Integration Issues and Unreliable Reporting Undermine Usability

What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to filter and find posts, sort by different metrics, and seeing overall profile performance.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the social profiles do not correctly integrate into Sprout, causing incorrect reporting, or none at all. For example, we cannot see any metrics for YouTube even though the profiles are connected. We are also receiving incorrect data in Sprout from Meta platforms. There is a 1-2 day delay in organic performance when we need up-to-date reporting on a daily basis. Customer service is not helpful in navigating errors in Sprout.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
None, it's actually causing more issues than it's solving

What do you like best about the product?
It's great to have the ability to see everything from different social platforms all in one place and respond. Also helpful to be able to see and respond to app reviews as well.

The support is also typically pretty quick.
What do you dislike about the product?
Reporting could be better:
- Would be helpful to be able to set different SLAs for different types of interactions
- Would be helpful to have reporting that includes automated completions/actions.

Additional features:
- Would be helpful to be able to edit review responses.
- Would be helpful to be able to bulk delete cases that were incorrectly created due to a rule.

The AI is also not very accurate and the rules you create don't always work. It doesn't always catch everything you have in the rule.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows us to support customers who are reaching out on social media.

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate the wide range of features that Sprout Social provides, as well as the option to add more platforms before scheduling posts. The analytics offered by Sprout are more detailed than any others I have encountered.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to see more bundling options available when it comes to adding various build outs in Sprout Social.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout Social simplifies the process of managing several accounts and platforms by bringing them together in a single location. Tagging content before scheduling is straightforward, and the platform offers our team comprehensive analytics that we can share with upper management.

What do you like best about the product?
Compared to other social media management systems Sprout is very robust. I particularly enjoy the Smart Inbox feature to run through all notifications. Its so much easier than natively going through each channel.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some native features that Sprout doesnt have capability to integrate. Although, my team and I have been able to work around them and still use the application to the best ability.

Ease of checking notifications on one platform, scheduling and planning, project management, and analytics

Effortless Social Scheduling and Reporting Across Channels

What do you like best about the product?
East of Use/Frequency of Use: Sprout Social makes it easy for me to schedule social media posts for publication on multiple social channels that I use on a daily basis for work, but primarily Facebook and Instagram. Number of Features: I also use Sprout Social to track social performance and download reports that I share with colleagues on a monthly basis. I regularly use Profile Performance Reports and Post Performance Reports. Customer Support: I have contacted Customer Support at Sprout Social and found the people I have worked with very helpful and willing to solve my issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not found it easy to schedule posts on LinkedIn using Sprout Social. Not even sure if this is possible. I might suggest adding a short tutorial to walk someone like me through that process.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I work at a non-profit (the National Safety Council) and I am involved in several grants projects. Reporting results is key to the success in capturing social match funds from one of our grant providers. From the beginning, Sprout Social has made the task of reporting on social media channels easy. The reports on very detailed, too. I am able to download everything and share with team members as well as grant funders.

Empowers Social Media Management with Deep Analytics

What do you like best about the product?
I love Sprout Social's ability to provide detailed analytics on my LinkedIn performance. The feature that allows me to tag posts and analyze how they perform not just by date or time but also by the tags I include, such as subject matter or media type like video or still image, is incredibly useful. This ability to report on the performance of specific tags is a really helpful feature. I also appreciate and enjoy that Sprout Social offers more extensive historical analytics and reporting than what is available natively in LinkedIn. Where LinkedIn restricts access to analytics for up to twelve months, Sprout Social allows me to go back as far as my profile has existed, which is extremely beneficial.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am frustrated by Sprout Social's inability to tag people and businesses on LinkedIn due to LinkedIn's privacy settings. This limitation means I can't tag certain users unless they have followed our page or set specific privacy settings, forcing me to sometimes schedule posts directly from LinkedIn instead. This creates a double workflow that is not ideal, as I then have to use Sprout Social to perform analytics and manage the employee advocacy aspect separately.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Sprout Social for unified social media management, offering a calendar view for posts, easy pre-scheduling, and seamless employee advocacy integration, amplifying our LinkedIn reach while providing profound analytics extending beyond LinkedIn's limitations.

My favourite part in the Publishing aspect as I find it's really easy to upload posts and the workflow approval process is super easy as well.

What do you like best about the product?
The platform offers an excellent overview of your social media schedule, making it easy to keep track of your posts. The messaging filter simplifies the process of monitoring your audience, allowing you to stay engaged with their feedback. Additionally, the listening feature is quite effective for conducting in-depth reviews of specific topics.
What do you dislike about the product?
I notice that the website sometimes lags, though this could be due to a slow Wi-Fi connection or my computer not being the best.I find it also can be a bit un-intuitive as there are a lot of buttons and its somewhat unclear/hard to learn for first time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The scheduling feature is straightforward and easy to use. It helps me organize my tasks efficiently and ensures that I stay on track with my commitments.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the long-standing relationship I've had with Sprout Social, having been with them since their beta testing phase, which has built a strong sense of loyalty and trust over time. My team also appreciates and likes their platform, indicating a general satisfaction and ease of use among my colleagues. Additionally, I find the initial setup process with Sprout Social to be particularly easy and straightforward, facilitating a smooth transition or onboarding for myself and my team.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that Sprout Social has limited features available for lower paying tiers, and accessing features related to influencer management could be made more available or useful within those tiers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Sprout Social to manage social media, eliminating the need to post directly on platforms.
