Must-have Platform for Social Analytics
What do you like best about the product?
I love that all platforms are integrated into one report. It's very user friendly and a complete report is available with a click of a button.
What do you dislike about the product?
We had trouble with billing. They asked us to use a different card, which my director didn't want to do, so we were forced to stop using the program for now. I wish they would have worked with us a little more.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Analytics reports are much easier for me to pull and share with senior leaders. I am able to show them the value of social without spending too much time finding and putting together reports. I also appreciate that I can link multiple accounts, which helps me quickly find information when requested.
Sprout Easy to Use
What do you like best about the product?
Very user friendly. Easy to manage multiple accounts. Very good reporting.
What do you dislike about the product?
You can't schedule posts in Instagram. when you do reporting, you can get impressions per post.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have multiple accounts and we needed them in one place so everyone can access them and post.
Great social media tool for manage social networks
What do you like best about the product?
I really like Sproutsocial and its simplicity to use it. Everyone can use it and learn how to in a few minutes. The support that it has to different social networks is really useful: Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Google+, LinkedIn.
The reports are practically a reader from the insights or analytics from the social networks, so if you don't want to download the .csv file, you can access or validate through Sproutsocial except for Google+ you don't have report for that social network.
Also de Viral Post and the Queue scheduler is very useful to plan all your content. The new calendar is wonderful.
All the interface for answer, schedule and watch the reports are great.

What do you dislike about the product?
I like the poor support for spanish language and the metrics for the engagement report. Because only counts messages which are questions like how, when, where (cómo, cuándo, dónde) and includes a "?". For example if you receive more than 10K comments, Sproutsocial doesn't take all of them only a few, so if you want to know the right response rate, maybe you're missing a lot of other comments that could be a question answered by your team.
But this is my experience using Sproutsocial for customer support in spanish.

Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is great to do daily work: schedule content and answer comments through a great interface. If you're looking better metrics about social customer support platform for spanish language, this is not your option.
Effective Tool for Social Media Management
What do you like best about the product?
Sprout Social offers some excellent reporting tools, presented via some nicely designed visuals, that make reporting to various department managers a breeze.
What do you dislike about the product?
The mobile app suffers from lack of reliable push notifications for anything other than Twitter profiles. You have to regularly check and refresh for any new comments on other platforms.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout Social allows us to manage 30+ social media profiles across our group, all in a single thread. We can publish to multiple channels at once (even adding to a clever automated queue) and give our department managers professionally designed reports to help measure our activity.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Take advantage of their free trial period and be sure to spend some time in their reporting system.
Active avid user
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to schedule to the right time windows
What do you dislike about the product?
Missing other social Media Platforms - such as Linkedin
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automated Social Media posting

Plan and design a strategy before starting
Makes my job way easier - everything is in one place!
What do you like best about the product?
My favorite thing about Sprout Social is how easy it is to navigate. It's very user-friendly. My favorite feature is the ability to assign tasks and then get notifications when it's been completed.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing that I disliked was just recently changed - they now are up to date with Twitter's recent changes - images no longer count in the character count. When Sprout updated, it was a big game changer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is a big time saver. Instead of having to go back and forth between multiple social media channels, everything is right in front of me. Scheduling posts ahead of time (even months ahead of time) makes it so much easier to finish a task completely and move on to the next.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
The messages and tasks features are great. Take advantage of them.
Excellent tool for managing social media
What do you like best about the product?
The reporting tool has been absolutely fantastic for us. The simple graphs make it easy to show our clients tangible results, but are also deep enough that I never feel like I'm lacking information.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm crossing my fingers for Pinterest integration in the coming future.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Overall, Sprout lets me spend less time on social. Scheduling is quick and easy and the reports write themselves. Before using Sprout, I used another social media scheduling tool and spent easily 2-3 hours per client just scheduling, with 1-2 hours assembling reports myself. With Sprout, I spend 1 hour per client scheduling and pulling reports.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
The interface is very user-friendly, and I feel comfortable adding clients as users so they can use the reporting and scheduling tools themselves.
Affordable, easy to use and customiazble.
What do you like best about the product?
I like the different tier options that are available through Sprout. Since my amount of clients and workload fluctuates throughout the year, I can go up or down based on my needs at the time. It is also very easy to use and I am not digging around looking for reports etc. The other benefit to Sprout Social is that I can create a group report for a client that includes all of their social media profiles: Facebook, Twitter and Instagram.
What do you dislike about the product?
While this is a very affordable option for agencies and companies, the price is a little high if I were to be paying for it on my own. So for now it works but if I had to pay for it myself I don't think I would continue with their services.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Clients obviously want reports every month. The reports provided through Sprout Social are very visually appealing and I have gotten great feedback from clients. While much of the information is accessible through the Facebook dashboard, this turns it in to something tangible and nice to look at. Not just a bunch of confusing numbers.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Sprout social is a great tool for agencies to use when managing social media teams or providing feedback to clients.
Social Media Manager/Social Content Manager
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, nice interface. Love that you can schedule for your accounts in the site - makes it easy. Also nice that multiple brands are in one singular location. Great that multiple users can see what others have scheduled, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
Would love Instagram analytics :) Would be interested in more detail - we do use multiple different programs to get us the metrics we need and to compare/contrast.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're managing social for multiple brands - Sprout makes it easy for everything to be in once place!
Seamless & Easy to Use Social Media Management Tool
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, scheduling posts is efficient, lots of drag-and-drop usability, and a great mobile app. I schedule through my phone sometimes as well. The app is also quick and you can see what content you have schedule and in queue. It's also great for reputation management - keeping track of online reviews and responding to them efficiently and quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sprout Social won't let you add multiple images to a post for Facebook and Google+, which is extremely inconvenient. Some of their reporting tools aren't as usable or great and they don't have a nice sharing option if multiple people need to use the account. Sprout Social works on a one-user per login basis, which can be pretty inconvenient at times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Scheduling content for 35 Hilton hotels across multiple markets in the US, keeping track of online complaints / Facebook reviews, responding to people online in a timely manner and the reporting tools to see how social is doing across all hotels overall - particularly online engagement.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Great tool to use for companies with a lot of social pages to oversee. Their reporting options are also extensive, which is nice.
