Sprout Social is a brilliant program for social media management!

What do you like best about the product?
Sprout is a really fabulous tool and extremely user friendly and easy to use. It particularly excels in the below 3 areas:
1. Customer care, consolidating inboxes from multiple social platforms and giving the tools to respond efficiently
2. Publishing and scheduling content for all social platforms
3. Dynamic reporting on all metrics and customising how reports appear for different stakeholders
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside to Sprout has been the API restrictions between it and some social platforms, but they are still well ahead of their competitors in this space and are constantly working with the social platforms directly to gain access to more native features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout saves my team so much time by consolidating all our social media management for 6 platforms into one place.

What do you like best about the product?
Sprout makes it easy for me to schedule social media content and review my entire content calendar. I use it every single day in my work and most of the platforms that I post on are integrated into the platform. The analytics are comprehensive and easy to use. I also like being able to review and approve content on the platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I could tag personal accounts on LinkedIn. I don't use the customer support features often, but maybe that's a good thing!

What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it makes to schedule content across my social channels, and the reporting helps me greatly in analyzing my performance and reporting out to different stakeholders.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be nicer to have some features that aren't included in the basic package, like listening and optimal times
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows me to manage my editorial calendar easily, and the reporting really helps me to analyze my performance and adjust my content strategies as needed.

What do you like best about the product?
Sprouts premium analytics have been instrumental in helping me identify trends and get a better sense of our how audience is engaging with our content. I also love their customizeble widgets so I can create many different reports, depending on which stakeholder I'm sharing with.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I dislike is that you have to meet a certain financial threshold to get a dedicated rep. I know I would benefit from having a dedicate customer success manager who could help me make better use of the product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Calendar organization, optimization from reporting metrics, and building a loyal community base on our social channels.

What do you like best about the product?
The Reports & Publishing tabs have made my work much simpler. Having a one-stop shop to analyze how our various social media pages are doing has proved to be very helpful and informative, which I appreciate.
What do you dislike about the product?
There have been multiple times that I have attempted to make a post to one or more of our social media accounts via Sprout Social, but have run into roadblocks such as an image not being compatible with a respective platform - at least that's what Sprout would lead me to believe. When I would go to post those same photos on the apps themselves, I've been able to no problem. If not for this, I would utilize the planned post aspect of Sprout Social much more often.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout Social has helped me analyze our social media "stats" very easily, which has allowed me to bring those same findings to our larger team. Additionally, Sprout Social has provided us with a calendar that tracks virtually all of our actions, including posts both to our page and on our stories (Instagram). This has made reviewing the work we have done in a given time period much easier.

I can schedule all the general potss that I need to.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I could tag pages and people easier. I wish I could click on a photo in sprout to tag the profiles (like in Instagram).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Not having to manually post to all platforms but to do it all in one swoop. Giving stats on the posts.

Sprout Social - Key to Consistent Multi-Channel Marketing

What do you like best about the product?
Sprout allows scheduling a social media post on multiple channels and on multiple days. This adds countless hours back into my day, greatly increasing productivity in my department. The analytics reporting is very valuable in my work as well, so I can easily see what resonates with followers.

The UI of Sprout is also very comfortable to use. There are some areas I haven't had the chance to use or I haven't felt are necessary for me, but overall it isn't hard to pick up.
What do you dislike about the product?
The AI generative prompts are helpful, however, improvements should be made so a more diverse vocabulary is used in the caption creation. Every time I generate a new caption, there are usually the same upbeat phrases used. I would just like to see some advancement in this portion of the program. I wouldn't say I dislike it. It is helpful at times when I need a new caption. It just gets repetitive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Workload and productivity times are what Sprout Social solves the most in my work. I can quickly schedule content over a couple month period of time.
