I love the easy interface and the ability to pull social reports any time. Also the new AI feature has been a game changer in making quick edits to captions.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like having to reconnect platforms without proper notice.

What do you like best about the product?
The suite of tools offered by Sprout Social has helped us expand our social media program efficiently! From publishing to analytics to employee advocacy, we have used these tools to operationalize social media programs, establish efficient workflows, and make strategic decisions based on detailed analytics.

These tools have also enabled us to expand our social media presence and rally the entire organization around our social media efforts in the case of employee advocacy. This impact has been extremely valuable in showcasing the value of a robust and intentional social media program that supports the entire organization.

What do you dislike about the product?
The only hurdle we encounter with Sprout Social is the limited seats available in our current budget. This can cause some shuffling around when we are looking for coverage for vacations, out-of-office, or rapid-response instances. We've been able to effectively navigate this limitation however an easier way to add in temporary users for these instances will help scrappy small teams feel less of a pinch.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having everything related to the social program in one place has been extremely useful. This enables us to pull analytics quickly, use the content library to action on quick posts, and use features like the "best times to post" to eliminate the guessing game of when content should go live on our channels.

What do you like best about the product?
An absolute must-have for any social media toolkit. From content scheduling to reporting, the platform is very user-friendly. They make managing and scheduling content for multiple clients a breeze. Their support team is top-notch, especially compared to other social outlets, cough cough Meta.... It is a must-have for any agency or digital manager. I honestly can’t imagine doing the job without it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, I can’t say enough good things about Sprout. If there’s something you’d like to see added or changed, just reach out to your rep. They’ve made several improvements over the years based on our suggestions, and it’s clear they really listen to their users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes planning and scheduling content for multiple clients a breeze. The platform is incredibly user-friendly, and they’re always adapting to the latest trends, which is so important. The reporting feature is just as easy to use and visually digestible, making it a huge bonus when sharing results with clients.

What do you like best about the product?
The publishing feature is quick and easy to use, and not enough can be said about the value of Premium Analytics and the My Reports custom report builder. I also enjoy the Arboretum's valuable sessions and insights into the social media world.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's nothing I particularly dislike, but individual seats are pretty expensive. It would be nice to have seats that are specific to roles, so a less expensive seat for a customer support specialist for example.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout is a one stop shop for managment of social, customer audiences, and valuable insights from analytics.

What do you like best about the product?
Sprout is a fantastic product for social media management. It's very user-friendly, and they consistently improve and update features. Their analytics offering is robust, and I love the ability to create custom reports. Customer support has been great; I always receive quick responses and feel supported by the team.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish they would put more support and product updates into their Employee Advocacy tool.

What do you like best about the product?
The most useful thing in Sprout is the Smart inboxes. This improves the work flow and the number of reviews/post completed increased.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the reports needs a relook or extensive learning materials on how to pull report so you do not get the error message.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout is solving the problem of having to visit multiple platforms to respond or reviews comments.

What do you like best about the product?
Probably the design. I love the interface and user-friendliness.
What do you dislike about the product?
Probably the pricing. I know Sprout is more robust than other platforms but it's pretty expensive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The AI feature has made life so much easier! Crafting posts is a breeze thanks to that. It also helps my intern a lot as he's not a great writer.

What do you like best about the product?
As someone who uses Sprout daily, I find it to be of an extremely high quality and the support provided by the Sprout team is second to none! Very smooth and user-friendly with very little downtime if any and any potential issues (They are rare) are resolved very quickly. Switching from our previous system was made seamless thanks again to a high quality support structure put in place by Sprout.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'll be honest I have come across and known negatives for what I use Sprout for during my day-to-day operations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout sends cases quickly and provides excellent support. It is crucial for this when supporting our customers so that we are able to respond in a very timely manner and achieve our personal goals.

Excellent Product, Perfect for Teams of Any Size

What do you like best about the product?
Sprout has made social media easier than ever before. From scheduling posts to making sure the right pages are tagged and collaborators are included, everything is easier with Sprout. On top of their ease of use, the program often recognizes bugs before we do -- and we're on social media 24/7! They are usually quick to resolve issues between networks and the platform. The platform was also easy to learn. Our whole team switched over to Sprout at once, and even with everything being brand new, we were able to learn the platform quickly and without incident. If we did have questions, they were answered by our rep.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, there is very little I dislike about Sprout. The platform has a few glitches here and there with the occasional failed post, but it is otherwise a fantastic product. Ai prompts could use a little work, but they are still incredibly helpful in their current form.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest problem that Sprout has solved for me is sharing content with others to review and approve. Since I can send a live link that will show updates to stakeholders once I make them, the content review and approval process has become easier than ever.
