Le prix est un peu élevé et j'aimerais voir une tarification qui ne soit pas basée sur le nombre d'utilisateurs. Les fonctionnalités avancées sont très robustes, ce qui peut être un peu accablant au début.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the ability to have one place to amass our digital statistics. Instead of having to use each invidiual's platforms social media analytics, sprout allows us to see what is working with our audience and what isn't working.
What do you dislike about the product?
Least helpful is the inability to curate analytics for individual talent that we have at our news station. I wishthere was an ability to look at other profiles to see how well their social content is doing. The current system of grouping talent is too cumbersome.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to post news stories on all social platforms at one time. Prior, we had to post on each individual platform and curate statsitifcs line-by-line. This has allowed us to easily analyze what is working for our audience vs. what is failing.

What do you like best about the product?
Sprout Social is a great one stop shop for planning, posting, and reporting. I've personally been using it for 10+ years and it keeps getting better and easier to use. Their team is super helpful with issues and I know they will get back to me with a real answer in a timely manner. Its interface is super easy to add new clients and integrate their social platforms. We use it daily at my company.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the organic numbers are not pulled correctly for some platforms, we we have to pull them natively.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's a one-stop shop for posting and reporting across multiple different social accounts. We have one client that has 5 social media accounts and Sprout makes it so easy for us to plan, post, and report all in one place!

What do you like best about the product?
I like how seamlessly integrated the social sources are and yet how very easy it is to drill deep into any given comment or post to see other posts by that user on that platform. You always see the context and get a sense of the person doing the posting, rather than flying blind on the basis of a single post in isolation. At the same time it's easy to see the bigger picture by channel, over time, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not having as trivial and nuanced access to LinkedIn posts for competitive conversation tracking compared to the other platforms, which is critical to B2B. Also wish it more easily accommodated more competitors into the tracking and overall reporting and allowed for more nuance there.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Without the tool or something like it, keeping an eye on converations with and about competitors is arduous if not impossible. The tool allows me to dashboard that info and to track things like sentiment and share of voice over time. As an SEO strategict it's particularly important to see what words/phrases people are using to talk about products and solutions, as well as the topics of more interest than others, and Spout aligns with that need very nicely.

J'utilise Sprout toute la journée, tous les jours, et j'adore avoir tout sur une seule plateforme - planification, analyses, promotion, surveillance, et plus encore. La plateforme est bien organisée et conviviale. De nombreux professionnels des médias sociaux portent plusieurs casquettes et Sprout vous offre un espace pour tout gérer. Ils ont également un excellent service client si vous avez besoin d'aide et sont toujours ouverts à écouter vos commentaires pour de futurs produits ou mises à jour.

Si je pouvais ajouter une fonctionnalité à Sprout, ce serait un espace de planification de contenu où vous pouvez travailler sur le développement du contenu avant de le programmer réellement.
Quels sont les problèmes que the product résout, et en quoi cela vous est-il bénéfique?
Avoir toutes les fonctionnalités sur une seule plateforme m'aide à m'organiser. La planification est la plus grande aide pour moi personnellement, car ma principale responsabilité professionnelle est le contenu.

I love the features and reporting capabilities for campaigns and tags for each post!
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes accounts get disconnected for what seems like no reason. Also, some metrics sometimes look inaccurate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

What do you like best about the product?
I think that reporting and insight analysis are really good on Sprout, it is really good for a weekly reporting and getting track on results.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing at the moment, i think it covers my necessities.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I think the reporting tools are the ones solving my day by day work. With the tags it is helpful to get a pull of specific numbers.

Sprout est facile à utiliser, pas compliqué. Tout le monde peut comprendre comment l'utiliser sans avoir à plonger en profondeur. C'est simple !
Que n’aimez-vous pas à propos de the product?
Les analyses ne sont pas intégrées dans les données globales. Parfois, je me retrouve à faire des additions manuelles pour obtenir les chiffres globaux de la performance payante et organique, et c'est une telle perte de temps. Je n'avais pas à faire cela avec d'autres plateformes.

Certaines images/vidéos ne peuvent pas se charger sur la plateforme pour une raison étrange. Ensuite, je vais publier manuellement via le canal social.

Facile à extraire des analyses et planification rapide pour la publication.

What do you like best about the product?
Sprout Social is one of the most robust organic social scheduling and reporting tools available. After using competitor brands, Sprout Social stands above the rest due to intuitive user experience, detailed tagging systems for a/b testing and reporting, and reliability.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can be glitchy on occasion. Wish there were more reporting tools available such as searching tagged posts under post performance report.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organizing our dynamic content calendar, automating posting, and easy cross-pollination across platforms.

Les inconvénients sont de devoir toujours se connecter. Si quelqu'un ne me répond pas ce jour-là, je pourrais devoir me connecter un jour où je ne suis pas censé répondre.
