Single source of truth for social

What do you like best about the product?
Sprout gives you a single source of truth for social media. I love being able to schedule weeks in advance, getting recommendations on the optimal time, and being able to pull reports and monitor trends in metrics over time. I'm in the platform daily to manage our social accounts and get visibility into the success of campaigns. Being a Sprout user for years, I also introduce my organization to Advocacy. This has allowed all of our employees to easily share out company content and industry news to elevate their own profiles as well as our brand.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sprout's tagging functionality could be improved. The only times I have to post natively in social channels is when Sprout doesn't recognize or can't find the correct profile to tag.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout Social gives me one platform to manage all of our corporate social accounts. It makes my job as VP, Comms easier because I have a single go-to place for not only the tactical side of social posts but the insights into metrics and trends.

A Powerful Tool For Reviewing, Scheduling, and Monitoring Social Media

What do you like best about the product?
I really like the scheduling features, and the ability to set specific posts for review before posting. I also like the post reports.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not like having to use my phone to post to TikTok and Instagram (video). I wish there was a way around this. I also really want support for Bluesky. We have an account but do not regularly use it since there is no Sprout support.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allows scheduling far into the future, which means much of my work can be done ahead of time.

Sprout is a good platform to use for social media

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability for external approvers to have a seamless approval process even if they don't have a set in the platform. I also love all of the reporting, listening, and analytics features. It makes it really easy to glean insights and improve your content in the future.
What do you dislike about the product?
I least like having to select a mobile publisher for Instagram videos. Sometimes i'd love to set it and forget it, and I can't do that when I cannot select sounds and music for posts within the Sprout platform. I'd also love to be able to connect an instagram account without it being connected to a business facebook. We're having problems with our meta account and had to disconnect the instragram from it, and now we cannot schedule instagram posts on Sprout, which sucks.

Sprout Social - Great for Organic Social Media & Media Monitoring

What do you like best about the product?
I manage organic social media and social media listening. I like the ease of use and ability to coordinate with colleagues. The scheduling and reporting features are straightforward and easy to use. The chat help is a great feature as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
The set up of users and groups isn't intuitive. But once you figure it out, it's OK.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The reporting features help document KPIs and demonstrate the value of organic social media to my organization.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that Sprout is a comprehensive source to not only schedule and plan my content, but also monitor its performance, evaluate responses to our content and see conversations in our sector. I truly wouldn't be able to do my job well without it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the additional features were not so expensive when looking to upgrade. It seems that they would want to incentivize returning customers by providing discounts to new features. Also, the reporting functionality can be challenging to manipulate to get a customized report if you don't have the advanced reporting. It seems like that should just be included.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout Social helps us understand how our social media content is performing so that we can make better decisions in the future to reach organizational goals.

What do you like best about the product?
Frantastic listening platform. Very user friendly interface and filters helping user wade through the millions of messages to get to actionable insights. Also allows for comparison data so can see the change over time around sentiment, engagements, conversation changes. Really great and immediately usable with little to no training, very intuitive user interface. I use this in my undergraduate course. Students with no experience in the Sprout platform or any Listening study, quickly get up to speed on how to navigate and create actionable insghts and conclusions within a few days.
What do you dislike about the product?
Only downside is more of a downside of Listening overall vs specific to Sprout. So much data and much of it not useful. Need clear question or hypothesis to investigate and then use filter tools to narrow down to relevant info.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am using the Listening Platform to teach students how to gain insights off of social media conversations.

What do you like best about the product?
I like seeing all of our social platforms in one place. This has helped with planning, governance, and consistency. The entire team can easily manage and see the other brands' actions. We have 30+ social platforms globally, and we would be lost without Sprout.
What do you dislike about the product?
The cost is higher than other platforms, but the software is very good.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to see all social platforms and calendars in one spot easily.

What do you like best about the product?
It's intuitive and easy to use for social media scheduling. Reports are simple to produce and interpret.
What do you dislike about the product?
Employee advocacy is done through a seperate webiste, unlike some competitors. You can only see a year of published posts and reporting, which can make seeing historical data difficult.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Showcasing our brand on social media. This helps us to heighten brand awareness and highlight product features, thought leadership, and more.

What do you like best about the product?
That I can schedule my posts for multiple different accounts and have links associated with posts as well as organize posts by tags. It also helps recommend time of day for best engagement and lets me plan content for months in advance which is especially helpful when I travel. I use it everyday if not every week to check engagement, competition, followers, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes there are too many features and it can be overwhelming for some users, but they have great support to assist if needed. I still do a lot of things natively but they make a lot of things streamlined if desired.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout saves me alot of time and helps with strategy. This makes it less stressful when traveling or other tasks keep me busy. I don't have to worry about things posting correctly or how my content is doing.
