good functionality and value for money. great for content queue management
What do you like best about the product?
the ease at which you can manage different social platforms
What do you dislike about the product?
It's not a visually led platform. Insights could be stronger and more options for presenting those visually and identifying trends
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Speeding up our queue management, saving us lots of time. Easily duplicating posts across platformd
Sprout is a good help for social media publishing although could have more platforms.
What do you like best about the product?
I like best that Sprout is reliable and gives me suggested post times.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish Sprout would alert you if you schedule 2 pieces of content on the same platform at the same time.

Sprout saves me time posting across platforms.
Sprout removes the guesswork of how to plan out your content
What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can manage my social media all in one place and can see metrics and engagement and the ability to respond asap. It's easy to learn and navigate and in calendar view is great to see my month at a glance and spot any content holes.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's a win-win for me. I literally can't think of one negative. :-)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before Sprout we used to use a spreadsheet and couldn't add graphics or photos to really get a complete view or our story.
As a social media customer experience supervisor, I use Sprout Social on a daily basis.
What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to navigate, ut I love the listening and reporting side of it. The graphs and how easy it is to build reports are really amazing.
What do you dislike about the product?
Absolutely nothing. Sprout always has an upgrade and the team (Kelsey Wallace-Beer, Maddison Materson, and Schuyler Wuerth) always look for ways to facilitate our business.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout facilioatates the use of integrating sprout into salesforce where is where Chambrlain has all its contacts. Not only are we able to see in our end if the customer has called but if they have been a repeat caller and if their customers are being answered and experience is satisfactory.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that sprout social is in all in one solution to manage social. Instead of wasting time going to each platform to post I do everything in sprout. Tagging feature is one of my favorite, I set up a organization system of 3 different tiers of tags for each post (content type, content theme, audience)
What do you dislike about the product?
The API limitations on LinkedIn are frustating and the lack of document posts on Sprout makes me have to use the native platform. I would like to see even more AI but I know that is on the way.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have a time resource constaint so this allows me to do the work of more than 1 person and be more productive. We can now expand our impact on social because of sprout.
Sprout is an amazing Social Media tool.
What do you like best about the product?
The best feature in Sprout is the AI tool to draft 3 separate posts to pick from.
What do you dislike about the product?
The thing I dislike the most is having to guide a new member to add themselves by using my login. There needs to be a better way to get members added without obtaining their personal login information.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is bringing my leaders exposure by staying relevant and always posting.

I love the use of AI and helpful suggestions when it comes to writing social media captions for multiple account.
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasionally, the system experiences bugs, and a scheduled post may fail to go through if the file size is too large.

This tool allows several users to schedule posts ahead of time simultaneously.
Sprout is an excellent partner for social teams at scale
What do you like best about the product?
Sprout is an easy to use, intuitive, and powerful tool for social teams of all sizes. They make it easy to understand what content is working, and even easier to schedule and manage content across all of our channels. Their account and support teams are also fantastic.
What do you dislike about the product?
The listening dashboards could be cleaner, but there are lots of learning and help documents to assist with this!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It provides us one single source of truth for our social analytics and makes it easy to schedule all of our content.
Love Sprout for Community Management
What do you like best about the product?
A lot of the top community management tools have very similar features, but what stands out to me about Sprout is a) ease of use b) exceptional support team. I've used many different tools and one of the most frustating things is when your contact at the tool doesn't seem to understand how to use it (and has to loop in a bunch of other teams just to get to an answer). With Sprout, I can always contact one person who gets back to me quickly with an answer that actually solves my problem.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a few small features I'd love from them, like the ability to remove mentions with a specific tag from a smart inbox, but nothing major.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout gives us a super easy way to see all of our social mentions in one place and quickly and easily respond.
I have been a user for 6 months and it was a great switch from SOCi

Our teams love the schedule post feature for mass posting

The reporting seems more complex than it needs to be

Our weekly social media posting is done through the calendar. We also report on the the analytics each month.
