Game changing tool for organisation & ease for engagement!
What do you like best about the product?
As a boutique agency that focuses deeply on real relationships and engagement (not just content), we were initially drawn to Sprout Social for its robust tools — and overall, it delivered on a lot of fronts.
What we love:
The Smart Inbox – Game changer. Having all our DMs, comments, and mentions from multiple platforms in one place made our team’s daily engagement flow so much smoother. It saved time, minimized things slipping through the cracks, and made it easier to respond with heart.
Social Listening Tools – As an agency obsessed with genuine connection, this feature helped us track conversations happening around key topics and client brands. It allowed us to join in on relevant discussions in real-time, spot trends, and keep a pulse on what mattered to our clients’ audiences.

What do you dislike about the product?
There were a few things that made it less than ideal for our season of business:
Long-Term Contracts – While we understand the need for commitment on their end, we really wish there were more flexible options — especially for small teams or businesses in a season of pivot or growth. It felt hard to justify the investment long-term when our business needs shifted.
Limited Downgrade Options – There weren’t many scalable ways to stay on the platform if you needed to pull back temporarily, which made it feel a bit all-or-nothing.

As a business that lives and breathes online relationship-building, we can’t afford to miss DMs, comments, or replies. The Smart Inbox brings everything — from Instagram to Facebook to LinkedIn — into one clean, manageable space. It helps us respond quickly, personally, and thoroughly, without constantly toggling between platforms or missing a message.
Social listening allows us to tune into what’s being said about our clients’ brands, industries, or key topics without them being tagged. This is huge for us, because we’re focused on starting conversations — and Sprout makes it easy to jump into relevant ones in real-time, nurture those threads, and identify warm leads. It helps us be more proactive, not just reactive.

Efficient, Clean, and Reliable
What do you like best about the product?
Despite the number of moving parts, Sprout is reliable and puts me at ease in preparing our content and reports.
What do you dislike about the product?
Setting up social listening could be a little more user-friendly, but it's not bad.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can present social calendars to our outside partners and keep them updated as the dates change. This was not possible before. I appreciate the amount of detail we can do in our analytics with tags, as that allows our reports to be really effective to present internally.
Great tool with a lot of functionality! Unlocks A LOT of insights using data!
What do you like best about the product?
The best features about Sprout Social are the publishing capabilities, reporting/data analytics, and the smart inbox for community management. It's really easy to use and implement for large scale companies. I use Sprout frequently and can get support quickly via chat or email.
What do you dislike about the product?
The social listening feature could use some help as it can be difficult to understand. I also wish the onboarding process provided more information outside of contact with only the onboarding Sprout rep.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Sprout to solve managing our social media presence across multi-brand locations. We use it for publishing, crisis communications, community management, and reporting.
The best hub for the information you need.
What do you like best about the product?
Sprout Social has transformed themselves into a hub for getting the Social Media analytics you need — quickly. They not only stay up to date with facebook (and other platform) updates, but compile the information you'd spend hours searching for yourself. The addition of the Competitor's posts are a great example of this. We use this platform to make our every day easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do with the little folders could be rearranged and the client logo added as the icon so that I can navigate it more quickly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They had to battle the recent Meta update that disconnected some accounts. They worked swiftly to correct the error and ensure they stayed onto of the update.
Sprout is my go-to!
What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy how easy the Sprout interface is to navigate
What do you dislike about the product?
That some things have to be posted using the mobile publisher.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout makes it easy with a one stop shop for everything that I need.
Streamlined work experience
What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to duplicate post across networks. I also love how user-friendly reporting is.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like how in recent months, there's been glitch where Meta comments are not always showing up in the smart inbox. Many comments have slipped through the cracks this way.
I also don't like that I haven't been able to use Google drive to upload assets in Sprout. I have to download them from the drive and then upload them.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helping me how my clients how social media is growing their business.
Easy management tool that allows my agency to work efficiently.
What do you like best about the product?
One of the best reasons to love Sprout Social for social media management is its Smart Inbox feature. This tool consolidates all your social media interactions—messages, comments, mentions, and more—across multiple platforms like Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn into a single, streamlined dashboard. It saves you from juggling multiple tabs or apps, allowing you to respond quickly and efficiently to your audience while staying organized. The AI-powered features, like automated routing and message classification, further prioritize urgent messages, making it easier to engage with customers in real time and maintain a responsive online presence.
What do you dislike about the product?
Pricing can be more on the expensive side as they increase year over year.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ability to add Threads on the platform.
Great for Organizing Marketing Communications
What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy using SS for communicating with prospective students in my role because nowadays students are turning to social media to communicate their needs instead of relying on emails, contact sections of websites etc. This allows us specially since I interact with international students on a daily basis, so it is very convenient.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find there are too many features for my liking but that means we just need more training through our organization. I think it becomes a hassle when each interaction shows up separately with the same student.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It resolves the bottleneck we had previously with prospective students asking routine questions. We're able to go back and forth rather quickly instead of relying on emails which tend to have a longer turnaround time
A Must-Have For Marketing & Social Media!
What do you like best about the product?
I use Sprout Sprout social daily and was recommended by a friend who's also in marketing to try it out. It makes creating and scheduling social media posts easy and seamless across all platforms. I love that I can go back and duplicate or copy from prior posts to recycle content quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
One drawback is that for Pinterest you can only upload one image for an immediate post, while on the Pinterest app or website you can do 5 images for an immediate post. I also don't like that at certain points accounts will become disconnected without any prior notice so sometimes expected content is not published until you go back in and reconnect. If there could be a couple days notice that it needs to reauthorized that would be very helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout social is 100% a time saver. There's no need to go onto each platform and create separate post and having to copy and paste. I just make one post for Facebook, then duplicate it for Instagram, Pinterest, etc. It also shows you analytics for the performance of each platform as a whole and broken down by post.
