The gold standard on the market
What do you like best about the product?
Sprout does just about everything you'd want from a social media tool, and in my experience, they've done the best job at integrating as much information as you could get into an easy platform. It's the best of its kind on the market for sure if you're managing lots of social platforms or needing actionable insights.
What do you dislike about the product?
As with many platforms like this, new feature discovery is not always easy or intuitive, and your onboarding determines a lot about what you know is there and how to find it. Some tutorials are almost a must, which can be hard when you work in a fast-paced industry.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Consolidating all of our needs in one place for both social media management and customer support.

What do you like best about the product?
What I appreciate most about Sprout is the consistent and exceptional support I have received. With the assistance of the Sprout team, I have been able to streamline my processes for two different branches located in separate states with ease. Managing posts for multiple profiles across various platforms has never been simpler. The team is also very helpful in introducing new and useful platforms, such as Influencer Marketing and Listening.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is certainly a learning curve with all the tools, but Sprout offers excellent training courses, live training sessions, and product demos. The support teams and account managers are also exceptional, which really helps make the process smoother.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We recently expanded into another state, which meant I needed to double our social media output while ensuring it remained consistent and locally relevant for both locations. This process has been made much easier thanks to features like duplication, grouping, and tagging. If I want to, separating reports is also straightforward. We currently have the Listening tool added to our account, and it has been valuable for understanding the overall sentiment surrounding our brand. We are also discussing Influencer Marketing, and that tool is a significant asset if you are seeking a content creator who aligns with your brand.
Makes Social Easy
What do you like best about the product?
Love having a convenient hub for all things social including GMB, Tiktok, Pinterest, Threads, & others. Their Arboretum community is useful for ideas and troubleshooting, and Sprout makes a consistent solid effort to be continually improving/optimizing their site. Their reporting features are robust & easy to use. They have cool AI integrated features like auto captioning for alt-text which, admittedly can be hit or miss on accuracy, but more often than not it's helpful. Love the tagging system for reporting. Use it every day.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a few downsides, including lack of Instagram story data for reporting, although some of that may have to do with Instagram API. Would love ability to track link clicks on stories through sprout. Sometimes there are glitches which can be annoying, but their support team is very responsive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeps everything centrally locatred, especially notifications.
Can be confusing, but has lots of useful capabilities
What do you like best about the product?
The capabilities to customize data and build reports. There are a variety of features available, and customer service is always fast to answer. I use it everyday for my job.
What do you dislike about the product?
Connecting an account I manage to YouTube is not possible and I have not been able to figure out why. Also, many functions to post on platforms are not available like collabing and adding a song to a post.

Posting to multiple platforms at once and pulling data numbers into one place rather than having to do and find everything natively in each platform

Great Social management platform for multiple channels, posting content, and managing customer contacts on Social Media

Sometimes we are not fully aware of why tech issues happen or why spam is coming through. Delete functions are not clear from some post types

What do you like best about the product?
There are a lot of things to like about Sprout. Personally, I find the "schedule and duplicate" feature SO helpful when creating content as it works much better to adjust wording depending on which social media platform you're posting to. The Listening feature is great as well and helps us keep track of conversations and competition. I've attended a few of their educational webinars and always find them helpful too.

There's not really anything I dislike about Sprout.

It provides a single window into all of our social media platforms and activity and helps us keep track of it all.

What do you like best about the product?
Its user-friendly interface simplifies scheduling and engagement across platforms, while the robust analytics provide actionable insights to improve strategy. The tagging system is also really easy to use and has made internal workflows and jobs/content management so much easier as I was able to mirror our company's own tagging to sprout.
What do you dislike about the product?
My only "complaint" is that I would love it if it had more LinkedIn analytics and also connections to other social channels such as BlueSky.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I don't really have an issues with Sprout, my rep team is very open to questions and evey time we have an issue they try to fix it or reach out to the developers for more information.

Sprout Social provides a centralised view of all our social media channels, making it far easier to monitor and manage multiple platforms at once. The scheduling tools support planning content further in advance, ensuring that we have a clear overview of our upcoming posts.
The interface is very user-friendly, and the available reports, while basic, still offer a useful snapshot of how our content is performing.
Adding to that, the customer support and documentation are extremely helpful, enabling a smaller team like ours to onboard easily and maximise what Sprout can do.

What do you dislike about the product?
While the analytics are straightforward and helpful at a glance, there isn’t much flexibility to customise them or add narrative to the reports - as we are not subscribd to Premium Analytics. Having the option to build our own reports or integrate additional context would enhance decision-making and better align the platform with our internal reporting needs.
Another improvement would be integrating workflow or ideation tools so we wouldn’t need to rely on a separate Kanban-style app for planning. Also, it can feel expensive compared to some alternatives, so seeing these kinds of improvements would help justify the cost.

Sprout Social addresses the challenge of managing multiple social media channels by consolidating them into one centralised platform. This removes the need to toggle between different tools, streamlining day-to-day oversight and ensuring we have clear visibility over all upcoming content. It also supports forward planning, allowing us to schedule posts well in advance, which helps maintain consistency and ensures we always have a steady flow of content for our audiences.

Sprout has a clean and user-friendly interface.The platform is designed to be accessible even for beginners. Navigation is straightforward.

Some intergrations, such as Looker, are not fully possible, and some data cannot be extraced.
A lot of the tagging and filtering capabilities are outdated and don't allow for comprehensive data pulls.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For our team recently, Sprout offers excellent collaboration tools. You can assign tasks, leave internal comments, and monitor who’s handling what—all within the platform. This ensures smoother workflows and eliminates communication bottlenecks.
Reports and dashboards made easy.
What do you like best about the product?
Easy-to-use, comprehensible templates as a guideline. Knowledgeable customer support that responds timeously. Developers and support took into consideration the feature feedback and we have seen updates that we requested get deployed.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are times when we have to request a manual backfill of data for our reports. Like many software tools, a bug here and there is to be expected. Autonomy regarding widget placement is still quite limited.
