Reliable Reporting and Clean Dashboards, But Analytics Need Depth/Accuracy
What do you like best about the product?
Sprout has somewhat reliable data collection and export features that make reporting and analysis straightforward. It’s easy to navigate once you’re familiar with the platform, and it integrates well across social channels for pulling basic metrics. The dashboards look clean and professional, which helps when sharing reports internally.
What do you dislike about the product?
Publishing tools often cause formatting issues with images and links when posts go live. Social listening metrics have been inconsistent and hard to trust compared to other platforms. The analytics feel focused on surface-level vanity metrics instead of meaningful engagement insights, and some simple features, like sticky date ranges or flexible metric options, are surprisingly clunky.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout helps centralize and organize our social performance data in one place, which streamlines basic reporting across platforms. It’s useful for quick overviews and exports, though we still rely on native platform analytics for the most accurate and actionable insights. The benefit is mainly convenience, not depth of analysis.
Great Multi-Platform Posting, But Platform Disconnects Are Frustrating

I like the ease of posting to multiple platforms at once and the calendar view is great

The platforms disconnect from the software making it harder and inconvenient to work with

All-in-One Platform That Delivers
What do you like best about the product?
All integrated platform. The interface is easy to navigate. Customer support during the sales period was fantastic.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is difficult to schedule .csv automated data files for reporting purposes. There is limited to no customization for reporting files within Sprout and widgets are one-size only and cannot be scaled.

It is our all-in-one tool for social media publishing, listening and analytics
Approachable UX with Room for Better Benchmarking
What do you like best about the product?
I find Sprout Social's user experience to be particularly approachable, which makes it easy to navigate and use. This positive aspect of the user interface and user experience greatly enhances my interaction with the platform, making it more intuitive and user-friendly compared to other tools. The platform seems to offer valuable solutions for influencer identification and social content best practices, serving as an effective tool in my workflow.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find that Sprout Social could improve in terms of providing more accurate benchmarking. The current benchmarks do not always meet my expectations for precision, affecting the reliability of the insights I gather. Additionally, I feel there should be more dimensions for identifying influencers, as the current features can be somewhat limiting in scope. This limitation restricts my ability to fully leverage influencer data for effective social strategies. Furthermore, the initial setup process was not very easy for me. Despite the acquisition by Tagger, I encountered login issues, which made the transition less seamless than expected.

I use Sprout Social for influence identification and social content best practices, offering a user-friendly UX/UI experience.
Excellent Analytics and Usability, but Payment Process Needs Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate Sprout's quick and easy reporting features, as well as the detailed analytics available for each creator. Navigating the site is also very straightforward and user-friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Using the payment feature with Tipalti was a very lengthy process and required a lot of extra work on our end.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout Social automatically gathers all the metrics for us, eliminating the need to manually collect data from individual posts. In addition, it offers a platform where we can oversee campaigns and interact with creators.

I appreciate how easy it is to search, find competitive conflicts, lookalikes and info on someone's demographic

It can sometimes take a while to receive a response from customer support.

Great for Multi-Platform Scheduling, But UI Needs Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
It makes it easy to schedule posts on more than one platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
The UI is not very user friendly, I've run into a couple of issues with certain scheduled posts not posting due to an issues, there are still limitations with posting on certain platforms. Calendar can look very clunky.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes multi-platform posting possible as well as scheduling posts. This saves time and is an efficient way of completing this process.
Seamless Scheduling and Stellar Support
What do you like best about the product?
I greatly appreciate Sprout Social for its ability to allow bulk scheduling with remarkable ease. This feature streamlines my workflow significantly, saving me tremendous time when managing posts for different clients across multiple platforms. I also value the platform's excellent customer service, which consistently provides quick and helpful responses whenever I encounter questions or issues. Furthermore, the ease and seamlessness with which I was able to get started with Sprout Social was impressive, making the transition from our previous tool, Hootsuite, smooth and hassle-free. Sprout Social's capabilities, particularly in time management and scheduling, exceed those of Hootsuite, affirming my decision to switch. The platform's ability to generate detailed reports, allowing me to analyze engagement and understand what works best for each specific client, is another aspect I found invaluable, as it helps enhance marketing efforts effectively.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find that there are a lot of features in Sprout Social that I don't use due to not knowing how to use them effectively. This makes me feel like I'm not fully utilizing the platform and missing out on potential benefits.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Sprout Social to streamline posting across platforms, gaining insights on audience engagement which enhances marketing efforts. It improves time management with easy scheduling and allows me to assess industry trends effectively.
Sprout Makes Work Easier with Top-Notch Support and Powerful Analytics
What do you like best about the product?
Sprout an amazing tool and has made my work easier. The pre scheduling and amalytics has been important for my day to day. Also the customer support has been top notch.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much I can think of! Everything has been great

prescheduling all my social content, sharing analytics and reports to my colleagues and making sure all my post are published on all my channels
Great Post Previews for Clients, But Video Restrictions Limit Flexibility
What do you like best about the product?
Post previews (this is helpful for clients); visual posting calendar to see posts per day (with filtering options by platform/account)
What do you dislike about the product?
Video post restrictions (can't use tags, can't append trending audio); would like to see more workflow features (annotating images, tagging team members in comments, etc.)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout social makes it easier to be flexible with posting dates - without having to update several documents/content calendars, etc. Drag and drop the post to a new day, easy.
