What do you like best about the product?
I love the scheduling features and dthe indepth analytics I can pull from my posts. It has helped me schedule out content, knowing my post will go out without any type of errors, glitches, or changes. It is such a smooth and clean platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I don't like is being unable to add collaborators for a Facebook post from Sprout.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout has helped me solved the organizing of my posts. I like that I can filter and add specific tags to my posts, especially for campaigns or initatives. I can easily find posts of a similar theme or from the same campaign when I tag them, and then see the analytics from those specifically. I like that I can see and manage multiple social platforms and accounts all in one place.

What do you like best about the product?
My team uses it for the app store integrations, which have incredibly simplified things. I love how there is a queue, discussions can happen on individual items, and everything is in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
From what I understand this is an API limitation from Google, but the lack of ability to update reviews is odd. A user updated a review and I had to log into the Play Console directly to update the response.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It simplifies the process. Although I only look at app reviews, the fact that it contains almost every social angle is incredible. It all uses the same, simple - yet feature-rich - flow. Looking at just app reviews, it allows you to see all of your apps from both Google and Apple in one place, or to filter out as needed.
We are new users with a profound appreciation for ease of use and comprehensive capability!
What do you like best about the product?
Setting up timing for each post across each platform, coupled with the recommended time for optimal reach and engagement
What do you dislike about the product?
I not yet sure, as I am a very new user. Perhaps I can't yet reconnect our Instagram account to the platform and wish that I could reconnect it without help desk support.

Everything is very easy to use, you don't need to know much about this ol program to be able to use it. I enjoy it a lot for school work

What do you like best about the product?
Sprout Social is a user-friendly tool with an easy-to-navigate interface for new users like me. I particularly like to use the scheduling tool to plan monthly posts for all social media accounts in one place. The analytics help me make data-driven decisions. The optimal posting time suggestions are a game-changer for getting increased engagement. And the teamwork features, like assigning tasks and leaving comments, make it easy to stay on the same page with my team.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be nice to be able to post GIFs. Also, if an image doesn't fit the criteria (too large or wrong aspect ratio), it's helpful to make those changes within the tool, but the tool itself could be more intuitive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Posting across social channels 3x/week. I can go in and set up the entire month in advance.

Simple & Easy feature rich and affordable!
What do you like best about the product?
The platform has transformed the way that I manage my social media accounts and engagement. It was an easy and straight forward onboarding and integration and the training was simple and comprehensive.The customer support and response times are excellent and we are regular users of the platform. Absolutely no complaints.
What do you dislike about the product?
No dislikes, I would like to ability to edit caption per channel in the publishing section, but an easy request to the tea mand they have put it in for consideration as a feature. Fantastic.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The reporting function is fantastic, especially the built-in reports and the ability to report on tags and other campaign specifics really easily. I love the smart inbox, and the cases functionality, which has really helped us manage our channels well.

- Some analytics do not match what is available natively on a platform
- Sometime support, though prompt to reply, isn't always helpful or accurate

How to engage more effectively and quickly with followers. This helps our engagement rate continuously increase which means more eyeballs on our content. This benefits my organization's success and reputation as a whole.
Sprout Social's analytics reports save me so much time
What do you like best about the product?
I like to keep my marketing team + other teams + leadership team in the loop on all things social media and Sprout Social's analytics and reports make it so much easier to share across my organization. I use the feature once a week.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish you could add accounts that aren't business accounts.

It is saving me hours of combing through every social media platform to create analytics reports.
Easy to use for new users.
What do you like best about the product?
The platform is a very powerful tool that we don't frequently use but see some benefit from different functions. Now that we understand it and have great customer support via our rep, it is a lot easier to use and navigate through. Our department uses it a lot more after some of the personalized walk throughs.
We utilize the posting feature the most but we as a company are looking to use Sprouts reporting feature to determine the type of content that we should be putting out by utilizing the tagging feature. We are able to see what users engage with the most and make decisions about future posting habits.

What do you dislike about the product?
We have a very small team and feel like some things aren't necessary to our team right now. It'd be nice to have more customability and be able to hide some functions that we dont have access to or don't utilize the most.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem that Spout is helping our team solve is for currently is how to intepret the data that we are getting from Sprout and translating that into usable infomation and make decisions based off of all the analytics
