I really appreciate the reporting it provides—it's always clean, clear, and concise.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to see improvements in the social listening features, especially to ensure they work effectively across all platforms. Additionally, I think the competitive analysis could be more insightful.

We use this tool to schedule posts for our clients and to generate reports on the effectiveness of our content efforts.

Easy to use, has link shortening, reports are easy to access and tagging post types helps us understand the types of posts that get the best engagement.

The product is expensive compared to other options.

It's great for influencer campaigns and sourcing creators for niche campaigns

Sometimes the search tools don't find enough creators, or the tools aren't accurate when searching for locations, etc.

Narrowing down influencer search by applying filters. Helps me find the right creators for niche campaigns.

What do you like best about the product?
I use Sprout Social for handling all my clients' content publishing at my marketing agency. I love how Sprout Social simplifies my workflow by managing all client logins, which spares me the hassle of emailing clients for two-factor authentication notifications, making my life so much easier. The software is well-organized and saves me a significant amount of time, at least two to three times the time I would otherwise spend switching between different platforms. This massive efficiency gain allows me to allocate my time more effectively across other tasks. Additionally, I appreciate the ease with which I can customize posts for different platforms, all within a single interface. This customization feature is incredibly useful because it accommodates the unique requirements and idiosyncrasies of each platform, making it a super helpful tool for my agency's operations.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think if I was able to edit published posts directly on the platform, it would be a great feature. I'm not sure if that's even feasible, but it would enhance my workflow significantly.

I am frustrated with the reporting accuracy and the clarity on where metrics are coming from in Sprout Social. It's challenging to ensure that the data match or even resemble what's in the platform, which complicates the process of identifying definitions between paid and organic metrics.

I manage multiple clients across diverse social platforms effectively, thanks to Sprout Social's easy navigation, reporting, and scheduling features, although reporting accuracy can be improved.
A Seamless and User-Friendly Social Media Tool
What do you like best about the product?
I love that Sprout Social puts everything in one place, making it easy for our entire team to access and keep our content organized. We handle a large volume of content for numerous projects simultaneously, and Sprout Social simplifies scheduling and moderating content while also allowing us to efficiently pull analytics for reports. I find it significantly easier to use than Meta Planner due to its simple and user-friendly interface. It allows for easy editing of content post-scheduling and operates with impressive speed. The transition from HootSuite to Sprout Social was seamless, and the cost was more effective, making it a beneficial switch for us.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that not all of our team members can be logged into Sprout Social simultaneously. This restriction becomes complicated when multiple team members need to access the system at the same time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout Social organizes our content efficiently, simplifies scheduling and moderating, provides easy access for analytics, and has a user-friendly interface compared to Meta Planner. It reduced costs from our previous software HootSuite and was seamlessly set up.
Effortless Onboarding and Outstanding Support with Sprout
What do you like best about the product?
I love the user friendly nature of Sprout. I can guarantee that any new employee would have an easy time onboarding with Sprout. Customer support is also superb on Sprout. I know I can always get easy, quick, and knowledgable help when I need it. Implementation has been a breeze. Sprout's team has been very thorough throughout our implementation and is very eager to help with any other needs that arise. I have worked with multiple other similar services, and Sprout has always been the most consistent and well-rounded pick.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a few small features that are different than the previous platform I used that will take some time to get used to, but nothing major stands out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout is streamlining all of our publishing and customer care making our workflows on multiple platforms more seamless. The reporting and listening features are very easy to use and understand and have been a great tool to look back on data and adjust future strategies.

I find Sprout Social incredibly helpful for collaborations with colleagues, as we are able to involve different people in specific projects. This makes our teamwork efficient and organized. Additionally, I like that I can easily view the schedules of various regions and accounts, which is crucial because we operate in many different countries. This feature allows us to maintain a cohesive workflow across geographical boundaries. Furthermore, I found the initial setup of Sprout Social to be very straightforward and hassle-free, which was a great relief.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am happy with the dashboard, but it might be improved.

I use Sprout Social to collaborate with colleagues effectively, organize projects involving different people, and manage multiple regions and accounts by viewing international schedules.
Great for Customizing Email Templates, But Can Be Glitchy
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate Sprout Social's ability to upload and customize templates, which simplifies creating attractive and consistent email marketing campaigns weekly without the need to email them ourselves. The functionality that allows me to build templates based on past ones is particularly valuable, making the workflow efficient and less time-consuming. I love the new features, such as title defaults, which further enhance the flexibility and ease of use of the platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's glitchy, and there are many times when features don't work or don't save. Additionally, I don't like the maximum 5MB upload size.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Sprout Social to easily distribute visually appealing emails weekly, streamlining our process and moving away from manual emailing. The upload and customize templates feature allows me to efficiently build from past templates.
