Seamless Integration and Unmatched Reliability for Agencies

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Sprout Social is how seamlessly it integrates with all of our platforms. We manage content for over 120 clients and upload more than 5,000 pieces of content each week, all of which are successfully published without issue. The platform makes it easy to organize assets, maintain brand guidelines, and manage both internal and external approval processes efficiently. It is extremely user friendly, and our entire team found it easy to learn and train on. We have had zero bugs or complaints in the full year we have been using it, which speaks volumes about its reliability and stability.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside I would mention is that it can be a bit pricey for agencies. However, considering how much functionality and integration it offers, the value is still absolutely worth it. We have only scratched the surface of its full potential, and there are many additional features and integrations we plan to explore as our team grows.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Previously, with other platforms, we often ran into issues where content would fail to upload or publish without our knowledge. Because we manage such a large volume of content across 120 clients, each operating on multiple platforms, reliability is extremely important to us. Other platforms sometimes degraded the quality of our content or failed to post it altogether, which created major challenges for our workflow and client trust.
Sprout Social completely solved that problem. The quality of our content is never compromised, and every post goes live exactly as scheduled and as intended. It has allowed us to put full trust into the platform to handle the high volume of uploads we manage each week.
Beyond reliability, Sprout Social has given us deeper access to insights and analytics, allowing us to evaluate competitor performance and better understand the properties and clients we manage. Overall, it has enabled us to scale confidently and work within a platform that grows with us, rather than one we eventually outgrow.

Multi-Channel Posting Saves Time and Increases Use of Social Media Channels

What do you like best about the product?
I like that you can post the same post on multiple channels at the same time without having to log into each one to do it.
What do you dislike about the product?
The one thing that really bothers me is doing a multi story post requires still prompting the post when the time comes and can't truly be pre-planned. I typically make different posts one minute apart so I don't have to worry about missing the push to post it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping us promote our University program and connect with others in similar fields across the US and the world.

What do you like best about the product?
I find Sprout Social extremely helpful for its ability to duplicate content sharing across Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter, etc which streamlines my social media management tasks. The platform's capability to schedule posts at the most optimal times maximizes traction and engagement using its robust analytics. I also appreciate the smart inbox feature, which allows me to organize messages by completion or date, enhancing my productivity and efficiency in managing interactions. The data and analytics Sprout Social offers, such as insights on post performance and tag performance, are valuable to my social strategy, providing me with critical information to optimize my content and campaigns.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the Instagram and Facebook scheduler lacking because both platforms now allow sharing more than 10 images, but Sprout Social does not support this feature. Additionally, I would like the ability to add audio for Instagram content directly within Sprout Social. Furthermore, it's inconvenient that I cannot share Instagram and Facebook stories through Sprout Social directly, instead of using the mobile app publisher.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Sprout Social for scheduling posts across multiple platforms, organizing social comments and DMs, and generating leads. It optimizes content scheduling for engagement and provides analytics on post and tag performance, enhancing my social media management efficiency. I also am able to delegate work and tag coworkers easily, and use the mobile publisher

The Smart Inbox consolidates all social media messages, comments, and reviews from multiple platforms into one centralized location, eliminating constant app-switching and ensuring no customer inquiry is missed. The robust analytics and customizable reporting provide deep insights into engagement, audience behavior, and competitor activity for data-driven decision-making. Also, it's super easy to integrate with internal data services.
What do you dislike about the product?
The pricing is prohibitively expensive—$249/month per seat with only 5 social profiles on the Standard plan, and premium features locked behind higher tiers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout Social solves fragmented social media management by centralizing all messages, comments, and reviews from multiple platforms into one Smart Inbox, eliminating time-consuming app-switching and ensuring no customer inquiry is missed. It addresses team collaboration inefficiencies through task assignment, message tracking, and real-time activity updates, preventing duplicate responses and enabling smooth handoffs. The benefits include faster response times, more organized workflows, better team coordination, and the ability to make strategic decisions based on comprehensive data rather than guesswork.

What do you like best about the product?
I use Sprout Social for scheduling posts and stories for multiple social media clients, which streamlines my workflow significantly. What do you like best about the product?
Easy to schedule future posts, and nice to see them spread out on a calendar
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometime cumbersome to resize photos to fit both Facebook and IG - I wish we could set which templates to "autosize" to.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout Social helps me organize and plan out my social media campaign in advance.
