What do you like best about the product?
Sprout Social creates easy to read and visually appealing analytics reports that can be easily exported for clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
The instagram post scheduling function is very complicated and difficult to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
creating nice looking social media reports for multiple clients efficiently.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Great low-cost platform for social media posting and analytics.

Great social media platform - lots of useful features

What do you like best about the product?
I like how it's very easy to schedule posts and the metrics reports are great. I found the glossary next to the metrics to be extremely helpful and it was good to see when I was posting was the best time/which audience I was reaching the most. I also appreciate the comparison feature to see how ours matches up to our competitors' social media profiles
What do you dislike about the product?
Wish it was easier to follow other people on Twitter using this platform (found it a bit harder to do so). Also, I wish there was an online training video or something to better describe the metrics and how you are calculating those. I had to call customer service and get it cleared up but wish there was something outside the glossary for the more complex terms
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to quantify our social media efforts as well as see how we match up against our competitors which is fantastic in showing the value-add to our investors
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would be sure to talk to a customer service person, especially if you want to utilize the metrics functions. I would also sit in during their informational webinars, but wish the content was available on-demand in case I need to reference later or skip forward to find something.

What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to use with a clean and modern design.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was a way to schedule to Instagram, although I know this is not their fault.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easy scheduling and reporting for social clients. It makes it easy to stay organized and update scheduled content.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I think it is better than Hootsuite in the sense that it has a more modern and clean layout making it easier to use and stay organized.

What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to schedule multiple posts in a timely manner. The overall feed and direct inbox feature is great to engage with your audience. The reports and analytics are also very user friendly to navigate and analyze.
What do you dislike about the product?
Customizing posts and their appearances on individual platforms is still a bit of a challenge. I have to edit my post in Facebook to tag any parties since the feature won't work directly from Sprout. I have to edit my images on Instagram then re-upload through Sprout since the Instagram filter portal is not available there. Twitter is the most user-friendly platform to completely use on Sprout. Linked In works pretty well too.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Better to keep track of our engagements with our audience and the type of conversations that are being brought up. The analytics also provide key insights as to who are audience is.

What do you like best about the product?
All aspects of how easy it is to create a schedule of when you want your posts to go out and the reports ARE THE BEST!
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes there's glitches with adding photos and videos.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automization! The benefits are amazing straightforward reports!

What do you like best about the product?
If you're starting out in social media marketing, this tool is a HUGE time saver. It brings all of your social notifications to one place so you don't have to go back and forth all day. It has one easy to use stream that shows you the posts you haven't handled yet.

The social scheduling feature is also very easy to use. I love the feature to schedule the same post on multiple days. Other tools make you re-create the post over and over.
What do you dislike about the product?
Higher end tools give you better reporting and allow you to see all of your interactions with a certain person. There's also more sentiment analysis and automation.

It does provide some social listening, but isn't as robust as other tools which can also pull in forums, blogs, etc.

Sprout social isn't the best if you're working with many users and managing a large number of profiles.

However, it's a great option for small businesses or people who are just starting out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's affordable, a huge time saver and allows you to track social performance across all networks.

Easy way to view social media feeds

What do you like best about the product?
Consolidated viewing ability for multiple feeds, tags - direct post to email option to email the whole team.
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasional trouble with links, once with login when the entire system was down.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monitoring of Twitter- multiple hashtags in one place, posting from one place as well.

Good for Publishing but not perfect

What do you like best about the product?
The platform allows you to schedule tweets for multiple users, and administrators can review and edit tweets from the draft tab.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is no way to pin tweets to your profile through this platform, so you must log in directly through Twitter. If you are only managing one profile this is not a problem, but we have more than one so it is difficult.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helpful organizational tool, reports give good insight into our followers
