Not what I've expected
What do you like best about the product?
I quit using Sprout for several reasons. So I'm not going to sum nothing good for them on this review... I'm quite disappointed
What do you dislike about the product?
There's no way to rely on this tool. Downtimes here and there, it's TOO expensive for what you get, it's really over valuated. There's a world of tools out there that fits the same needs for half the cost and double relyability. I don't like the fact that many features are add ons or only available to the most expensive plans. I don't like either the fact that their support takes "their time" to solve your issues, as if I could tell my clients to wait... Not satisfied at all
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
None.

Do not try Sprout... go for other social media tool... Please, save your money or invest it in something more useful....
Social media platform suited for education and businesses professionals
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of focusing on content relevant to my matter of interest and possibility to share knowledge with my professional network. Flexibility in identifying followers on social and track progress in the quality and demographics of target audience.
What do you dislike about the product?
A bit complex to navigate around the various social streams and come up with smart analytics dashboards to reflect results of media efforts
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Connect with opinion makers in my field of interest . Reach new audiences by grasping current data on social media demographics.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Invest some time in the tutorials offered by the software vendor to map-out the optimal approach to data discovery and analysis

I love the watching tools and reporting.
What do you dislike about the product?
Scheduling is not always 100% consistent, but I'm not convinced that this is a Sprout issue and not a social media platform issue

We manage multiple clients social media accounts with Sprout. We are able to streamline schedule, responses and reporting.

Sprout is a perfect solution for our growing digital agency. It's great for managing multiple client accounts and providing detailed, attractive reports on activity and engagement.
A fantastic platform - so easy to be social
What do you like best about the product?
I'm a Social Media Manager for a digital agency and we currently have around 30 clients, each with several different social platforms that we post to and engage with daily. The Sprout platform is so easy to use and allows me to manage all of our client accounts in one place!
What do you dislike about the product?
There's very little I dislike, but if I had to say something it would be that there's so many great tools that I sometimes get a little bit distracted by the cool new tools we could be implementing for our clients.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
If we didn't have Sprout, we would have to hire a lot more people to manage all the accounts as it would be a lot more time consuming. We find it helps our social team collaborate seamlessly too as we know who's handling what and who. Sprout also helps our clients better understand what we do and allows us to communicate more effectively.

What do you like best about the product?
Love the amazing customer service, helpful articles and guides, the online community (#sproutchat)
What do you dislike about the product?
I have yet to find something I dislike about the platform. I wish Instagram analytics would be appear in Sprout's reports, but I believe that's an API issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Working with colleagues around the world, useful analytics to show ROI and request more/better resources, implementing learnings in other areas like internal comms
Sprout Social Makes It Effortless To Manage Your Digital Marketing From One Place
What do you like best about the product?
Sproutsocial does a great job of making it easy to plan all your media from pictures to gifs. Plus, it does a great job of showing you exactly how things will rollout across all of your platforms. In tandem with IFTTT this program is a must have for agencies. The reporting is also top notch!
What do you dislike about the product?
The only complaint was that Instagram and LinkedIn were wonky when it came to posting from time to time and having to reverify your account.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having the ability to view and analyze performance across multiple platforms including statistics from google analytics was the issue that we used sprout social to solve. It gave me a more transparent picture of campaign performance. I was able to see what platforms interacted with content the best and it gave me the ability to see what content drove traffic to our website.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you have the ability as an agency to pass some of the cost of sprout social to your client it is a no brainer to implement it into your digital marketing strategy. It integrates with most social media platforms on the market and has a ton of features that help you plan and stay ahead of the marketing battle.
Good, easy to use platform
What do you like best about the product?
It's clearly laid out and I like the use of the timed post.
What do you dislike about the product?
The overall platform looks a bit dated and could have a cleaner look to it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us to reach out and find people who talk about the company and it's events. Whether these are good or bad, it's great to hear feedback and how to improve things, even when they haven't directly contacted us.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to communicate with customers on social channels. Social channels are so important in the newer generations.
What do you dislike about the product?
I only used for a small amount time. They do offer free trial offers to see if this will work with your business.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I did not really solve any problems and stopped using it.

Try for yourself and see if you can use it.
Easy to Understand Interface & Analytics!
What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy the simplified interface that makes it user-friendly. I used it for social media marketing and management and the analytics were easy to understand and helped us understand our audience engagement. It gave us the ability to understand what platforms worked best for our non-profit and whate our audience was or was not receptive to.
What do you dislike about the product?
As a non-profit that works with education and the environment, my major issue was that it did not include all platforms. Youtube and other visual platforms weren't included and that was a big part of how we reached out to our audience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helped us identify what to spend our limited time on and how to spend growing those aspects of social media and audience engagement.

What do you like best about the product?
I think one of my favorite Sprout Social features is landscape - the photo editor that will appropriately size your photos depending on which social platform it will be going on. In addition, I love Sprouts comprehensive guide to all photo and videos specs. This has been extremely helpful in ensuring consistency across all platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
I honestly don't have too many negative opinions about Sprout.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Consistency across all platforms. Analytics for social are great! Managing multiple platforms and accounts through one manager.

If you are looking for a platform that makes it easy to manages multiple accounts in one system then this is it!
