Amazing Management and Analytics

What do you like best about the product?
Sprout Social provides fast, accurate analytics that can be exported and delivered directly to my clients' hands, saving me hours of time on compiling reports.
What do you dislike about the product?
While Sprout has "everything but the kitchen sink," there are no features that are specifically unique to the platform itself.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a social media marketing company, it is important to us to tell our clients' stories in a straightforward, wide-reaching, and cost-effective manner. Sprout Social helps us manage these priorities through publishing tools, analytics, and more.

Great, but not perfect

What do you like best about the product?
Easily schedule posts, and can compare us to competitors in a snap!
What do you dislike about the product?
Posting doesn't always work. They also don't do well at identifying influencers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Can schedule out posts without having to physically be there. And can do it from anywhere! We can also track engagement rate and compare to competitors. There are so many great features!

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to schedule publishing easily. I like the inbox, it really lets me know about most of the social traffic coming my way. I like the Group Report.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like how I can't see scheduled posts after they were scheduled and sent out. I'd like to see what I did, have a history of Sprout use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
How to find out when we are mentioned and interacting with people who don't know we are on social. We have definitely improved our private messaging and personal communications through Sprout.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This is a great platform if you need to do mass social scheduling, monitor all your mentions and answer messages all in one place.

What do you like best about the product?
Simple to use and an organized interface. My business would run as smooth without it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Search feature could be more specific. I would like to search by topic and location under people. Unfortunately this is not a current option.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to connect with everyone in one space with the history of each person. Sprout takes care of everything from publishing to CRM.

Learn this platform and it will change your business.

What do you like best about the product?
Smart inbox and ability to choose and combine specific things like direct messages, mentions, retweets, new followers, etc from Twitter, Facebook and Instagram.
What do you dislike about the product?
The fact that I cannot tag photos for Twitter in Sprout Social- but I realize that it might be a Twitter limitation instead of a Sprout limitation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm able to better stay on top of mentions and comments from multiple social media networks by going to a single place. Also, Facebook doesn't always notify me of new Page messages, so those could potentially be missed-- but they always show up in my Smart Inbox.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Take advantage of the free trial to play with all the features.

I like scheduling in calendar view and easily viewing results for all platforms on one screen.

I wish it could handle larger image sizes for scheduling.

What do you like best about the product?
Reporting features - I use these to get accurate figures for my reporting

Tasks - I don't really use this feature, so I don't dislike it just it does not add value to my experience

Analysis of audiences, ensuring we are reaching the right ones. Scheduling posts.

What do you like best about the product?
I use Sprout most often for monitoring brand interactions and publishing & scheduling content.
What do you dislike about the product?
The reporting is not as robust as I would like.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monitoring for social listening, scheduling content, responding to customers. Sprout allows me to be aware of what people are saying about my brand and gives me the tools to respond quickly.

The publishing feature and the smart inbox are unparalleled to others I've seen in the industry.

What do you like best about the product?
I can manage several clients notifications and messages, post scheduling, and pull beautiful designed analytics reports.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the images would resize based off the platform they're being posted to like they do when you post organically. A photo I share to facebook might be too big to post through Sprout on Twitter.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Time management, organization.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
reporting has never been so beautiful when it comes to making my presentations for clients. I can fully print reports or take screen shots of great highlights for my clients to see, and the are visually appealing.

Great Publishing Tool

What do you like best about the product?
Sprout is great at scheduling social media posts which I create and customize for many clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
1. I wish there were a way to create the same posting and then change on each platform individually... for example, I might have the same post for FB, LI and Twitter but it might be too long for twitter so I would have to go back and create an entirely new post for Twitter and upload and find the same image twice.

2. I really wish there was a better approval process without having to add new users. Right now, I have to create the posts in Google Slides, share them with my clients, have them change whatever they need to on there and then e-mail me back for approval and then I go in and schedule them out in Sprout. Clients just want to see how you're representing them, see the images and then move right along. I wish there was a few steps in my process that I could skip with Sprout.

3. No Pinterest
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm helping clients with time management, the benefits of Sprout is that they have access to a lot of platforms.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Sprout is a good program if you are utilizing it correctly and have enough clients to implement it. Although it's pricey, it's much easier than HootSuite and has a much better interface.
