbound queries. Its influencer tool aids in sourcing and managing partnerships. We create custom reports and centralize influencer management, all under one platform.
Effortless Multi-Platform Posting, But Tagging Needs Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
Makes posting to multiple platforms quick and easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Cannot directly tag contacts within the post - need to go into each platform later to edit and tag.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Quickly posting to multiple platforms
User-Friendly Platform for All Channels, But Pricing Needs Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
Easy platform. Works well for all channels.
What do you dislike about the product?
The pay structure does not work for us. We had multiple users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helped us to get our brand and messaging out there.
Best for Team Collaboration, Though Learning Curve Exists
What do you like best about the product?
I have used many different social media platforms and Sprout is by far the best. The ability to collaborate with my team on our workflow and automate reporting has greatly made us more effective and efficient in our marketing.
What do you dislike about the product?
The tool is a little comp[lex for people to learn at first.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to see all of our messages and posts for all of our accounts in one space is paramount to our success.
Sprout Social Simplifies Management, But Needs Better LinkedIn Support
What do you like best about the product?
I really like Sprout Social because it makes managing social channels so much easier. Everything’s in one place—publishing, engagement, analytics, even listening—so it actually feels manageable instead of messy. The Smart Inbox is especially great for keeping track of conversations across platforms, and the reporting is clean and super easy to share. It’s one of the few tools that helps turn social interactions into real insights I can act on.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the shortcomings the platform has with LinkedIn visibility, especially because I work through that platform the most.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout Social has taken a lot of the manual work out of managing social. I don’t have to piece together data from different platforms anymore—everything lives in one dashboard. The built-in reports are clear, fast to generate, and actually useful for showing impact, which means less time spent on spreadsheets and more time focusing on strategy.
Intuitive Scheduling and Collaboration, But Needs Better Social Feed Integration
What do you like best about the product?
The content scheduling features are so easy to use and intuitive with easy workflows for collaboration
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was a page that integrated social feeds. Community management is also about interacting where you may not be tagged or mentioned. It would be nice to have an approval system for interacting on the content of others.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allows our team to more easily collaborate on content creation, scheduling, and community management.
