Easy to use, time-saving platform

What do you like best about the product?
I use Sprout literally every day to schedule social media posts across platforms for 5 different companies across 3 different states. I don't want to imagine how much time it would take me to manage all those posts the old-fashioned way, natively on each platform, but Sprout makes it so simple. I love that it makes it easy to optimize the posting time for each page's audience too!
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were more options to customize reports (without upgrading to a higher service level) like there used to be.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout saves me so time every day by enabling me to quickly schedule posts, tag campaigns and track their performance.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the scheduling feature, it is the best.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would say creating drafts is the least helpful, there's a lot of errors that come with it.

What do you like best about the product?
Super easy to use. Quick navigation between internal tools that make it efficient. Great visual representation of results.
What do you dislike about the product?
The cost. Results of campaign aren't in real time (for us, that doesn't matter, but it will be an issue for some).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes posting our social media content so much faster and easier. It also lets us review their success in one place instead of going to the four platforms and trying to figure it all out there.

What do you like best about the product?
Sprout Social has taken our social media posting to a new level of professionalism! This site is a game changer for the apartment industry; the posting is a seamless task. I am able to post weeks in advance and meet all of our social media requirements and exceed our goals too.
What do you dislike about the product?
I enjoy the site but wish I could have more words in each post

Sprout helps us post in advance on all social media sites

What do you like best about the product?
I like the grid planner as well as the reports tab.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I could schedule send stories and upload different size photos.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping me stay ahead with schedule sending and it is benefiting me from having to run reports when it is done for me

What do you like best about the product?
Our organization loves that we have one location for scheduling, monitoring and reporting social media activity.
What do you dislike about the product?
The cost. We need to add 2 new users, but the expense is so high that we're seeking an alternative vendor. We are a small company.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One go-to platform for scheduling and reporting. It has also allowed us to manage another division of the company on the same account.

What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful thing about Sprout Social is the scheduling calendar and reporting. being able to see my upcoming posts as a glance and set paramaters for cross posting, label posts, even just move them around. The reporting is great too - I have to do a monthly report and sprout gives me all of the informaton I need and more. I'm much more confident in meeting knowing i can easily back up my statements with hard data.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I find difficulat with sprout social is it can be slow to catch up with features - for example, Instagram now lets you post up to 20 images in a carousel, but Spout still limits it to 10. Not a big deal, more annoying than anything. Also not being able to schedule instagram stories with a link.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping track of so many social platforms - I can see whats coming up in all of my accounts in one place, and toggle different accounts on our off if i only want to see one. I cant imagine how else I would do that. Also being able to schedule posts for multiple accounts in one go. Saves so much time from entering each one individually natively. It sounds a bit obvious, but its such a help.

Streamline and Extend Content Planning

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate the ability to plan out my content well in advance. I can take a look at what my calendar looks like, make sure my Instagram grid achieves the look I am going for and plan out thoughtful campaigns that take my content to the next level. I also get valuable data insight to share back to our leadership to show the impact social has on our organizational goals.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to see more Instagram tools that allow us to create and plan out content that has trending audio.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It takes the guesswork out of analytic data and reporting. It also allows me to create customized reports to share out with other team members, leadership and individuals when they are looking for specific pieces of content.
