Sprout has top technology and people!
What do you like best about the product?
Sprout allows me to see all of my social media accounts in one place and manage them...but that is hardly my favorite part about the company. My actual favorite part is the supportive team and the innovation that is occurring. When I started as a team of one, the platform had more features than I could even find the time to explore, but since our team has expanded, I continue to find more value.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that Sprout has not solved the problem of not getting data from LinkedIn. But this is not unique to Sprout, and my hopes actually remain really high that if anyone is going to solve it - it might be them!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main reason I use Sprout these days is for Listening and Reporting. Much like the reason I use ChatGPT frequently, I don't have the time to spend on certain tasks anymore. Manually pulling metrics into reports is one of those tasks that would burn an entire week if I had to do it manually. I also enjoy that we added Professional Services this year, which allowed me to further gain value from Sprout by allowing their experts to create more in depth Listening searches and reports than we had time to do ourselves.
Best Publishing & Reporting
What do you like best about the product?
My two favorite things about Sprout the planning and reporting functions. Being able to plan content and see at a glance what the cadence and grid looks like is important. Love the tagging capabilities for categorizing content and being able to pull reports on tags/categories/campaigns. The reports are simple and quick to get key metrics. I am in Sprout every day!
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a ton of features and not all are needed. The inbox is great to see notifications and activity, but I wish it was two-way such that if you interacted in the native platform it would get completed and not show in the inbox.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am a team of one, so it is helpful for me to stay organized and schedule content.
Well Featured But Not Suited for Small Teams
What do you like best about the product?
AI Tools, Smart Scheduling for Social Media, and Weekly Analytics sent to email inbox
What do you dislike about the product?
Price and scale of offerings. As a solo team member, I found it difficult to fully utilize all of the tools offered to me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easy to use scheduling tools, AI rewriting assist, social media analytics.
Sprout is everything we need in one place
What do you like best about the product?
Sprout is the first thing I open up at work every day. As the social media manager for 9 unique brands (under one umbrella) it is nice to have everything in one place. Schedule, listening, and analytics are all great and work as needed. Customer support is top notch.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish everything would be under one cost. Some advanced feautres like analytics and listening tools are locked behind additional charges.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout social takes the many different social media sites and brings them to one place. This allows a more streamlined, uniform voice and message on our brand's social media pages.
Makes your social media so much easier
What do you like best about the product?
It's so easy to use and has every feature needed
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside has more to do with the actual social media platforms not allowing all functions... like not being able to see story content you're tagged in on IG or not being able to schedule FB stories

It's so much easier to respond to our members in real time, to learn valuable information for our social strategy and manage everything in one place.
User friendly social media management tool
What do you like best about the product?
It is user friendly and though feature are constanly added, the user experience is straightforward and streamlined.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not all functionality that is available natively in social media apps is available e.g. scheduling Instagram carousel with photos and videos, however Sprout is constantly soliciting user feedback and making updates where available.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Great tool for aggregating analytics across platforms and providing easy to digest reports.
Detailed, User Friendly, and Effective
What do you like best about the product?
Aside from the great Customer Service, Easiness to use, and Extensive posting capabilities, what I enjoy most about Sprout Social is the Employee Advocacy intergration. Tthousands of dollars I've been able to save my company by utilizing this feature has aided tremendously in sharing company news -- utilizing our employees, the people who believe in our message the strongest!
What do you dislike about the product?
As far as dislikes with Sprout Social, the only thing that comes to mind is the fact that there is no ability to connect a Personal Instagram to Sprout Social Advocacy. Although I believe this is a restriction on Instagram's side, uncontrollable by Sprout, being able to have access to Personal Instagrams on Advocacy would set Sprout aside from all of the other compamnies alike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For my specific responsibilities on my team, Sprout Social has addressed one of our most significant challenges: employee engagement and retention. Studies show that employees who feel involved and invested in their company are more likely to positively influence their social circles, leading to increased trust and participation in the company’s products and services. Additionally, the Employee Advocacy platform has helped us save money by amplifying each share and engagement facilitated by our team members.
Simplifying Social Media Management
What do you like best about the product?
Sprout Social has been a game changer for our team in streamlining all of our social media communication into one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
Your integrations with Facebook tend to have a lot of problems and issues causing our team to not be able to respond as efficiently as we would like all of the time. Our reporting doesn't always come in correctly, and we have to go in to fix these monthly. We'd also like it to be a bit more customizable. We'd also like a better way to track some ad comments on YT, Tiktok, and Reddit.

Sprout Social has helped our team streamline all of our communiation on all platforms into one place allowing us to respond effectively and efficiently to all messages and comments.
Sprout Social is Great for Social Media Managers
What do you like best about the product?
The Smart Inbox feature to monitor all clients at one time.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's only for social media and doesn't integrate other services we offer like email, reputation, digital.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows my team to create custom smart inbox feeds to reply to their clients on all social media platforms.
Great platform!
What do you like best about the product?
Future scheduling, AI features. Reports on engagement and views etc. Best time of day scheduling. Very easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
It seems like a lot of clicks to get to some things and some things are hard to find.

It saves me so much time!
