Solid Social Management Tool with Room for Smarter AI
What do you like best about the product?
Sprout Social’s scheduling tools are intuitive and reliable, which makes content planning seamless. The reporting features and labels are easy to understand and really help with organization and performance tracking. Their customer support is also a standout—quick responses and the live chat option is super helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
The demographic data could be more detailed—right now it feels a bit surface-level compared to what’s available on native platforms. I also wish the AI could do more heavy lifting, like automatically recognizing and labeling content without manual input.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout Social helps streamline social media management by centralizing scheduling, publishing, engagement, and reporting across platforms. It saves me significant time by letting me plan and publish content in advance. The built-in reporting tools make it simple to extract insights and share results with stakeholders—without needing to build custom reports from scratch. It also helps keep our team organized and aligned by allowing us to label, assign, and track posts and messages more efficiently.
Great
What do you like best about the product?
The categories to search for content for our social team
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have anything specific that I don't like
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having to sift thought everything after already transferred to salesforce
Exactly what I need it for
What do you like best about the product?
The analytics is amazing, goes back to a long time ago and has graphs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the resizing for scheduling can be challenging. Logging in is sometimes challenging as well when having more than 1 person logging in.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting information from analytics, and helping consolidate scheduling as in not having to schedule individually.
I've used many Social Scheduling Platforms, Sprout remains my favorite.
What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate the convenience of having everything in one place—from publishing and scheduling to reporting and community management. The sentiment classification feature is especially helpful when managing comments and messages, making it easier to prioritize responses and spot potential issues. I also love the robust features available when scheduling content, like optimal send times and approval workflows. Overall, Sprout makes it easier to stay organized and efficient across multiple accounts.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a few details I’d really appreciate being improved. Social platforms disconnect from the account fairly often, which can interrupt workflows. Also, many images in comments or direct messages don’t load properly, making it hard to see what users are sharing. The same issue happens with Instagram Reels—if someone tags you, you can’t view the reel directly in Sprout and have to be redirected to another page, which breaks the flow of community management.
Another challenge is managing spam comments. Deleting them is a slow process, as each one takes a while to remove and there’s no option to select and delete or hide multiple comments at once. A bulk action feature for community management—similar to the one for marking messages as complete—would be incredibly helpful.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout Social helps solve the challenge of managing multiple social media accounts efficiently by bringing publishing, engagement, and analytics tools into one centralized platform. It streamlines my workflow, saves time, and reduces the need to constantly switch between platforms. Features like sentiment classification and in-depth reporting make it easier to monitor audience feedback and clearly demonstrate performance to clients. I also really value the built-in approval process—it allows for seamless internal collaboration between my agency and our clients without needing to leave the platform.
amazing quickness
What do you like best about the product?
The quickness and efficiency that Sprout offers my organization is a great tool to help recruiting efforts and stay current to our external audience
What do you dislike about the product?
The capability of being able to utilize multiple users is a challenge.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Quickness of staying on top of those responding to all of our posts.
Better than other social media platforms I've tried
What do you like best about the product?
I love that Sprout is user-friendly and has everything I need it one place. Some of my favorite things about Sprout are its integrations with bit.ly, canva, and salesforce.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sprout lacks some of the finer details when it comes to publishing capabilities, such as first comment for all platforms, using polls on IG and LI, and setting a cover for reels and videos from the video itself.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Posting our content and reporting
Sprout Social Review - Social media executive
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to schedule multiple posts for multiple accounts without having to manually do it for each profile.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the interface feels a bit slow or laggy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has solved the problem of having colleagues send all contact to 1 person when they now can post it themselves on their own accounts and I have to review and approve it before sending.
Does the trick!
What do you like best about the product?
pretty streamlined way to plan our content schedule at a glance
What do you dislike about the product?
there are certain features that cannot be utilized as well as they can on native apps like Instagram
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Planning and analyzing our social media across all channels
A Must for Agency Owners
What do you like best about the product?
As an agency owner juggling multiple clients, I’ve tried my fair share of social media management platforms and Sprout Social is the one I’ve stuck with. It just works in a way that feels seamless and intuitive, which is saying a lot after testing some of the more budget-friendly options out there.
What I love most is how easy it is to manage all of my clients in one place without feeling overwhelmed. The interface is clean, the workflow makes sense, and the learning curve is minimal. The branded reporting is also a huge plus. Clients love it, and it saves me so much time.
Their link-in-bio tool is another great feature that I haven't seen with other schedulers. It makes content feel more cohesive and professional, and it’s one less third-party tool I have to worry about.

What do you dislike about the product?
Of course, no platform is perfect. I’ve run into occasional tech hiccups, especially with push notifications, and I’d really love to see a way to pre-schedule story links instead of manually publishing them. Hopefully that's something they add in the future.
It’s definitely on the pricier side, but in my opinion, the time saved and the quality of features are well worth it. If you’re managing multiple brands or clients and want something polished and reliable, Sprout Social is hard to beat.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout Social has honestly helped me get my life back a little when it comes to managing social for multiple clients. Before, I was bouncing between different tools and tabs just to stay on top of content, approvals, engagement, and reporting. Now it’s all in one place and it actually feels manageable.
One of my favorite features is the content calendar and approval workflow. Being able to send posts through a review pipeline for feedback or approval (without a million back-and-forth emails) has been a game-changer. It keeps my team and clients aligned, and it saves so much time.
The reporting tools are also a huge win. Being able to quickly generate beautiful, keeps my clients in the loop and cuts out hours of manual work. And I love that they have a link-in-bio tool built right in because it’s one less third-party thing I need to manage, and it keeps everything feeling seamless.
