What do you like best about the product?
Good easy way to keep up with Facebook software updates and keep updated on trending posts from competitors.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are certain aspects of the app which I have not had a chance to try out but it seems fairly comprehensive. I would be curious if it has hootsuite scheduling capabilities.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I run a nonprofit and Sprout Social is particularly geared towards solving the challenges of nonprofit.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Lots of new features rolling out worth taking a looking especially for nonrofits

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to navigate. Dashboard is user friendly. Doesn't require too much training ( I am usually training temps and contract employees to use this product, so the less work for me the better) and people seem to catch on quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
We've had a hard time linking to Linkedin, so it is annoying to have another platform just to do that. Also seems like most people use HooteSuite over SproutSocial, so sometimes I feel like we should just be using that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The analytics that come with Sprout Social are key to business development.

What do you like best about the product?
I absolutely LOVE SproutSocial. The UI is super easy to use, the data tracking for new follower acquisition is great for showing the value of each social campaign my companies launch, and the price point is perfect for any size team.
What do you dislike about the product?
There could be more data around paid campaigns on social and I would like to see lower pricing for smaller teams under 5 people, the pricing scales up to fast.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We create content that is easily consumable for clients at a price that is affordable. We specialize in creating newsroom quality content with a team of highly trained and vetted writers.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you need a simple way to find social feeds and manage your social accounts this is a great piece of software.

What do you like best about the product?
The clear and concise dashboard makes it easy to manage your workflow.
Messaging is all consolidated into one Smart Inbox making it easy to message across platforms.
The Discover feature which tracks clients/customers you interact with as well as ones you may want to reach out to in the future.
The Analytics blow the competitors out of the water: easy to read, and manage, plus a beautiful interface.
What do you dislike about the product?
-NO CONNECTION TO INSTAGRAM (major con for our company), also limits you to only 4 platforms so if you are testing new platforms don't use it on Sprout.
-Linkedin intégration sucks, difficult to use and doesn't properly integrate.
-COST is a lot higher than Hootsuite.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to track and easily connect with customers and clients is a great benefit that we are constantly utilizing.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If u are weighing this option against Hootsuite and have the budget for for Sprout. The interface is better and the analytics and tools are easier to use HOWEVER do not use if Instagram is a large portion of your social media plan.

What do you like best about the product?
I really like visual display of analytics and the list view of engagements with content.
What do you dislike about the product?
I hate that each profile has a maximum of 5 words to use for social listening.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using Sprout Social has allowed us to listen on social to what are customers are looking for and reach out to them directly to offer our services.

Managing social platforms is easier than ever with SproutSocial.

What do you like best about the product?
SproutSocial makes it easy for me to interact with brand supporters. The Twitter ecosystem is a very messy place and having SproutSocial's engagement tools help cut through the noise. Whether it is a tagged handle or a direct message, I am able to have one dashboard where I can monitor incoming traffic. The overall metics provides a nice barometer of success.
What do you dislike about the product?
The biggest thing for me is that SproutSocial does not have a Mac app. It is still web-based unlike several of the competitor's in the marketplace, making it reliant on browser speed and shared RAM.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am trying to leverage social networking to build the company's brand. As we roll out massive PR pushes, SproutSocial allows us to be fully engaged with the audience.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This is definitely the software I would start with. The main downfall is that it is pretty pricey and not ideal for someone new to social media management.

What do you like best about the product?
It's team-friendly and allows me to manage my team's collaborative efforts, ensuring that all members are consistent in their content and responses.
What do you dislike about the product?
Instagram is not synched up currently. It will be much more streamlined when we can include all of our social accounts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing multiple accounts is much easier with Sprout Social. We have administrators within our organization and outside of our organization, but we're able to have full visibility of what other stakeholders are saying and doing across social platforms.

What do you like best about the product?
The publishing feature is great for organization. I also love the reporting section. They have twitter trends based on keywords which is helpful to track competitors.
What do you dislike about the product?
I with they had an option to create different columns to track Mentions per platformlike hootsuite. Currently they are all in one tab.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reporting had been super helpful in proving roi to the client.

What do you like best about the product?
The user interface is incredible easy to learn and streamlines the process of monitoring various accounts across multiple platforms. The interface itself puts everything you need right in front of you so that you never miss a message, retweet, or any other type of interaction. I would also say that they way the reports are set up makes it easy to understand what is happening across our accounts on each individual site or our audience as a whole.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a slight learning curve at the beginning and at time, I find myself lost in trying to view a profile or look at an interaction. It seems like it would just be a simple click but instead it's a menu and then the ability to click on profiles is achieved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Increasing our interaction with students and potential students so that they feel that administration is a simply message away. Sprout has increased our ability to interact with students and by doing it creates a sense of family instead of an administration and student relationship.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are looking to monitor across multiple social media platforms, engage with your audience, and enable yourself to see growth across your accounts, I would highly recommend Sprout to anyone looking to do any of the above mentioned.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to shorten links, post images, and schedule posts. It's also great for managing multiple accounts at once.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be great if I could see each feed that I manage on one screen.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I manage multiple social media accounts which can be difficult on other platforms. With Sprout Social, it's incredibly easy to monitor and manage them all at once.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I highly recommend it! I've had a better experience with Sprout Social than with other platforms.
