Solid Scheduling but Needs Enhanced Tagging
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate how Sprout Social has been a reliable tool for over five years, primarily using it for scheduling and managing social media posts, as well as listening to and responding to the community. It offers a unified inbox across multiple platforms, which streamlines my workflow significantly. The ability to schedule posts across all platforms is incredibly efficient and allows me to plan content for ideal times, ensuring maximum engagement. Additionally, the data insights provided are invaluable for understanding my audience and improving content strategies. I find the ease of use to be one of its standout features, making it user-friendly and accessible even for those new to the platform. Furthermore, Sprout Social's tagging feature plays a crucial role in determining which content pillars perform best, offering targeted insights that guide our strategy effectively.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find Sprout Social's scheduling tool lacking as it doesn't support Pinterest carousels. Instagram stories are limited in their options, especially when adding stickers or tags. Additionally, there's a problem with tagging users on Instagram, Pinterest, and LinkedIn. Tagging, specifically @ tagging, often results in failed Instagram posts, and doesn't work at all on Pinterest and LinkedIn.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Sprout Social for scheduling posts at ideal times, unified inbox management, and data insights, enhancing content strategy and efficiency.

What do you like best about the product?
aggregates all out platforms - makes it easy and quick to moderate comments and DMs
What do you dislike about the product?
we cannot add instagram music, cannot add facebook captions for multi photos, youtube and threads does not keep the tag of the outgoing post

makes moderating comments and dms far easier, allows me to not have notifications on for each platform
User-Friendly Software with an Intuitive Interface
What do you like best about the product?
I have always enjoyed how user friendly the software has been. Additionally, I am a big fan of the interface of the software.
What do you dislike about the product?
I personally do not like how it sometimes does not allow you to tag certain accounts, or it unable to recognize a certain account.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has enabled me to manage and schedule my social media activities smoothly.

Sprout Social is user friendly and has streamlined our ability to schedule regular posts to engage with our clients and followers.

I can’t think of any dislikes at this time.

Effortless Scheduling and Posting Made Simple
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use. Ability to schedule and select best times to post on social sites. Ability to get stats through the system.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't know that I have any complaints or issues currently.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ability to schedule posts strategically when we have time rather than having to rely on making posts as things happen. We're able to hold for events/activities we know of, but don't have to be doing the posts in real time.
All-in-One Social Management, but Setup Can Be Overwhelming
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Sprout Social makes it easy to manage all my social accounts in one place. Scheduling posts, checking messages, and seeing how things are performing all feel simple and organized.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be tricky to learn at the beginning, especially because some social platforms don’t work as seamlessly with it. After a bit of trial and error, it gets easier, but the setup can feel a bit overwhelming.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout Social helps me manage all our community interactions in one place. I can see and reply to messages and comments from different platforms without switching between apps.
Great Product, Affordable Core Membership, But Extra User Costs Add Up
What do you like best about the product?
Integration with social platforms is flawless, there are regular useful updates and their customer service is quick and responsive. Saves a lot of time for businesses with multiple social channels.
What do you dislike about the product?
The primary membership is very affordable, but it is expensive to add additional users which is a potential deal breaker for small businesses.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This tool mainly helps me save time by allowing me to switch easily between different social media channels when creating content. Additionally, its dashboards for reporting are excellent and make tracking performance much simpler.
Social Media Management, All In One Place
What do you like best about the product?
I like the Smart Inbox and Publishing features the most.
What do you dislike about the product?
The functionality of their mobile app could use improvement and their "sentiment" feature misses the mark often.

Sprout Social solves our notification issues with the native platforms.
User-Friendly with Customizable Reports, But Meta Data Can Be Inaccurate
What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate how easy it is to use, as well as the robust reporting features. I also like that the reporting widgets can be customized to suit my specific needs. I also really like that Sprout shows the optimal times to posts for each day.
What do you dislike about the product?
The reporting isn't always accurate with Meta and the data can be off. The posting feature can also be glitchy and have issues,
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout Social saves me time by allowing me to pre schedule my social posts and also recommends optimal posting times. The platform also saves me a ton of time in reporting and manually pulling analytics.
Intuitive and Efficient, But Pricing Not Ideal for Small Businesses
What do you like best about the product?
Intuitive user interface, ease of cross-posting onto multiple platforms and pulling reports from multiple platforms at once.
What do you dislike about the product?
Ever-increasing costs, and pushes to upgrade for features that don't actually make sense for smaller businesses.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm one person in charge of a sophisticated social media strategy for 3 brands across 10+ platforms, and even on the go I can use the mobile app to stay on top of my organization's content needs. The easy user interface also makes it easier for me to train my colleagues on the software when they cover for me when I'm OOO.
