What do you like best about the product?
I love Sprout Social's user-friendly interface, which allows me to easily schedule social posts across different channels, simplifying my workflow as a solo entrepreneur. The platform's ability to let me manage social media publishing and analytics independently without needing an assistant is exceptional. Additionally, my clients appreciate the reports generated by Sprout Social, indicating their satisfaction with the insights provided. The initial setup was straightforward, making the transition to using the platform smooth and hassle-free.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes a social channel will get logged out and then you may lose some of the reporting function.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout Social helps me manage social media publishing and analytics alone, offers user-friendly scheduling, and my clients appreciate the reports.

Streamlines Analytics and Content Management Effortlessly

What do you like best about the product?
One of the features I value most in Sprout Social is the tagging functionality, which allows me to segment content by product line and content type. This capability is incredibly valuable because it enables deeper analytics and faster, more tailored reporting for the many stakeholders I support. The ability to segment data so efficiently has filled a critical gap we couldn’t address with our previous software. In addition, the ease of setup and the exceptional customer service made the transition to Sprout Social seamless. Their team provided extensive support during onboarding, helping us configure dashboards and guiding us through initial training. Overall, Sprout Social has provided the structure, insight, and support needed to elevate how we manage and measure our social media performance.
What do you dislike about the product?
While Sprout Social has been a strong addition to our workflow, there are a couple of areas where enhancements could make a big difference. I wish the publishing calendar included a feature to prevent double booking of social posts. I often receive multiple content requests that overlap, and currently, the platform doesn’t alert me if something is already scheduled at that same time. Having a visual or automatic conflict alert would help streamline scheduling and prevent overlap. Additionally, I’d love to see improvements to Instagram posting, particularly for video content. I often post videos directly from my phone in the app, and it would be great if Sprout’s mobile and Instagram integration supported this process more seamlessly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Sprout Social to manage a publishing schedule and segment analytics for faster reporting. It simplifies managing a content calendar in one space and aids in segmenting content by product line or type for better analytics and stakeholder reporting.

Great addition to a small, nimble Marketing team

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use and making my team more efficient with both the social scheduling and the analytics. It is something my team uses daily. We are a small marketing team, so the how-tos and intuitive interface are big sticking points for us. It integrates well with our accounts and is helping our young team learn more about both marketing and analytics in their day-to-day work.
What do you dislike about the product?
Less of a dislike and more of an internal problem - there are so many features we're not using, mostly due to our small team's bandwidth. More guidance from Sprout on how to maximize our subscription would be great!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout Social allows our small marketing team to be more efficient and organized. It also helps more junior employees understand social analytics and the importance of strong visualization in data storytelling.

What do you like best about the product?
What I appreciate most about Sprout Social is its exceptional reporting and analytics suite, which offers deep, actionable insights across all connected social platforms. The reports are highly customizable and incredibly easy to present to stakeholders, helping us clearly demonstrate our ROI. Furthermore, the Smart Inbox is a game-changer for our team's ease of use and efficiency. It centralizes all communication, allowing us to quickly organize, tag, and assign incoming messages, ensuring that our customer service response times and quality remain consistently high.
What do you dislike about the product?
The primary downside of using Sprout Social is its high cost, particularly as our team expands and requires additional user seats or premium features. The tiered pricing structure can become quite expensive for small to mid-sized businesses, which affects its overall Ease of Implementation for those with limited budgets. Additionally, while the core Number of Features is great, I feel that some deep-dive features for platforms like Instagram or LinkedIn could be more robust compared to specialized tools, making us occasionally rely on third-party apps for certain advanced functions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout Social effectively solves the business problem of fragmented workflow and inefficient data analysis. Its Social Media Management and Social Customer Service tools, especially the Smart Inbox, drastically reduced our message response times and ensures no customer interaction is missed, leading to improved brand reputation. Concurrently, the powerful Analytics capabilities allow us to quickly pivot from raw data to actionable insights, directly guiding our marketing strategy and demonstrating the ROI of our social efforts.

Effortless Scheduling Across Devices—Everything I Need in One Place

What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate how easy it is to use the program on both my phone and desktop. It has everything I need, from reporting and scheduling to being able to view my calendar from a bird's-eye perspective.
What do you dislike about the product?
overall I really do have much I dislike about the program, since it does everything I need!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The data supporting the entire platform, along with the review process involving the team, has truly improved by 100%.

Great for Team Collaboration, But Lacks Audio Editing Features

What do you like best about the product?
I like that multiple people with in our social media staff can work on in sprout at the same time. We can see and plan ahead with out overlapping the other team members when they are scheduling content.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is no audio or editing formats that are available to add to our posts. Those come in handy when we are trying to post things that are trendy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have a good size social media team, sprout social helps us all stay organized. It helps us schedule content ahead and other team members can view that and schedule things accordingly.

Great Analytics and Usability, Minor Reporting Bug

What do you like best about the product?
Sprout Social is very helpful for the cross-channel marketing summary, how easily you can select specific dates, the MoM % increases, and all the analytics that you can easily see. It's also easy to connect Facebook and Instagram accounts to the platform and easy to understand. I use sprout social weekly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Lately, there has been a bug on sprout where it keeps showing you the percentages even if you switch them off. This has been a problem for client-facing reports because sometimes we don't want them to see the percentage if it's decreased MoM.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout helps me see analytic and engagment trends. Since it is so easy to see it all in one place, I'm really able to look at top performers by different categories (reach, shares, saves) and see what's working. This helps inform our social strategy for the years and more.

What do you like best about the product?
I love Sprout. It is the most user-friendly social media mass-scheduling service out there. I love their "best time to schedule" feature as well as their AI integration to help with captions.
What do you dislike about the product?
The price. It is costly. It is still worth the price, but it is definitely expensive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me greatly by saving time, having all of our accounts ready to schedule at all times.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that you can schedule posts and add comments which helps with the review process or edits. I also like that you are able to customize the post per network.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that the Canva feature would let you resize the posts to the new instagram size 1080x1440.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am one person running 4 social media accounts and that is not my primary job - It is helping me maintain the posting schedule and monitor other organic social duties.

Great for Scheduling, But Needs Better Media Support

What do you like best about the product?
That I can organize and schedule my social media posts all in one place and for different times. I also like the feature where I can write different posts for different platforms there as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like how I can't post videos an pictures on one posts together. For example if I am posting picture and also want to add a video to that post it will not allow it. So then I have to do it on my phone directly to IG or FB.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ease of using different platforms on Sprout Social has help tremendously because it's like a one spot shop all in one place. I can plan, schedule and post all in one.
