What do you like best about the product?
Sprout Social Analytics has been an invaluable tool for managing and improving social media performance. As someone who oversees multiple platforms, including LinkedIn, Instagram, and X, I appreciate how streamlined and user-friendly the interface is.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some times the data isn't available real time. And not being able to add links to stories when scheduling
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to post videos and covers acrosss all our social media accounts. Saves me time.

Ability to duplicate past posts to current posting days

Support can be a bit iffy sometimes but decent enough

What do you like best about the product?
I really like scheduling tools with posibility to cooperate with different team. We have more than 5 different channel in 4 different type of social medias. Sprout social gives us nice scheduling tools, social listening and analitycs. Really reccommend.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like amount of price, it's too expensive to have more user or for small bussiness.

Scheduling with targeting, set ups reports and sending for team via email

What do you like best about the product?
I love that everything is in one place, publishing, calendar, inbox and reports! This has helped out so much

Advocacy tool could be revamped a little!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
LinkedIn messaging isn't part of the Sprout feature, but seems like they are working on it. Will help our customer service team being more efficient by having everything into one place.
Enjoy it, but find things to fail or crash often. Also the resporting doesn't feel accurate.

I like the scheduling feature of Sprout and that it is a streamlined process.

It helps th approval process between our agency and clients and have all questions or comments in one place.

What do you like best about the product?
Sprout Social makes it easy to track and understand our social media performance. I love the detailed metrics and the ability to review weekly performance summaries. It's an invaluable tool for staying on top of trends and improving our social media strategy
What do you dislike about the product?
I understand this might be outside of your control, but it would be incredibly helpful to have buttons or links for seamless story scheduling. Adding this feature would enhance the platform's functionality and make content management even more efficient.

We know we can see and spot where the conversations about our company are happening so we can get in there and defend the company.
Great for Social Media Marketing Agencies
What do you like best about the product?
We love using the Smart inbox feature because it makes checking our client's social media accounts so much faster. We also love the publishing & reporting tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
Mostly some of the API restrictions, but that's no Sprout Social's fault.

It helps us to check socials faster, respond to reviews timely, plan our calendars & analyize data.

How user friendly it is as well as how many features it provides for me and my team.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like how I can't find tag people on instagram

We post the same content across multiple platforms, so sprout makes my job easier where I can do it all at once and schedule it out
Fantastic software that's reliable, malleable, and comes with great customer service
What do you like best about the product?
By far the best aspect of Sprout Social is the customer service that comes along with it. I've also been enamored by its ability to adapt to working on several different brands or accounts at once. It's a very powerful platform, but quite easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that Sprout was a bit quicker with adapting to new implementations of features by social media platforms. It can take some time for the platform to catch up to new features and ways of posting.

Having all of our platforms and brands in one place is a gigantic help.

What do you like best about the product?
It was extremely easy to implement and works well with our social media plan. It gives us all the tools we need. We use it daily.

Nothing specific. We are still exploring the featurss.
