What do you like best about the product?
I love using Sprout Social because it offers a comprehensive platform where I can write, schedule, plan, and review content with great ease. The convenience of having all my channels and essential functions like publishing and customer service replies consolidated in one place enhances our efficiency significantly. I find the simplicity of using Sprout Social one of its greatest strengths, as it provides all necessary tools effortlessly, ensuring our operations remain smooth and hassle-free. Moreover, the affordability of Sprout Social is a remarkable advantage, offering a high-quality tool at a cost-effective rate, which aligns perfectly with our budgetary considerations.

The reporting and social listening features have experienced glitches in the past.

What do you like best about the product?
I really enjoy how you are friendly it is and how easy it is to figure out the different functions and features.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don’t like that I can’t post Instagram and Facebook stories at the same time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout social show makes it easier for me schedule my social media post so that way they can be effectively put out for people to see. I appreciate how sprout utilizes other social media platform analytics.

What do you like best about the product?
Sprout gives us the ability to schedule social media posts at optimal times, per the software algorithm. It is easy to save drafts and to collaborate with teammates. The tags make it really easy to run reports on our multiple sectors of the company.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the tags were color coded to make them easy to identify at a glance.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout is providing a place to organize and plan all of our social media content, whether that be a week in advance or a year in advance.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can manage all our social platforms at one single place, as well as being able to manage the inbox, comments, tags, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
It happens sometimes that while I'm adding Alt text on an image, I click outside of the pop-up box and it just closes. Then, the alt text was not saved and I have to re-do it. Would be nice if it just didn't close when we click outside the window. It's the only thing I can think of right now.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's solving the "back and forth" issue we would have between various schedulings we have to do. We have about 4 accounts we post on and so it's easy to have a good overview on what's being posted and when to coordinate. As we are more than 1 person working on our social media, it's great to be able to work as a team on Sprout.

What do you like best about the product?
I have been using Sprout Social for about 1.5 years and I absolutely love how easy their platform is to use. It's intuitive and allows us to plan out our social schedule effortlessly, sometimes even a month or more in advance. The feature that I truly value is the 'Optimal Times' tool. This tool is extremely beneficial as it ensures our posts are made at times when our audience is most engaged, maximizing the potential for interaction and engagement. It allows us to focus more on the quality of our content rather than worrying about the precise timing of our posts. Overall, Sprout Social significantly simplifies the management of our social media strategy across LinkedIn, Facebook, and X, and it effectively adapts to the dynamic nature of social media planning with ease.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like the duplicate posts functionality to be adjusted. It currently does not let me duplicate posts from the main calendar screen. I think it's a bug.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Sprout Social to schedule social posts efficiently, leveraging its intuitive interface and 'Optimal Times' tool to maximize engagement and focus on content quality rather than timing.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how Sprout Social provides an easy-to-navigate platform packed with diverse features that allow a wide range of actions. I strongly appreciate the ease with which I can train others to use and master Sprout Social. Additionally, I value the platform’s flexibility, particularly the ability to upgrade to different settings as needed, allowing me to tailor the tool to best fit my changing requirements. Furthermore, the initial setup was straightforward, significantly easing the process of adopting Sprout Social as a critical tool in my workflow routine.

Sometimes certain features do not load, and there are API glitches. I have experienced times when I cannot pull reports, encounter error codes, or find content failing to post for unknown reasons, often attributed to API integration issues.

I use Sprout Social to efficiently schedule and track content performance, helping answer engagement queries while managing tasks solo. Its easy navigation and features mimic a team output, simplifying training. However, occasional API glitches hinder seamless functions.

What do you like best about the product?
I found Sprout Social to be a powerful and easy-to-use platform that provided a one-stop-shop experience for managing our organic social media platforms. It was straightforward to use, which made it simple to onboard various team members across the company into the tool, allowing them to take on responsibilities efficiently. Additionally, the platform offered the capability to enhance brand safety by ensuring that responses could be controlled and approved before posting. It made scheduling and posting social media updates seamless, and enabled a collaborative environment for multiple users, giving me confidence as a head of marketing to approve the necessary actions. This ease-of-use extended to how social media accounts could be connected, simplifying the initial setup process significantly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find Sprout Social to be very expensive for our needs. There are many competitors offering better price points now. Additionally, we found the platform to be overpowered for our requirements, and we needed a simpler tool. The cost of API access is another issue, as it's quite high even at a high-tier plan. This was a significant reason for switching to another product, as it hindered our ability to integrate with our AI workflows.

What do you like best about the product?
We really love the ability to schedule posts on multiple accounts and see their performance stats afterwords. It's a fairly comprehensive platform that has made it easier for us to manage our social media presence.

Only thing we've encountered so far is some input lag when filling out forms. I wonder if it's a form validation / JS issue.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the scheduling tool the best. It’s the most helpful, but reporting can be good too
What do you dislike about the product?
We are starting to have a lot of connectivity issues with Meta, where it is not pulling in all our information. I’ve been using sprout for years and have always found the reporting helpful, but the last few months it has kind of gone downhill because of this.

It is difficult to always be active on social media when it’s your career, so the scheduling tool helps a lot. Also tags are helpful for reporting into categories our company is looking for reporting in
