Let Sprout Make You Look Good
What do you like best about the product?
Really love the reporting and usability. I've been using Sprout since about 2012 at my old place of employment and bring it with me to any new career path that I embark on.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would love more insights/reporting into Facebook ads. Otherwise, nothing major that I dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The reporting takes a lot of work off of my plate which then allows me to focus on other things!
Simple. Straight-forward. Effective. Smart.
What do you like best about the product?
Sprout Social provides a platform that provides access to posting on several platforms at once. Also provides a depth of reporting for each platform. Sprout Social's team level provides a very effective method of collaboration of efforts from other contributors. Best part of Sprout Social...it's not just a platform or piece of software. It's a fully operational wealth of information and resources with a super support staff that listens to and responds to your needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Having used Sprout Social for only three months so far, there have been very few instances of concern. Most, if not all, have been dealt with by their exceptional support staff.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Analytics, collaboration, scheduling, listening to audiences, resources.
The ability to follow and provide detailed and easy to follow analytical reporting to our administration is a big plus from using Sprout Social.
Scheduling posts on multiple platforms, including Instagram is a real time savor.
Giving other areas the ability to submit posts saves time and efforts for procurement of material.
The smart inbox provides the tools to customize the audience you are listening to.
The resources made available to customers and non-customers alike earn Sprout Social a top level spot in your bookmarks/favorites.

Team collaboration, superb customer support, resources and analytical reporting make Sprout Social a very powerful tool that is a must-have for social media administration. All this at an affordable investment.
Visually friendly tool
What do you like best about the product?
Sprout Social is a visually appealing tool to schedule social media posts. It's easy to use and navigate. I enjoyed the analytics Sprout Social gives
What do you dislike about the product?
One downside, at one point, you weren't able to schedule posts to Facebook. This means we need to schedule posts on multiple platforms.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are enjoying being able to schedule posts in a timely fashion. We are solving the problems of needing to schedule posts ahead of time and receive metrics and analytics on these posts.

Sprout Makes Social Easier
What do you like best about the product?
The reporting feature is fantastic and the main reason we switched to Sprout. I also like how they are constantly added new features.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the calendar could be put to better use. Would be nice to see past posts beyond the Sent Messages report.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed to get on a regular schedule of posting to social and Sprout has really helped with that. We've also been able to see which channels to focus on because of the in-depth reporting.
A service focused on service
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to navigate UI, functional modules, robust reporting and amazing customer service
What do you dislike about the product?
Steep learning curve (for me, anyways) when it came to keyword filters. Would like to see better competitive listening tools implemented.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We do most of our monitoring and nearly all of our customer service and other engagement through SproutSocial. We handle scheduling and posting all of our social content through this tool as well.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It can be a great tool, especially for social media teams who will all be working from the same platform. Single stream monitoring makes competitive or subject matter monitoring of social media nearly impossible.
Great for medium-sized business
What do you like best about the product?
Where Sprout excels is its ability to work within the platform across teams. It makes for easy collaborative and problem solving efforts.
What do you dislike about the product?
The listening tool leaves quite a bit to be desired. The analytics are getting better, but still aren't as meaningful as the one ones in the native platforms. The screenshots from the Sprout analytics platform are very pretty however, making it easy to explain to upper management.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Social media scheduling and customer care. Sprout is great at tagging team mates to tackle an issue on social media and also has a great workflow to make sure content is approved before being posted.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Sprout is beginning to look to the future and become a full blown enterprise system. They also recently added Instagram scheduling. If you're looking for a tool to grow with you, Sprout may be the one.

What do you like best about the product?
We created profile overlays for Facebook
What do you dislike about the product?
Using it wasn't completely into this. I did have to do some searching online find tutorials to know how to set it up. But once I found that it was pretty easy to do and to maintain after that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We got the word out to wh community about an event and saw a big response. Sprout helped with that.
I really enjoyed the simplicity of SproutSocial
What do you like best about the product?
I loved how it was convenient to access all clients accounts at once with the click of a button.
What do you dislike about the product?
I didn't like that you are unable to post more than one image when posting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mainly saving time and energy and being able to preschedule everything.

Very easy to use. Will save you a lot of time

What do you like best about the product?
It's so easy to use. I also love the "reporting" feature where you can look at all of your data for your social media pages. I used that feature a lot to figure out which of our content did the best and what did not.
What do you dislike about the product?
I guess the only thing I would say I dislike is that you can only have a maximum number of social pages connect to you account.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Scheduling posts for clients. It is so much easier knowing you have your content in there ready to go instead of having to create it and publish it in real time.

Definitely take advantage of the "reporting" tool!
Great social media tool
What do you like best about the product?
I like that sprout social is fast, responsive, and allows you to post across several platforms. The queue is clean and easy to see what post you have posted next. I also love the dashboard and that it shows your audience demographics, recent followers, average response rate, and impressions. It's more than just social media posting management, it's also great for measurement and analytics. It's well organized and easy to teach to newbies.
What do you dislike about the product?
You can't connect Instagram or Pinterest, which is sad because of the popularity of these two platforms. Although it's easy to use, I feel Hootsuite may be easier. I also wish there was a preview function to preview posts before you schedule.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes social publishing easy. You can plan your posts for the week and see them all visually in one queue. You can assign more than one administrator to an account so everyone can have their own accounts. It also gives a good overview for new followers and impressions.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Try other social media management platforms when you're looking for one to use. Sprout Social is great and user-friendly but may not have all the functionality everyone wants. IT also may be more a bit expensive compared to other social media management sites. You should have no problem learning how to use it though.
