Everything in one Platform

What do you like best about the product?
I like how it encompasses everything in one platform and it is USER FRIENDLY. Many of the programs I use are designer-friendly, which have great functionality but hard to navigate. Sprout makes it easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing comes to mind. Maybe get rid of the notifications in the bottom right-hand corner becasue there are buttons hidden by it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is solving many problems but as I said, it is an all-in-one platform. I use it for reporting on a daily basis.

What do you like best about the product?
I love being able to load videos directly into Sprout, the al features that help us with alt text and scheduling out posts!
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the hefty expense for nonprofits, although there is a discount for nonprofits. But for many grassroots nonprofits, Sprout would be out of their budget.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allowing my team mates and myself to easily schedule content for social media.

What do you like best about the product?
Sprout Social does a great job organizing, planning and scheduling posts. The reviewal and approval process is easy for those needing to get the thumbs up before posting. As a social media specialist, I use this platform every day. I appreciate how easy it is to post across multiple platforms all at once.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a handful of occasional bugs on the site. I have not been able to use the "post immediately" feature. This is partly because my posts must be approved first. Howver, I wish there was a feature that posted upon approval instead of having to schedule the post.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout solves two problems really well. The first is an easy and flexible approval process. The second is multiplatform posting and scheduling.

Great Tool to Easily See, Manage, and Analyze Social Data from Many Platforms

What do you like best about the product?
Sprout Social has an easy onboarding process, with reports immediately available for all basic measures for paid campaigns and organic campaigns, split up by network, by post, or aggregated for your company. It's easy to switch between different platforms and dates, add unique views, and the tagging feature easily lets you sort by campaigns and topics. Additionally, the Listening feature is nice to be able to get a bird's eye view of the chatter surrounding your company online; this adds a nice layer to our social reporting outside of our own posts.
What do you dislike about the product?
The AI needs some work. The social sentiment is routinely way off - so much so that we can't use it, though it's a feature we'd really like to have. There have also been some issues with being able to integrate Sprout paid data into Looker and our own internal dashboards (though this may be a legal issue and not a Sprout issue itself).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout lets me quickly sort through our social media data to find insights and cultivate strategies. Its ability to zoom as far in (specific posts) and as far out (aggregated metrics for all of our company's platforms) as you want gives it a lot of flexibility to make decisions at all levels.

What do you like best about the product?
The variety of abilities it has for scheduling and reporting, tagging, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be glitchy sometimes when scheduling content, not allowing to turn on stories or drafts randomly. Also the analytics can be unreliable and now shows less for Facebook causing us to have to us meta natively to get stats for clients.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows us to schedule content for many clients in one place, monitor comments and inbox, and reporting

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease of use of Sprout Social. I love how easy it is to see everything in one place, which greatly simplifies my work as a marketing assistant managing social media for three different brands. This comprehensive view allows me to efficiently gather all insights and comments, enabling me to respond and escalate items appropriately. The platform's user-friendly interface helps me understand insights effortlessly, making it straightforward to address all the comments our brands receive. These features significantly enhance my productivity and streamline my social media management tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm upset with the new authentication since it has to send an email and get a code - it's time-consuming and annoying to do this every time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Sprout Social to efficiently gather insights and manage comments for three brands, making it easy to understand and respond from a single platform.

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate how incredibly easy this tool is to use. The customer support, along with the available resources for learning more, are truly outstanding! I rely on the tool every day and find it seamlessly fits into my daily workflows. The reporting features have become much better since I first started using it, and the AI integration is *chefs kiss*!
What do you dislike about the product?
Although the platform is extremely user-friendly and streamlined, I find myself wishing for a bit more flexibility when it comes to reporting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Simply put, Sprout saves me A LOT of time. We recently added employee advocacy to our toolset, and it makes reporting cohesive and easy.

Timesaver for Business!

What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful part about Sprout Social is the ability to schedule social media posts far in advance. It's very easy to go back to previous posts and duplicate them for the future. It's also great to be able to go back in time to a year previous to see what specifically was posted when and where. I am the sole user of Sprout Social at our company, and I use it every day.
What do you dislike about the product?
One of the downsides I've found is the Sprout Social app. I don't find the app to be as useful as the website.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout Social helps us in allowing posts to be scheduled out in advance, to social media sites that do not have a scheduler. The ability to post, for example, to Google Business has increased phone calls to our business, foot traffic to our storefront, and website purchases. Customers are able to see every post we send to Facebook and Instagram when they look us up.

When there are updates, they aren't clearly communicated and shared on the platform

What do you like best about the product?
Love the smart inbox listening tool as it makes my job so much easier. Their team is quick to answer questions. Also great scheduling tool & easy to use!
What do you dislike about the product?
Wish there was a way to exclude certain terms on the Smart Inbox. For example we share key terms with a non-related biz and it can be annoying to also catch their related content and mentions when a few terms in an "exclude" filter could fix it
