Review of Sprout
What do you like best about the product?
I like how Sprout has clean design, and really, I love the social reporting. Personally, I think majority of social platforms due a poor job at reporting their insights - I used to spend hours downloading shitty spreadsheets from FB and Twitter and creating "engagement reports" for clients. Sprout allows me to do this in 30 seconds. Thank you!
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish we could manage ads within sprout. I also go back and forth with the pricing about Sprout, but in the end, I think that's minuscule and you guys are worth it. I run a small biz, so naturally I'm conservative with money.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We (GoEdison) help small businesses with their marketing. We save them time, and essentially money. We aren't like most agencies. We actually have genuine relationships with our clients and don't have canned marketing packages, like other agencies. It's a harder way to scale - but - we care, and we're proud of that!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Best social media management platform out there, in my opinion.
Sprout is efficient and easy to use to manage all of my clients social media accounts.

Cost of having multiple people on the account.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout has made it easy to manage various accounts all in one place. It is definitely a time saver. Sprout also allows my company the tools to provide clients with really great social media reports and stats.
Great, user-friendly product
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease of use of the dashboards and the reporting display.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish in the publishing calendar view that you could see more than a week out at the same time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A few people run our Twitter accounts so it's nice to see all the messages and replies that come in from all the accounts.

Lack of queue function or ability to upload multiple images to Facebook

Easy efficient scheduling for multiple social media accounts.
Constantly Innovating!
What do you like best about the product?
There have been so many times that I've thought... "I wish Sprout would add X feature.." and one week later it's up on the platform. They are growing quickly and constantly improving on their already fabulous product!
What do you dislike about the product?
It's a little more pricey, but I don't think unreasonable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Streamlining process of posting on Social and generating leads through social.

Streamlined experience
What do you like best about the product?
The tagging system is great! The accounts pulling through are normally reliable.
What do you dislike about the product?
That it doesn't pull through individual comment numbers, this would be useful. Occasionally some accounts don't pull through. Also, the email round ups are not effective as the terminology is very ambiguous.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking and answering comments on social media. It has been really useful to understand sentiment levels and numbers through the tagging and reporting system.

It's an extremely intuitive and useful programme, and makes managing multiple channels and brands very easy.
Love the Platform
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of scheduling, high-level reports (though I wish they were more in-depth), ease of switching between accounts, ability to assign tasks (though I rarely get to use the tool).
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were more rigorous analytics

Identifying alumni entrepreneurs, as well as influencers within each audience segment; driving awareness for programming

Sprout Provides All The Social Scheduling I Need
What do you like best about the product?
It works with multiple platforms, and has a visual calendar.
What do you dislike about the product?
Having to periodically reauthorize individual platforms.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Sprout for scheduling social posts, and the ease of crossing multiple platforms at once has saved me a lot of time.

The ability to respond to messages within the platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is no YouTube integration and we see video growing a lot with this generation.

The greatest benefit is in efficient, time management.
