What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate Sprout Social for its intuitive and efficient user experience, which makes navigation a breeze. The platform allows me to organize campaigns and tags effortlessly and plan out content for an entire month, ensuring a consistent online presence. This system has significantly streamlined my workflow, enabling me to manage multiple social media accounts more strategically and stress-free. The ability to schedule and publish posts across various platforms helps maintain consistency without manual intervention. Furthermore, the initial setup was super easy, thanks to the helpful guidance from our account representative, who answered all our questions about the product and its functionality. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with my experience and would highly recommend Sprout Social for its ability to simplify social media management.

Some features feel expensive if you're a small team or managing fewer social accounts.

I use Sprout Social to streamline and manage our social media, allowing me to schedule posts, maintain consistency, and track campaigns efficiently without manual efforts. It simplifies my workflow, making social media management strategic and stress-free.

What do you like best about the product?
Scheduling posts ahead and being reminded of them at the posting time
What do you dislike about the product?
The way our company’s security is setup it puts me in a loading loop when I go to sign in to make a post from my phones.Sometimes i have to force close the app and reopen to login.

Effortless Multi-Platform Scheduling Made Simple
What do you like best about the product?
Being able to schedule posts on multiple social platforms at once. I use it every day as a Digital Content Producer at my news station. Once I learned the process, it was simple to use and integrate with our coverage. I've never had any instances where I needed customer support.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like how, for YouTube, I can't monetize my videos via the Sprout uploader. The listening tool is great in theory, but in practice, the information we see is outdated most of the time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout saves the team time and effort when is comes to getting photos/videos up on all of our social media platforms.

What do you like best about the product?
I find Sprout Social extremely valuable for creating, scheduling, and editing posts. The ease of reviewing posts helps streamline my workflow significantly. I particularly appreciate how simple it is to set content to 'ready to approve' and to use the calendar for viewing scheduled posts, which helps me efficiently plan and manage future content. The convenience of overseeing upcoming schedules without needing to enter each application natively for publication is incredibly useful. Overall, these features enhance the organization and effectiveness of our social media strategy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that Sprout Social had a better planning calendar, like a content brief feature where I can just brainstorm in list form and see it all. Ideally, it'd be my go-to tool where I can do literally everything from step A to step Z.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I find Sprout Social simplifies scheduling and reviewing posts, allowing easy content oversight without switching apps. It efficiently organizes future posts, but I wish for a better planning calendar for comprehensive content management.
Streamlined Social Advocacy with Minor Tagging Tweaks Needed
What do you like best about the product?
I really like the Advocacy platform on Sprout Social. It's easy to use for our employees and simple to manage on the backend. This platform significantly improves our corporate posting, being one of the best we've utilized. We're able to broaden our reach by providing messages for employees to reshare. It allows them to customize content, encourages participation through leaderboards, and provides an estimated dollar amount of what those impressions are worth, with customization options based on our audience. Such features make it invaluable for increasing our social presence through automation and employee advocacy. Additionally, I appreciate the ease of onboarding with Sprout Social, with great support that made the setup seamless. Compared to previous tools we've used like HootSuite and Buffer, Sprout Social is my favorite.
What do you dislike about the product?
Because of how LinkedIn operates, I cannot tag anyone on Advocacy. I also find the ability to find and tag someone on LinkedIn and Facebook challenging. Even when entering someone’s name exactly, they might not appear even though they are connected to me. Additionally, I'd love to see more social media integrations available, specifically Mastodon.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Sprout Social to increase social presence through automation and employee advocacy, allowing us to broaden our reach effectively and increase brand awareness.
Effortless Integration and Insights, Perfect for Team Collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
Interface is easy to use, many reports for insights and research, easy to find information you need. The integration with our existing systems was smooth, people in different teams access the information daily, we are able to provide faster customer support to our players.
What do you dislike about the product?
Following the recent app updates, I am no longer able to create and assign cases. It would be great to have that functionality again.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Categorize all the incoming messages easily, give an overview of channel health, reporting helps with informing decisions made and allows teams to cross functionally respond to use questions.

I truly value the ability to schedule and post on multiple social media platforms using Sprout Social, which significantly streamlines my social media management tasks across two organizations. The ease of toggling between both organizations enhances my workflow efficiency and flexibility. Additionally, the inbox feature, the link in bio capability, and the calendar view are fantastic tools that contribute to making my day-to-day management tasks much more manageable. The simplicity and clarity provided by seeing everything laid out in a calendar view allow for better planning and organization, making the whole process notably easier for me. Setting up Sprout Social was super easy, which made my transition smooth and quick. Overall, these features of Sprout Social have truly elevated my social media management experience and cater well to my needs.

I wish we could backdate posts or see posts from both organizations at once on the calendar.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Sprout Social for managing logistics of posting on multiple platforms, community management, and gaining analytics insights. It simplifies the process for me by scheduling and posting across channels and toggling between organizations effortlessly.

Additionally, I like the simplicity of posting across multiple channels, which simplifies the management of social media activities across different platforms. The ease of the initial setup of Sprout Social was also impressive; once our accounts were set up, my team was able to begin using it immediately without any hassle, which made the transition seamless.
