Outstanding Scheduling and Analytics Make This a Winner

What do you like best about the product?
I like the scheduling and analytical features. I like that it allows you to dig deeper and build out things via graphics, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think what I find least helpful is that sometimes there feels like too much going on. I wish breaking things out when doing reporting could be easier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout is helping me to clearly define KPIs on social and helps me have a better understanding of what works vs. what doesnt on social platforms that I manage.

I can schedule ahead on multiple accounts

There are no trend or social media updates, and you have to pay for higher tier to see when the best time to post is.

I can see all the content that is planned ahead

The scheduling tool is great to see when posts will perform best

For TikToks, there isn't a spot to 'add sound' and have to have your own orginal audio which isn't great when you want a video to take off with a viral sound

What do you like best about the product?
Sprout has been so helpful in creating fulsome content plans across mutliple platforms for our numerous brands.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times, the reporting can be confusing or hard to navigate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having a lot of content to organize and know when it's all going out - Sprout makes it easy to visualize in the calendar view.

What do you like best about the product?
Streamlined and simple for everyday use. Great for sharing metrics with leadership as the reports are readable for people who are not in the social/marketing space.
What do you dislike about the product?
Love everything except for some reason it does not have correct data for Instagram engagements (all of our other social profiles are accurate)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Makes scheduling easy and streamlined into one place. Also makes it easy to create reports for stakeholders.
