Very intuitive and easy to learn
What do you like best about the product?
I really love that you can select multiple platforms for a single post, as well as it as some AI features like optimized sending time. I've jumped in more than once to help a teammate with social media scheduling, and for someone who has only been in the platform a handful of times it's incredibly easy to navigate and I appreciate how user friendly it is. I also enjoy it keeps your most recent options when scheduling a new post so you don't have to keep on selecting the same options again and again.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would say the tagging feature can be a little finicky, but overall I'm really happy with Sprout.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout allows us to have all of our platforms synced into one system, so it makes scheduling fast, easy and efficient! It also allows multiple users in the platform at once which is helpful when we are tag-teaming content.

How easy it is to use and the quality of the reports.
I use it everyday to check comments, scheduling etc and it was a game changer, I really love their "best time to post" feature.
Their customer support is always very helpful and ready to help.

I wish they would add more features like scheduling stories but being able to add stickers / polls etc.

Get all the comments we get on social media, all in one place to make sure nothing falls through the cracks.

It's a great tool for managing multiple accounts across different social media platforms in one place. I love how easy it is to schedule posts – it’s a straightforward process, and content is consistently published on time without issues or delays.

Sometimes, the response time of the customer support are too slow. Some features could also be more refined to create a smoother user experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprout Social helps us save time by streamlining the process of scheduling social media posts. When it comes to reporting, it makes things much easier since all the necessary data is available within the app. We’ve also benefited greatly from its social media analytics and tracking features, which provide valuable insights to inform our social media marketing decisions.

The standard package has become more limited over time, removing features that were previously included. For the high price, I would expect weekly reports to be available, yet they are not included in the expensive plans. Additionally, the customisation options for reports could be improved, and some platform integrations feel restrictive.

Sprout Social helps with scheduling posts at different times across multiple platforms, ensuring consistent content distribution without manual effort. This saves time, improves audience engagement, and makes managing social media accounts more efficient. However, the limitations in reporting and pricing changes have made some features less accessible than before.

What I appreciate about Sprout is how it brings together business management, audience engagement, and customer insights within a single, robust platform.

While Sprout does have a bit of a learning curve due to its wide range of features and numerous tabs, I find it extremely helpful for managing my business and fostering meaningful relationships with my target audience.

Sprout Social addresses the challenge of keeping up with audience engagement by simplifying the process of tracking who comments on your posts and who sends messages to your business. This ensures that no interaction goes unnoticed and enables faster, more organized replies, which in turn enhances customer relationships and improves response times.

I like that we have all in one. That we can see public and private reviews at the same time.

I believe Sprout is very helpful. As in any tool that you use, it is very important to do a thorough background check beforehand before responding to users.

That we have to locate other tickets easily. That we can see the history of conversations more easily.l

I think the reporting can be a bit less clunky. There are easy wins to develop the reporting dashboard.

Sprout is solving having to use multiple different platforms, into now being an all-in-one system to control all things social media. Makes it easier to navigate, plan, schedule and analyse.

I love Sprout Social because of its comprehensive analytics that help me track engagement and optimize content. I also appreciate how easy it is to schedule posts and plan content in advance. Plus, the all-in-one platform, social listening tools, and collaboration features make managing multiple clients so much more efficient!
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I could access different competitors' data without having to reach out to the admin team—it would make competitive analysis much smoother and more convenient.

I appreciate how easy it is to schedule posts and plan content in advance, so I don’t have to worry about posting things on the spot. Sprout is helping me solve that problem by allowing me to schedule everything ahead of time, making my workflow much more efficient

The Social Listening feature could be more robust, as it doesn’t always provide in-depth results. We often have to apply multiple filters to refine the data, which can be time-consuming. Enhancing the depth of insights and improving filtering efficiency would make this tool even more powerful.

As someone who is new to social media management, I’ve found Sprout Social to be incredibly helpful in getting up to speed quickly. The platform is easy to use and offers a lot of features that make managing multiple accounts feel less overwhelming.

There’s also a bit of a learning curve when it comes to customizing reports and utilizing some of the more detailed scheduling features.
