Easy yet powerful
What do you like best about the product?
My favorite part of the platform is how the messages can lead you to discover new people worth observing. You can check profiles of people commenting on a certain post... and then just come back to a thread without losing it among the sea of others. Also, you can export whole threads (i.e. send them to your inbox) for later analysis. It's very simple yet effective for me.
What do you dislike about the product?
It needs some memory if you have a large number of new posts - sometimes just slow down your browser. But it's a minor thing if you keep updating the messages.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We gained a new understanding of how our visitors interact with what we publish and now we can track how it spreads on the internet. We gained a lot of recognition by promoting our posts wisely with Sprout.

Be prepared for a large amount of information that needs your careful sorting at first.
Sprout Social Makes Social Media a Mindless Task
What do you like best about the product?
Sprout social is so easy to use and provides you everything you need to manage your social media accounts.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sprout Social becomes a pain because it often disconnects from the social media accounts. When your account is disconnected you often don't realize and your schedule posts fail to post.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having to spend hours and hours on social media scheduling posts and creating engagement. Sprout social has helped increase my engagement by allowing me to respond and interact with my followers on all social media channels from one place.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Don't just schedule your posts and forget about them. Check and make sure you are actually still connected to your social media accounts.

Sprout is very simple and user friendly social media tool with excellent customer service staff available on live chat.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sprout is mainly for small-medium businesses. It lacks some features like detailed reporting on agent’s performance, different social widgets for reporting, SLA monitoring, canned responses, sentimental analysis etc

Sprout has excellent UX design interface. Very easy to use for agents with minimum training

It manages all my social accounts under one roof. It lets you manage all social media channels efficiently from one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can use some updates to keep up with the latest features and technology. Also, the cost for the advanced version is way too expensive.

Great organization dashboard and love the discovery feature.

What do you like best about the product?
All social media platforms in one space.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing to dislike about the it
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Who our audience/clientele is and how do we cater to that client or guest. It has made it very easy to check all media outlets and compile our different audiences to work our media outlets based off of that.
Inbox is the number one feature of this bad boy
What do you like best about the product?
The Single stream inbox is by far my favorite feature. When you're a channel with high user engagement, this is so key to help keep track of the features.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd love if they implemented the use of campaigns for their scheduling tool. This would keep posts more organized and allow me to see the results of each campaign as opposed to limiting myself at just singular posts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Needed a better solution for Social Media Management and scheduling. It was super easy to set up and helped us find new customers and boost engagement.
Fast and Easy
What do you like best about the product?
The reporting is fast and easy to understand
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to be able to add users who can at least view the reporting at no extra cost.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have used this to run KPIs for upper management and realized that no other platform is as easy to get this information as far as speed and readability. We also were able to get the best details of the demographics according to time of day on our site and tweak posts accordingly.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Not sure if this is available and we just don't know about it but bring reporting to the next level with competing with other analtyics and listening software as add-ons.

What do you like best about the product?
I think Sprout is pretty simple to use. It's clear and concise and an easy tool to navigate.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sprout really only seems to be beneficial if you have a heavy social media presence.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout is used for easy social media communication production and planning. Metrics are also great.
Really great discovery tool
What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy that all of our organizations platforms are in one space. I like that the system can discover tweets, posts, etc., with our name, even if it isn't tagged or hashtagged.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was a better way to go straight to our pages (like get a quick preview of what our page looks like without having to log in to the different platforms). I also wish there was a way to complete large amounts of items, without having to review and complete them individually. I
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easy social media management. Easy to learn, easy to navigate. No need to move between platforms. Scheduling posts in advance is super helpful - because you never know when you will get swamped with something else!
