What do you like best about the product?
I find Sprout Social invaluable for efficiently managing our social media activities, particularly for scheduling posts and consolidating our social community management in one place. This integration enables seamless management of all social accounts across multiple brands, providing ease and saving substantial time. The platform's capability to facilitate scheduling across various brand accounts and channels, and to engage with comments directly, makes my social media management tasks considerably streamlined. The fact that everything I need is consolidated in a single platform contributes significantly to this efficiency. Additionally, setting up Sprout Social was super easy, which greatly facilitated our transition as we previously did not use any dedicated social media management tool. The ease of integration with other tools, such as our DAM Bynder, further enhances the value Sprout Social brings to our operations.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the aspect of paying influencers challenging when using Sprout Social.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Sprout Social to save time on social media by scheduling posts, managing communities, and reporting performance, all from one platform.

Decent Tool with an overly clunky and poorly laid out UI

What do you like best about the product?
I find the custom report creation tool in Sprout Social to be particularly valuable. It allows me to personally customize and create campaign-specific search queries more effectively than the discovery page. This feature enhances my campaign research efforts by providing me with the ability to tailor reports to meet my specific needs, facilitating a more targeted approach to metric tracking. The tool unfailingly supports my influencer campaign research by helping me derive detailed insights and recommendations, which are crucial for successful partnership decisions.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the recent UI update on Sprout Social. The discovery page used to be much more user-friendly and clear when it came to filtering search results. Now, it's cluttered with annoying, oversimplified pop-ups that offer very limited filtering options. The search bar feels clunky and overly busy, which is quite frustrating. I strongly prefer the old UI. Also, while the initial onboarding of the system was straightforward and easy, the current state makes new attempts at using the service feel messy and is an overall significant step backward in usability.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Sprout Social for influencer campaign research and metric tracking, benefiting from its ability to filter and provide viable influencer partnerships. The custom report tool enhances my research capabilities with personalized and specific search queries.

What do you like best about the product?
I find Sprout Social incredibly easy to use, which makes my workflow much more efficient. Its support for all major social media platforms is particularly beneficial, as it allows me to manage multiple accounts seamlessly without juggling between different tools. I also appreciate how effectively it tracks average reply times, which helps in monitoring and improving our customer service performance. Furthermore, Sprout Social enables me to gauge how our customers feel about us by pulling data for reporting purposes, which is invaluable for creating data-driven strategies and improving engagement.
What do you dislike about the product?
I use the APIs and I think the documentation could be improved. It took me quite a while to figure them out as not all of the fields or attributes are included in the documentation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Sprout Social to pull data for reporting, gauge customer sentiment, and track reply times effectively, all while supporting major social media platforms.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of posts and scheduling visibility.
What do you dislike about the product?
The reporting can be a little bit more robust. We reply on the reporting too for metrics on social for a governance view, so it'd be good to build that out more.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem Sprouts Social solved is being able to see metrics accurately. From the reports, we are able to have meaningful discussions on strategy and improve on our social presence.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how Sprout Social allows me to schedule and monitor social media activities all in one place, which immensely streamlines my work process. The platform’s capability to handle comments and manage spam effectively stands out to me as a significant advantage, making the process of engaging with the audience much smoother and more efficient. Switching from Hootsuite, Sprout Social provides a much more advanced and robust solution for social media monitoring, which was lacking before. Moreover, its very easy initial setup made the transition smooth and hassle-free, which is a huge plus. Overall, my experience with Sprout Social has been fantastic, as reflected in my likelihood of recommending it with a high rating of 10 out of 10.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would appreciate if Sprout Social could automatically hide spam and bot comments/messages. This feature would enhance the platform's efficiency in handling unwanted content, allowing for a more streamlined user experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Sprout Social to consolidate social media monitoring and scheduling, solving issues of using multiple platforms. It streamlines managing comments and spam, improving time management and ensuring I don't lose reviews or questions.

What do you like best about the product?
The customer service is fantastic. They are extremely helpful and always willing to lend a hand. Their social media management system is great and their influencer software is amazing.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a few features when it comes to setting up automated rules that I would like to see incorporated and there are some other things that are not entirely Sprout's fault, but the social platforms themselves.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being a social team of one is a nightmare, but Sprout allows me to accomplish a lot as one person.

Occasionally there are outages or issues with posting to certain platforms or issues with links or images showing up correctly. This is sometimes due to issues directly with the social media accounts.
