Does what I need it to do!
What do you like best about the product?
Easy schedualing. On desktop its easy to move things around and duplicate posts.
What do you dislike about the product?
The app version of Sprout isn't as good of an experience. Also posting reels is not good on Sprout. I still do them nateively on IG.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping tracking of our platforms growth and being able to tag content for nice reports for specific campaigns.
Best Scheduling Software
What do you like best about the product?
As a social media manager for a number of different groups, who use different platforms, I can confidently say that Sprout is the best. It's easy to use and the interface just makes sense!
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes updates to platforms are slow to make their way to integrate with Sprout, but the team always make sure it happens.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Scheduling posts on multiple platforms is so, so easy with Sprout.
Highly Recommend Sprout to Agencies
What do you like best about the product?
Sprout Social's reporting features are a real game-changer for our agency. The platform delivers incredibly detailed social media insights that help us track and demonstrate our performance effectively.
What we love most is how easy it is to dive deep into the data without getting lost in complexity. The dashboards are clean and intuitive, breaking down engagement metrics, audience growth, and content performance in a way that tells a clear story. Instead of drowning in numbers, we can quickly pull out meaningful narratives about our social media strategies.

What do you dislike about the product?
Our biggest gripes are around cost and complexity. It's expensive, especially when you're trying to scale and add more team members or social profiles. The platform can feel overwhelming - there are so many features that it takes real time to train new team members.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can instantly dive deep into our social media performance, tracking engagement, reach, and audience insights across all platforms. Instead of guessing what's working, we now have precise data that shows exactly how our content performs. The platform breaks down complex metrics into clear, actionable insights. We can see which posts drive the most engagement, understand audience demographics, and track our social media growth with real precision
Great Functionality
What do you like best about the product?
Sprout Social is so easy to use. I have never been big on social media and now that I am representing my VP and his leaders, I am excited about creating content that will improve their social media profiles and spread the word about the great things out company is doing.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing so far. Still learning about it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping to create thought leaders out of our executives and expanding their social media presence.
Streamlining Our Social Strategy with Sprout Social
What do you like best about the product?
As Marketing Specialist at Trend Hunter, we’ve been using Sprout Social for the past year to efficiently schedule our content across LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, and more. The unified publishing calendar makes it effortless to visualize our entire social plan, drag-and-drop posts between days, and ensure every campaign is perfectly timed. Custom approval workflows keep our team on the same page, cutting down on back-and-forth emails and enabling us to hit publishing deadlines with confidence.
Beyond scheduling, Sprout’s robust auditing tools have become indispensable for our quarterly social reviews. With just a few clicks, we can generate detailed reports on audience growth, engagement trends, hashtag performance, and post reach. The “audit” feature even highlights content gaps—helping us discover which topics resonate best and where we have room to expand. These insights feed directly into our content strategy, allowing us to optimize posting times and formats based on real data rather than guesswork.
Key Highlights:
Intuitive Calendar & Queue: Drag-and-drop planning, flexible queues, and cross-network scheduling keep our workflow smooth.
Approval & Collaboration: Role-based permissions and in-app commenting streamline team reviews and sign‑offs.
Comprehensive Audit Reports: Ready‑to‑share analytics on engagement rates, audience demographics, and hashtag performance.
Customizable Dashboards: Tailor metrics to our KPIs, then export clean, branded reports for stakeholders.
Responsive Support: Sprout’s customer success team is prompt, knowledgeable, and always happy to help with onboarding new features.
Recommendation:
If you need a single platform to both schedule your social content and perform in‑depth audits, Sprout Social is hard to beat. It’s boosted our team’s productivity, given us clearer visibility into performance, and turned what used to be a manual reporting slog into a strategic advantage. Highly recommended for any organization serious about scaling its social media efforts.

What do you dislike about the product?
maybe the price? but thats understandable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout Social helps solve several key problems for our team, particularly around content management, collaboration, and performance insights.
Before Sprout, coordinating posts across multiple social platforms was time-consuming and fragmented. Sprout’s centralized scheduling and publishing tools now allow us to manage all our social content in one place—saving hours each week and reducing the risk of errors or duplicate efforts.
It also solves our team collaboration challenges. With built-in approval workflows and task assignments, we can streamline content reviews and keep everyone aligned, which is especially important in a fast-paced environment like ours.

Robust social media management tool
What do you like best about the product?
The only platform I've used for social media management that truly allows me to do almost all of my scheduling and engagement in one place. I especially like the ability to tag pages on Facebook and LinkedIn, so that I can actually schedule posts in Sprout vs. having to do posts with tags separately in their own platforms. And the smart inbox helps me make sure I'm not missing any comments or messages. I appreciate the frequency with which new features become available as well. The product is constantly being upgraded and improved.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the reporting was a bit more accurate to the numbers in our analytics on Meta. Also a few functionality things I think could be improved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Social media is a time suck, and Sprout Social helps us reduce the amount of time spent scheduling posts and engaging with our community.
User friendly UI with good support
What do you like best about the product?
Everything you need for social media management in one good UI.
What do you dislike about the product?
The mobile app / workflow isn't always plain sailing. My first IG Story always seems to fail for some reason. There are also API restrictions to the platform that mean sometimes you're better doing it directly on Instagram e.g. limited to one video for Instagram posts (but you can publish a multi video or multi media carousel platform direct.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Multi-platform campaign scheduling and publishing keeping campaigns organised in one place.
Great platform, AI content drafting could use improvement
What do you like best about the product?
I've used Sprout in a number of roles, it's a solid SMM platfrom with many good features.
We probably only use a tenth of the capabilities, but what we do use is reliable, intuitive and easy.
Sprout Social covers the core things you need in an SMM - publishing, reporting, listening and community management - without drama.

What do you dislike about the product?
The AI post drafting in Sprout is limited, should be able to tell it which platform you want posts written for, how long, tone, etc etc. Easier/better to build a GPT to draft social content.
Also, not being able to how a post wil look across multiple channels is disappointing, although this is being rectified in the near future apparently.
Also, Sprout Advocacy (employee advocacy add-on) is starting to feel really dated. It's great to have one platfrom to manage organic social and employee advocacy, but Advocacy feels like a bolted in product from an aquisitions (which it was Bambu).

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Publishing and reporting
Basic reporting is OK, premium reporting is better (but at extra cost)

Sprout is an excellent business driver
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to consistently determine insight for clients is very clear in the platform. Communications and sharing features are excellent. The number of ways Sprout analyzes content is comprehensive.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't much I dislike. The price could be lower and wish there was an easier way to connect all client accounts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout shows clients exactly what is happening across all of their social channels. You can provide 100% accoutability from baseline reporting through weekly and daily reports with the ability to automatically generate them.
The social tool that I can't live without
What do you like best about the product?
It limits context-switching and allows me to be more productive. I love that I can manage the majority of my day-to-day within Sprout Social, from scheduling to reporting.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd love to have an integration into Atlassian's own tool so reporting can be plugged into Confluence, Atlassian Home and Jira
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout is helping us with workflow and bandwidth issues since we can schedule in advance and share reporting links with stakeholders.
